  I bought Panono 360° from FENWAY because of the unbeatable price. I wasn't sure at the beginning as I never shopped on fenwayphoto.com before. It was only 8 days waiting and I received my order. It was carefully packed, wrapping with bubble foam. The product was brand new and works well. I would like to say, this is a great website.

  Leica Ultravid. I purchased these as a gift for my wife. They arrived in a couple of days and she loves them. They give a sharp image and not too heavy. Ideal for the purpose of watching waterfalls.

  Very happy with my purchase. Arrived safe and sound and at a great price. Did take a little a while to arrive (15-days from order date), but can't tell if that is standard or maybe due to Covid?? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry for my order, so feel the saving was worth the wait.

  I used Fenway in the past for my Canon printer which I was happy with so decided to use them again for my Hasselblad H4D-200MS. Delivery was fast and packaging was good. Only small thing is that I would have preferred if it came with the HCD 28mm f/4.0 Lens Kit but it isn't a big deal. I would use fenway again without hesitation. Thanks!

  Price great! Delivery time not Price on this website was very good. Product came in perfect condition so if you need just that - great. But I was expecting quicker dispatch and delivery. 7 days today is very long compare to BH Photo, Amazon, KEH or pretty much everyone. Reply on my email in 48h is not that great too. For me swift delivery is a ineluctable so this is a reason for 3*

  I found FENWAY PHOTO while searching for an elusive Leaf Credo 40 (they seem to be the only place with stock!). Gave them a call and had a nice chat to Mark who was very helpful and happy to get one out in the post to me next day (arrived this morning thanks John). It's really nice to deal with a traditional retailer rather than some box shifter on ebay, a company who does customer service right and really appreciate the business. I've bookmarked the website now, and look forward to dealing with these guys again.

  John is a very nice helpful gentleman,who will suggest and help you in every way to understand everything you wanna know about photography. He is a specialist,and I always visit his shop for everything I wanna purchase for cameras and lenses. A shop visit is a must to see all the varieties of stuff he has in the shop.

  Has a huge amount of photography stock. Helpful when you are buying. I went there because a friend recommended it. Best advertising is being told a place is good by someone who has bought there. Not the cheapest. Not the dearest. Reasonable prices for a small business trying to survive. I have since told someone about the place. They went there and bought stuff. I should imagine he gets a lot of customers that way.

  A lot of bang for the buck I bought this Olympus OMD E-M5 Mark II for landscape photography and it works great. I love how I'm able to crop to fit my needs and still get a great result. I bought the kit during a price reduction at FENWAY PHOTO which I feel was a good deal. The M.ZUIKO Digital ED 12-100mm that came with the kit works well for all-round workhorse. The past reviews gave an excellent overview of what the camera retailer. Very happy with my purchase.

  Got my film developed here and the price was reasonable, though it took a little longer than I anticipated. I found the staff to be a bit unfriendly - felt like they just wanted me to leave as soon as possible. I chose to come here because of proximity to my place, but I might shop around a bit for better service.

  Everything Ran Smoothly! Because of their reputation, I was ordering a specific camera from FENWAY PHOTO and needed it quickly. I had seen some bad reviews of customers having issues receiving their orders promptly because of the virus. Some anticipated the company was bait and switch, they would never receive their order. However, I ordered my camera and received it very quickly without any hurdles or complications. I received both a confirmation email and an email once my camera shipped. I am VERY happy with my purchase and would wholeheartedly order anything I needed from this store!

  Excellent prices, excellent service This was my first time using Fenway Photo. I’d been browsing for a while and when it came time to updating my camera and lenses, I found they had excellent prices on two M.Zuiko lenses that I needed. The customer service team responded absurdly fast to a query I had about delivery time and the items arrived earlier than expected. Will certainly be using them again!

  Hasselblad 907X 50C with XCD 45mm f/4 P lens and XV lens adapter bundle from Fenway! The camera, lens and adapter all arrived safely, quickly and well packed. The equipment was as described. I am extremely happy with the service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.   My dad was a photographer and I inherited a large collection of camera equipment. Not being into photograph I was lost what to do with the personal property. I then came across Fenway PHOTO who would buy such items and arrange for their pickup. Their appraisal seemed fair and always offered to return any items that, after physical examination, had a revised valuation or not in a saleable condition.

