  Have made a couple of purchases there. One was for a extremely rare Compact, travel-friendly Olympus Infinity AZ-300 which only Fenway Photo had. Mart runs a great shop with a fairly large inventory of superzooms/bridge cameras and photo gear. He may be matter of fact, but extremely knowledgeable. I have always found him to be rather pleasant.

  This shop is truly a 'gem' and deserve all the business they can get. I'm a filmmaker, this MKH-416 is a fantastic product with an outstanding value!!! I love this microphone!   Recently purchased a Davis & Sanford video tripod through these folks and had it delivered to my office in Missouri. Anne facilitated the entire process and it went off without a hitch. From beginning to end, fantastic communication and nothing but professional. It's a true shame that more businesses can't be run the way Fenway Photo is.   I handed over a Lensbaby Velvet 28mm f/2.5 lens for repair, bought it in use and it wasn’t completely soft glowing. Prior to that, an email was written to me, based on which the exact defect was determined and then notified. I also indicated by email and phone that I need the optics until the weekend as there will be an important shoot on the weekend. On Thursday they sent me an email that the lens was ready, and even on Friday morning they called to make sure the optics was fully functional and I could go for it. I'm very satisfied!

  The Nikon Z6 unit was purchased via Fenway Photo on March 13th and was delivered on March 19 2021. Superb results, solid quality with the Z6 body and nice quality of state-of-the-art features, and a decent kit lens. I've been a birds in flight photographer for 10 years, only shooting landscape, portrait or architecture once in a blue moon. The Nikon Z 6 has opened a new world of excitement and recreation for me. Thanks Fenway Photo for simplicity in shopping on your site. Shipping was very fast!! You have a customer for life.

  I bought this SanDisk 256GB UHS-I Micro SDXC for synthetic tests and real word copying of 4k footage. it's fantastic it holds so much but the chip is SO miniature!! i don't understand why it isn't just built into the SD card. i don't like the design or the concept when it can get lost so easily but i had to buy it for my drone.

  I just traded my OM-D E-M1 III for the OM-D E-M10 Mark III M.Zuiko Digital ED 75-300mm F4.8-6.7 II, yields greater freedom of movement to capture better bird photos. I also enjoy using this lens for shooting wildlife and astrophotography. A perfect super telephoto zoom lens, very compact and lightweight, this super-telephoto only weighs 430g. I am super pleased with this camera. If you own the III it is a very easy transition.

  Very good customer service. Friendly, competent and, above all, fast. Firmware update for my 70-200 Zoom was done very quickly. Great service and very nice staff. My defective lens was repaired and returned within a week. Works "like new" again. Many thanks to Fenway Photo! Everything works great. I can therefore only recommend Fenway Photo.

  Very nice sellers with a passion for photography. The visit always ends only after a long and pleasant conversation. Although the products of this company are not the cheapest because it is rather a premium class, the sellers do not push the most expensive models, they advise to match the equipment to the customer's taste and not to his cash flow portfolio.

  You'll want to leap at this Canon 1D X Mark III with CFexpress Card & Reader deal, as you will save a few hundred dollars on these C-Fast cards and their readers! I use the camera for my sports and wildlife photographer this camera is absolutely amazing for both and the AF is best in its class, as are the colors. FENWAY PHOTO packages well and ships EXPEDITIOUSLY!

  I own a professional photography studio and have used professional Sigma cameras for years. This is another amazing dp shipped from Fenway Photo, and I love it for studio and sports photography. The quality is amazing, and a lot of the functions are similar to past designs, which made it mostly seamless for learning a new body. Very happy! I highly recommend them for professional equipment.

  This Celestron NexStar 130SLT telescope is a superb addition to our night astrophotography activities. The functionalities it has are terrific. We have already been able to see the lunar landscapes in a way never seen before. As far as Fenway Photo is concerned, the first telescope we received was destroyed in transit by FED EX. I contacted Fenway Photo and they handled it speedily and went above and beyond with customer satisfaction. !

  Mark sold me the body I have thirsted for years, a Canon 7D Mark II and the beast is all good. I can zero in details 14 frames/sec, use it for sports car racing, bike races, and country affairs. This is a camera no professional sports photographer should be without. In a short sentence the 7D Mark II is the class-leading body for action photography, it excels in AF performance, image quality, speed and overall operation in most strenuous scenarios. Thanks to Fenway photo I probably got the first body that was shipped out and took to a shoot right away.

