  Products arrived in pristine condition. Its my first time using a 4K video and its so easy to use! Im still playing around with it getting to know all the features. It doesnt record the best XLR, but for someone who just needs church live streaming its amazing. Ultimately Im so happy with this camera, highly suggest!

  I' a nature/outdoor photographer as well as sports shooter and photojournalist, I ordered a LensCoat cover for my lens, it's straightforward to install and detach in the evening, leaves no dirt on my lens. Even better, this cover was water-resistant to brave wet weather! Highly recommended for lens accessories, protective gear, lens skins & bumpers.

  I bought this filter for pics of females and people with blue eyes. I love the STORE! B W has been my filter of choice for well over 30 years. Gradations and seams are more beautiful and more reasonable. This filter is well made and solid.

  My first two coolpixes, a Nikon A1000 and a B600 were stolen in Ontario. I purchased P1000 again because I am accustomed to the system. I have not had a chance to really use it yet but I anticipate the same great images I got from the others. I am a huge fan of Fenway Photo and would not purchase cameras or electronics from anyone else. As a tourist, I particularly appreciate their hassle-free border shipping policy.

  These guys are the best in New York for all of your 'sports & action camera' needs. Great customer service, great range of GoPro products, DJI, GoPro & Benro to make it easier for people new to the hobby, and very decent deals, especially in the Christmas shopping period. There are often good price discounts around that time of year, as well as many bonus type deals - extra battery with purchase etc. You just feel like you're in good hands when you're with these guys and they make you feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend them!

  A great place to visit for all things Professional Video Recorders & Duplication equipment. Staff are very good at what they do and they know their stuff. They can answer any questions you have about all things video recording monitors related. Great product range and they offer free setup of your productions so you walk out working. Only negative is that they can take a long time to respond to emails.

  This Fenway Photo store just relocated in Park Ave in June 2020. It's located just next to a production studio. The footprint is quite small, with just two departments featuring the cameras, electronics, and accessories. It's great that there is a considerable range of accessories including the GoPro. A 3 meter square demo area surrounded by a net. Accepts credit cards and parking is quite plenty. I guess they wanted to keep overheads down by not opening in the CBD or any malls.

  Except for unfathomable systemic arrangements between Fenway Photo and FedEx that inordinately prolong delivery in remote locations. This Sony FE 90mm F/2.8 is of great quality optics. I really enjoy the way the manual mode is engineered - very functional. I am very happy to have made this purchase. Not only is it excellent for close-up product photography, but the macro feature delivers beautiful images. Exceeded Expectations

  My experience so far with Fenway Photo has been excellent! I went to visit their shop and was surprised by their large premises and serious operation. They seem to be America's UAV experts, advising us on a solution to fit our needs. I've found them very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with.

  The best place to deal with - staff members are so polite and one of the guy was so patient with me and spent lots of time to rectify the issue of my existing Panasonic HC-X2000 however as I was in rush for shoot eventually I ended up to buy new camcorder as a backup plan. much appreciated for your amazing customer service

  The other day, I went to consult about the optical quality of the lens purchased on the Internet. They were able to respond very flexibly and I was satisfied with my experience. Especially in the lineup of Leica cameras, there is no other such store on the map in New York. Until now, we only used e-commerce stores, but we want to use this main building in the future.   I bought a Hasselblad X1D II 50C. It was quite expensive at other shops, and even more expensive just for the main unit, but thanks for selling it at a reasonable price and explaining the usage carefully. From now on, we will prepare accessories and lenses, but we will continue to use them.

  Bought the Iriscan Pro to scan very old reams of ancient writings that can't be evened out. The scanner works like a dream! Makes clear copies, smoothens the pics perfectly, and removed fingers - you can't tell where they were. Works exactly as advertised. This is going to be a fun toy to archive 1000 year old chronicles.

  They have a wide selection of used items and they work hard on customer feedback, we always use them. I went today to see the compatibility between the new camera and the old lens! I am grateful they were able to respond flexibly to such situations. When buying used equipment, I try to ask for a guarantee, but staff was once very helpful that Mark was able to respond when the shutter failed, curtain of the warranty was still raised one month after purchase. This shop is recommended for those who want to enjoy the camera for a long time.

