  I have purchased 3 it's from Fenway Photo 1st Sony lens for $450, 2nd OnePlus 9pro for $987 with delivery, both items arrived in 15 days, waiting for 3rd item cheap Sony lens. I am happy so far saved some money about $230 on the phone and about $60 on Sony 35mm1.8 lens. Delivery was delayed for a day but I'm 100% happy

  Very poor packing Never answered a question i asked about monopod ,and camera had very thin material wrapped round it - with no bubble wrapping. For an expensive camera it seems to be working ok,but i expected alot more care to be taken.I also recieved no receipt for my purchase,which has never happened before with ANY camera company. The time to arrive was good and so was the price,but it seems lucky to have arrived with me in one piece.

  First Class I'm happy to reiterate the sentiments of other customers who've give Fenway photo 5 Stars. I ordered a Canon RF lens on Saturday, it was despatched from NY by Tuesday and with me on Wednesday and I saved several hundred pounds. Any queries I had before ordering were answered promptly (and cheerfully!). I worked in retail for many years with my own business and I know genuine enthusiasm and customer care when I see it.   I highly recommend Fenway Photo. Patience is required for your order. Mine took over a month and a half but they warned me in advance that it could take awhile. The upside is that if you're able to wait, the prices were unbeatable! Far below their competitors. The products arrived in good order and as advertised.   EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND GREAT CAMERA I have recently ordered a Sony PXW-Z90V from Fenway Photo. I ordered it on a 3 to 5 day delivery, I received within less than 24 hours. EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE!!!! After much research on which camera to purchase to replace my old superzoom camera, I settled on the Sony PXW-Z90V camcorder. So far I am absolutely delighted with the camera, the quality of the images, the features and ease of navigation. All in all I am a very happy customer who is more than happy with FENWAY's outstanding service, would highly recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again

  Excellent price and very fast delivery however I was advised incorrectly on the type of substrate the camera uses and they have ignored emails to customer support on the issue. I’ve had to spend money on an adaptor to use the media provided. In addition, no mention is made of the fact they have international versions without a warranty and Canon will not register for warranty in the United States. Think carefully before using.

  Helpful and quick service I called their customer support and the phone was answered almost instantly. They were very helpful trying to find a camera that suited what I needed after most were out of stock due to COVID and other things disrupting supply chains, after getting all the information I needed I placed an order online with next day shipping and yep, it turned up the next day.   I ordered this Canon 5D lV camera after watching a Fenway Photo webinar. Dream Hybrid camera! I love looking through it's view finder. I comes with the solid feel of staple to this lineup of cameras. And, I love the images it produces. At a time when there are many choices in the camera market, I turned to a reliable workhorse.   This Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Art lens is ultimately magical. The clarity and precision that I'm able to photograph with this lens and my new Sony Alpha a7Riii is TERRIFIC. I've shooting outdoor in heavy rain, snow, wind, dust and etc. and this lens hasn't failed me yet! It's a great general-purpose lens with a good range of wide and telephoto focal points. I love it so much and I'm so glad I pulled the TRIGGER on it! 10/10 recommend!

  Ordered a Macbook. Thought I'd share my experience for doubters. Online purchase is straightforward. I received confirmation of purchase with invoice. Seven days later I have received emails to say that purchase is being dispatched and confirmation of dispatch with tracking number from FedEx. Seems to be as efficient as any other online store and prices obviously are attractive.

  I ordered a projector from Fenway Photo and it came earlier than predicted .Unfortunately it came with a 2 pin European connection plug . I have been promised a a replacement but so far 4 days later It has not arrived. I also have had difficulty finding out about the warranty situation as there was no written contract to indicate there was one . I have since been in touch and I have been told the invoice was sufficient proof of purchase but the web site says I need to register! so still very very confused. Why cant they supply everything in one go instead of having to chase for them? Im still waiting a reply on the registration point .

  I ordered a camera on the 8th of April and a lens on the 12th. Both orders were lost in transit, which I only discovered after repeatedly reaching out through email; I got the parcels on the 18th of April 2021. The strap is fake, it isn't the original strap that'd normally come with this camera. The rest is fine (or so I hope). I saved over a thousand pounds with this purchase and if the process had been less painful I wouldn't have anything to complain about.

  I am delighted with the SolarMax 800mm f/8.8 Solar Viewing Refractor bought from Fenway Photo. It gives a quality beyond my expectations and easy to operate. However, the chromosphere is a bit unclear, giving a spot at the edges but this seems to have no effect on the operation.

Having read other people's reviews, I was half-expecting not to see my order delivered, but it arrived safe and sound this morning, by UPS.   I ordered a Nikon d3500 as the price beat everyone else hands down. The delivery was fast considering where it comes from. The camera is superb. Of course it is a grey import so the manufacturer warranty does not apply.

  Arrived quick and also with a Chinese, indecipherable manual. A bit confusing when it comes to applying the 5 year warranty. Having to write a review to get the warranty I find strange but hey how.

  Bought a lens from them on 10/4 and it was delivered to me in Maryland on the afternoon of the 14.4. Absolutely expeditious speed of delivery and extremely well packed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

  Superb Service!! After reading many reviews, I expected a long wait (2-3 weeks) before the item was delivered. Ordered a Panasonic Lumix DC-S1H camera and lens at a very good price. Thought it was worth it to wait as the price was so low. The tracking link given to me didn’t seem to work, so hopes were doubtful. Turns out less than a week after my order, there come my packages. Flawless service, quick response when I had questions and overall a great website!

  Not going to risk it. Not a bad comment- but just a humble message to Fenway Photo- I was just about to buy a Leica SL camera from your site but as I'd never used the site before I looked for reviews - and reading the issues around grey market, poor customer service, delivery issues etc, etc has made me decide to buy elsewhere. You need to cleanup your portfolio.

  great value. arrived promptly I bought an Olympus camera, The OM-D E-M10 Mark II from Fenway Photo, New York. A brand new product arrived promptly as promised. I saved a lot of money, as compared to what I would have to pay at local stores such as K&M/Adorama. It was my first experience to purchase expensive photo gear from this company. I would use this company again. I am not sure why some of the rating is poor for this company.

  Mark from Fenway Photo is amazing. I had a defective gimbal and fortunately they had the exact same one in store. Mark quickly appraised my tripod, and agreed that there was a fault with it and straight away swapped it! I've been a customer since a few years back and would definitely come back again and again.   Had the Avaya IX Huddle HC020 shipped, Instructions hard to follow but they are very responsive via email. Main problem with it is it needs a receiver on the rear. The one on the front is ok, but you are constrained to being in front of the camera. If you want to do a multi-camera shoot chances are you need to be behind the cameras and if so your remotes wont work

  Ordered the new Sony a1 to Maryland earlier this week - to be unfortunately told it was out of stock (which was no surprise to me as I already had this from other retailers) Fenway Photo kindly called me back later in the day to advise of stock arriving later in the week.   I had a good experience at Fenway Photo. My first point of contact was via their online chat service asking about matching some online sellers. Mark was tolerant in explaining the risks with purchasing 'international' and I after our chat I was happy to pay the little extra to receive the extra warranty and support from the store here in New York. Shop looked great when I went in and my purchase of the Tokina 100mm 2.8 Macro was seamless. Thanks Mark for the great experience, will be back when its time to upgrade the camera: D