  I was here to take passport photos and only rate this service, not the rest of the store. The service of the employee was ok. The process went fast and is cheap. However, a drawback is that the quality of the photo can be enhanced (as far as the exposure and colors are concerned).

  I walked into Fenway Photo, acquired a Leica S (Typ 007) camera, it is certainly not cheap, but its price is consistent with the quality, I already managed to check it, it works fine, I'm more than satisfied with the camera. I want to thank Matt, he helped me make a decision on the phone, picked up a camera for me according to my requests and my financial capabilities. And since their choice is not many Leica medium-format cameras, help was very useful to me). Delivered without problems by FedEx. Thank!

  Sales consultants work responsibly, they will select a camera model that suits you in terms of price and parameters. Listen to all the wishes of the client. It is evident that they are not in throes to sell something, but they will choose a really apt product if the customer cannot decide. Goods delivered on time. I am satisfied with the quality of the Nikon D500, the picture quality is crisp. I shoot in commercial and wedding events, do graduation albums. Everyone is happy with the quality of the photos.

  I love this store (Fenway Photo, NY), my favorite shop. The staff are highly knowledgeable and test the products themselves. They sell equipment to suit our experience. I've been going there for 7years now. They get great used large format & 35mm film cameras too. Some of which are only a few weeks old!

  I bought this powerful and versatile Leica 7x24 Rangemaster CRF 2400-R Laser Rangefinder, I'm long range archer and it's high-precision comes in handy. Best rangefinder for hunting. Works great and fast with great glass. Don't waste your money on other inferior rangefinders. Get a Leica here.

  Staff are always tolerant and take the time to answer even the dumbest of questions you may have. I purchased many cameras from them and also trade in for the best price you can get for your used equipment in New York. If you're in for used equipment, you can always find gems at reasonable prices, most of these items don't even have the time to make it on their website, so be sure to pop in.

  Couldn’t have had a better experience. Mark provided some really helpful advice in choosing which action cam to buy ideal for all extreme sports and outdoors pursuits, and additionally was great in helping me pick up a bag, mount adapter and extra battery. Price was within $30 off amazon for the camera and the accessories and the rest were cheaper - thanks so much for all the help!

  This Olympus LH-49 Sliding Lens Hood went straight on my 60mm lens and It will never be detached off unless, I want it out. Works like clockwork. Glides forward and backward slickly. Provides some additional protection to the face of the lenses too. Thank you Mark and Fenway Photo for having this on their outstanding selection of lens caps & hoods.

  For those who wrestle with tons of files, Fenway Photo is a coveted paradise where we beat the path at her door for external drives & storage devices, I bought my daughter a WD 5TB My Passport a minth ago. This product is very thin and portable. The speed is lightning-fast than her Seagate 5TB. It is a lot better than her older version drive.

  The best Photo & Video shop in NYC. Went into the shop last week to try out some Polaroid Polarizing Filters. The guy helping me out was super friendly and let me try what ever I wanted without pressuring me. He even told me which shops sold another brand that they didn’t stock so I could try those out. Later in the week I decided which filter to buy and it was one I had tried here, so I went onto the website to order a Polaroid 37mm filter and everything went smoothly. After ordering it I then got a call explaining that they are going to give me a 15% discount because the only one they have in stock is the demo one that I fell in love with at the shop. I then got another call about 10 minutes after that saying that they’d also be able to deliver it that same evening with no extra cost. Really fantastic service from everyone there. Matt especially. Could not recommend them more.

  I bought my first Back-Bone Gear Ribcage H7PRO yesterday here. Matt was great, he acknowledged me straight away, he was very friendly, confident and knowledgeable. I got the product probably in less than 10 min. I fired a lot of questions and I even asked to record with interchangeable lenses for me. Everything was just perfect. I would definitely recommend it. This is going to be my photography shop from now on.