  Have only dealt with this shop once for a Audio-Technica Pro 45 hanging mic. A great addition to our church sanctuary. The pick up is awesome and they sound great! You can spend quite a bit more but for the price and sound there is really no need. Great pro audio store!

  I am a portrait and fashion photographer who lives and work in New York, ordered a Nikkor Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S lens at Fenway Photo, its made of quality materials. The lens is a workhorse. You didn't always have the space/room or time to change lenses to get that shoot. Enjoying every minute I shoot with this lens. I can view the focus range in the dark with just a push of a button. This lens is a powerhouse that resolves sharp colorful high resolution images and is a great addition to any professionals arsenal.

  Very good customer service orientation and a very wide variety of brands carried. They have sole authorized franchisee for high-end brands, so do check online before heading down. They also carry B&W Orthochromatic 35mm film we couldn't find anywhere, I also saw B&W Infrared/Near Infrared. Overall, one of my must-go places to check on my photography equipment.

  Fenway Photo is excellent. They have a wide range of products and their customer service and aftercare support is the best I've ever experienced in Manhattan, i have been relying on them for a few years already and will continue to do so for many years to come, they also have really competitive prices so i don't really bother to call up other stores anymore to compare as I'm quite certain to get a good bargain with them. Keep up the good work!

  Ive only used this L Bracket for about two weeks now but so far Im liking it. Its fits my Canon EOS R well, its easy to flip my camera from landscape to portrait. My only complaint is that I cant open the battery door without moving the bracket over. Other than that, its a lifesaver.

  Compact, independent camera store. Huge selection of camera bags, tripods, lighting, and accessories. Most of Leica and Fuji, and upper level Nikon and Canon are available to try, including a wide array of lenses. Staff is experienced. I bought a Billingham Hadley Small Pro bag here, they had all colors and sizes on stock. I think this shop is best for advanced amateurs, and semi-professionals.

  This Sirui 35mm F/1.8 Anamorphicis a true anamorphic lens on a budget, Rugged, heavy weighted, and well constructed. Overall a great anamorphic piece that preserves sharpness and clarity even at its fastest aperture of a traditional model. Lovely stuff. Absolutely incredible and affordable.

  Bought an Olympus and lens from them some time ago and just now have got to the review. Customer service is excellent. After about 5 months the lens developed a flaw and they arranged a professional repair with not fuss at all. They even loaned me a spare lens for free to keep me shooting. Awesome company, wished more worked like this.

  I ordered the Fujifilm X100F camera on the 5th and it arrived this morning! It was extremely well packaged and when I unpacked the camera I was blown away by the quality of it! I have looked at it very closely and it is almost pristine! It is way better than I expected given it was described as very good on the website. If this is an exemplar of very good, excellent and mint must be a sight to behold! I will certainly be considering Fenway Photo for any future photographic needs and have absolutely no problem giving them 5 stars or highly recommending them!

  Fantastic service. Ordered a pair of Vortex 8x42 Diamondback for standard shipping. Although it was not necessary as they were not a gift, they were delivered next morning (Christmas Eve). Absolutely delighted with the binos, which were as good as new at a huge saving on expenditure. Fenway Photo will be my number one choice in future for new or used equipment.

  Bought a Nikon Z 6II from FENWAY PHOTO since the price was quite good. They said the condition of the camera was "excellent" so I took a chance. In the foresight I had no idea that it was like brand sparkling new, including all little bits and pieces that goes along with the camera! Quick shipping and very well packed as well.   Went to get my first Newtonian reflector from here. I got a 130mm Newtonian Reflector well suited to my needs, a demonstration was shown and time was well spent. Unlike the big commercial guys that try to force the most expensive brands on you. These guys were mindful of my budget and gave me the most for your wallet.   I purchased this VIZIO V405-H19 tv a couple of weeks ago and I'm disappointed. I have had several smart led Tvs throughout my house and have been pleased with the quality. This new purchase was an upgrade to my older Vizio and to say the lease Im not pleased. The picture quality on dark environment is poor, the tv does not auto connect with my internet. Every time I turn it on I have to manually follow the prompts. No more vizio tv for me.