  This a great shop. If you need a Lensbaby Velvet, Burnside or Composer Pro, talk to Mark who is always helpful and always enthusiastic! I would recommend going here before anywhere else. Their customer service is excellent, they price match anything on the spot from the cheapest price they can find there and then on the internet. If at the need of the day you decide the item isn't for you just come back and they'll look after you.

  Service was second to none the whole way from all the staff and Mark was incredibly helpful in finding me the compact, lightweight cine camera that complements the range of our full-size ALEXA cameras. He couldn’t help me enough, we bought ARRI ALEXA Mini body with ARRI Look Library License Key for our studio. Using the power and large pixels of the 4:3 ALEV III sensor, the ALEXA Mini captures up to UHD 4K ProRes images with the dynamic range, skin tones, and true-to-life colors. Couldn’t be more happy.   Mark possesses a trove of photography knowledge, conversant with all digital cameras, if you want anything related, ask for him and your problems are resolved. I was torn between this M50 and a Panasonic FZ1000, I'm glad I didn't second-guess his suggestion. The M50 has a bigger sensor (better in low light) and the creative possibilities of interchangeable lenses.   A vast collection of sheet film from all popular brands. This Kodak 4x5 Portra 160 color film pack is a linchpin for 4x5 photography and is a lifeblood for my daughter who takes 4x5 imaging primarily. Being a Kodak product, the quality is superb and we can always count on Fenway Photo to have it in stock.

  I have ordered 2 lenses from FENWAY PHOTO, both Circular Fisheye. The second product did not meet my expectations and I sent it back for a possible exchange / refund. $14.90 of re-shipping fee later I did not hear anything more from them. After waiting over 2 weeks I thought I'd better follow it up. They told me the person whom deals with returns was busy so I left my details and they promised to call me right back. By Friday after 6 days no-one had called so I pursued them up again. They had received the returned Lensbaby 5.8mm f/3.5 and had for unknown reasons left it to gather dust.. maybe they hoped I would forget. They offered to refund the lens but there was not one apology or any form of expiation with their service, I literally had to say "this is not how you treat a customer" for them to budge a nanometer. I hope this experience was an exception, but I can't say I'll be rushing back to buy anything from them. Very deplorable customer service.

  Went into Fenway Photo shop looking for a Arca-Swiss d4 Tripod Head. Mark couldn't have been more helpful or patient, top bloke. Definitely the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of all the shops I went in. Mark even sorted a taxi out for me! And I love the unit, cheers!

  I can't cast aspersions on online ecosystem when items are in stock. The problem is the website is misleading when products are out of stock. There are many items marked as "new item-coming soon", and others that are marked as "Backordered" which leads you to believe the ones marked as "new item-coming soon" are simply low in stock, or coming down the pikes. I purchased a Rodenstock 100mm f/4 lens in December 2020 as a google advert showed the item as being "in stock", and their website allowed the purchase to go ahead despite it not being clear that it was out of stock. I waited a few days with the purchase still being processed, and only found out after asking them that the item was out of stock. I was then told to expect the item to arrive mid January. I was then told to expect it to arrive around end of January. It's now March and I can't get a reply to when I can expect this item to arrive. If I knew this would happen I would have simply ordered directly from an overseas store that had them in stock.

  Great place, knowledgeable staff great selection. Tried a few M. Zuiko prime & zoom lenses there after work but eventually bought M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm f/4 PRO Lens the other day. Olympus products including lens skins, underwater lens gear, photo lenses hoods, and bumpers at that other place. Will buy my next Prime lens at Fenway Photo. Promised. Main thing: don't buy online. Keep your local stores alive. Buying online is always more expensive in the end and sets you up with the wrong instrument.

  I received my Nikon D5600 DSLR and started taking pictures off the bat. Very easy camera to handle. It's lightweight and has an easy to maneuver screen.   It works well with my Fujifilm X100F. Very small, intuitive to operate and allows me to use the lens hood for flash photography. I am very delighted with this pocket sized flash that packs a punch! Being such a portable product makes it a carry anywhere and everywhere part of my gear. Fenway Photo shipped quickly and had a fair price.

  Very happy with this A9G 65" 2 TV. The image quality is amazing. Were seeing details in movies and other views that we have not seen before. Set up and use is intuitive and the menus are easy to navigate. The swivel component is excellent for ease of plugging in the connections.