  A big shout out to Matt on the sales team for his input and indulgence with a replacement tripod head i was looking at. Whilst there I asked if it was possible to try a Hasselblad X1D II 50C with Hasselblad XV Lens Adapter and a lens of my choice just to get a feel for it as i may be purchasing one in the future. No pressure to buy or rushed by Matt and very helpful with my questions. Left very happy and the whole experience was very positive. Thanks again!

  The customer service and impetus to assist is not that great. Did not have stock of the two requested AGM Wolverine Pro 4. No offer was made to request the stock even after enquiring and did not offer to let us know when they will have stock again.

  I have been in store today for a camcorder upgrade and found the whole experience very pleasurable I was looked after by Mark from start to finish and was very impressed by his professional and friendly manner I found him to be very knowledgeable and engaging, nothing was too much trouble for him and I left the store with exactly what I came for. I will have no reluctance in using this store in the near future.

After having an awful malfunction with my cine eos 100 camera after an important shoot, Mark was very patient and was able to offer me in-depth advice on the options I had to help me continue including rentals to a second camcorder and options for potential upgrades.   I have plans on buying a fishing binoculars in the near future and was advised to visit Fenway PHOTO in NY. I must say l was stunned with the vast range of marine binoculars and it's accessories. I spoke to Mark and l was quite impressed with his knowledge, politeness and personality. I most certainly will be visiting Fenway PHOTO store again to make a purchase of a camera.   I have been using this camera for over a year now and love everything about it. I have taken it to Iceland, Egypt and across the US using the kit lens and obtained some great photographs. The kit lens is much sharper than I thought it would be, I also have a Nikon D7200 and I didn't replicate sunlight issues. I have used this camera for mostly outdoors. Landscape and for medium and close up. No problem in full sun glare.

  The staff at Fenway Photo, go beyond fist class service. Ordered a Fujifilm xt30 through the NY-based shop, and it arrived in pristine condition.   I just received my ‎Refurbished Nikon Z7 today. You could set it next to a brand new body and it would be impossible to tell the difference between the two. I was reluctant to buy a refurb body but every single one of my aspersions has been removed. I am currently waiting for the film to ship so I can get out and drive this thing.   I recently had to trade in some of my Olympus and Leica equipment which I had possessed for a few years. The online quote seemed very fair but after inspecting the camera and lenses the offer was increased, much to my satisfaction. I had some ideas about what I might replace my redundant kit with, but confess of nodding acquaintance. Mark and Matt spent some time with me explaining different options, and both were extremely helpful. My wife and I were given treats and at no time did we feel encumbered to purchase anything. Once a decision had been made, generous discounts were subsumed into the price and very honest advice given about unnecessary extras. Excellent, very knowledgeable service from all the staff, especially Mark.

  Absolutely refreshing experience buying my first professional DSLR with the guys at Fenway Photo. Mark initially helped me on my first visit- lovely guy. When returning I dealt with Mart- he was fantastic! took his time to go through everything with me on the camera and gave some good advise. Considering he's only been there a month he knows his stuff! Finally, a quick mention to the consultant who you can tell has loads of experience also- really friendly guys and a great help also!

  Had a really great experience. Mark was very tolerant and knowledgeable. All the questions I had about the Nikon D7500 were answered with detail he also gave me some great advice about the Nikon SB-700 AF Speedlight and Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 16-80mm f/2.8-4E lens that I ended up buying to take travelling with me. I have used SS4L before and have always traveled the extra distance to get great service I would recommend others to use them.

  Mark is really knowledgeable about Digital Camera Screen Protectors and offered great advice even without a purchase. He also sent a tech out to our studio to diagnose a problem with our Vello LCD Screen Protector and did not even charge us. The gentleman even fixed a problem with the microphone system. Very quick to respond to phone calls and inquiries, and very business savvy. Mark is the BEST in New York and probably the best in the country for the camera screen protectors.

  I went to this store to have my Lumix DC-S1 looked at and it was a wonderful experience. I spoke with Mark, he had endless amounts of knowledge and experience about mirrorless and medium-format cameras. Beautiful store and great experience.