  I took a rare old camera along and asked for advice. The team were candid and straightforward about the value of the camera and the costs of service etc. As it's a gem find of sorts we opted to go for the service even given the low value of the camera.   I’ve recently bought a used camera from FENWAY PHOTO and had to review them for their exceptional service and, most of all, the personal touch. First of all, my camera arrived the next day (I was expecting to have to wait a few days). It was exactly as described and nicely packed. Inside the box was an envelope containing a hand written note of thanks, and three Italian tea bags! Call me old fashioned, but these bespoke touches really mean something in my experience. The fact that a staff member took the trouble to write a note, and enclose a kind gift says so much about this company. I’ll look nowhere else in future for used photography gear.

  I agree with positive reviews below. This place is amazing, great staff and the membership has really good value. Super friendly and helpful when you have questions about developing or buying film. It just starts getting weird in the used camera section. The three times I’ve been there, I’ve had to deal with 3 different staff that appear to be very condescending and rude. Single word answers as if they’re trying to get rid of you as fast as possible. Might have been bad luck, or maybe they’re tired of being asked the same questions all the time. Maybe they’re on commission? I’m sure they’re all great people, not sure what’s up with the attitude during my visits.

  Great experience! Mark is a very experienced and knowledgeable camera person who is willing to discuss and answer any question that you may have about certain equipment. His prices are fair and the quality and durability of the product (old Nikon D lens) hasn't changed since i purchased it a few months ago! Looking forward to returning to purchase more!

  I love Fenway Photo. I find the staff at Fenway are willing to let customers to try out new lenses without really pushing for a purchase. They have great selections of both new and used equipment. In fact, I think Fenway PHOTO has more used gears than Adorama (Amazon does not have much). They also have student discounts on certain products (like film and chemistry) and services (film processing) that will really help students that are on a tight budget. Overall one of the great places to find photography equipment in downtown New York.

  Great camera shop for beginners!! I was on the fence between Sony a6400 and the Canon 5DS R. The price point is different but it is worth the investment if you plan on growing your lens inventory. Sony's eye tracking is superb. Glad I went for the zoom lens kit, it gives me more creative range. I'd recommend to anyone looking for an entry level camera to check Fenway Photo first. All the staff are very nice and I'm thankful that they haven't laughed at my novice questions.

  It is a good place to shop for camera, but the staff was lack of knowledge regarding the lenses and camera. They dont have enough product to display especially for accessories. The price is a bit expensive. I would recommend you to buy online. Unless you want to be sure that you know where exactly you go when you have issue with your purchase. The staff is friendly. The store is narrow though.

  Having finally made a decision to jump ship from Olympus and move to Leica, I contacted the store to arrange part exchange appraisal and look at Leica range. Staff were brilliant, particular thanks to Mark and Matt, and made the whole transaction smooth. First image from my new Leica Q2 and attached Summilux 28mm f/1.7 ASPH. Lens (combination is the perfect models for testing sharpness, colour profile etc) Initial results look very pleasing.

  Very helpful and responsive guy at Fenway PHOTO. However I fear these are Grey imports (at full price!). My Nikon camera came with no manufacturer warranty and this was overlooked by the Fenway Store saying 'dont worry we'll give you 2 years guarantee'. BUT the point is, the product should come with a manufacturers warrantee. A very telling sign its imported. The product handbook actually says this too. What happens if Fenway Photo liquidates? Just be admonished.

  They always have a good selection of used equipment, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, it's a more personal service than other high Street camera shops and because of that fact it beats any online store too, yes you can buy online slightly cheaper but you don't get the service.

  Good and diverse range of products I reserved a Meade's LX200-ACF but was able to pick it on the arranged date they were happy to keep it for me . On arrival not only was the whole process was very easy the telescope was also helped to my car and I received loads of advice on how to get the best out of my purchase and ideas of what products I needed to get into Astronomy.   Sony a6400 purchase From online order to delivery was only seven days. Email contact was good with prompt replies to queries. Image proof of dispatch was provided and logistics reference was provided as soon as dispached enabling me to monitor delivery. Very pleased all round especially having been caught by the Corona virus outbreak!

  Fenway Photo, NY. Purchased Revo 11-37" Selfie-Stick from Fenway Photo. Their service was prompt. Communications was excellent - always kept me up to date with the progress of the transaction.   Edited review It's been over 2 months since I've placed an order for items that were listed as in stock and still nothing to show for it. No response to multiple messages after a month. Finally got a response after filing a case with PayPal, and they said one item was not in stock so the other has been delayed as well. Will not be ordering from here again.   Top class and best for buying. I ordered an item and was contacted by Matt to tell me that a new advanced generation was unveiled and the item I ordered was counterproductive.   Amazing service, I ordered something during a very busy period for them and during Covid. I asked if it was in stock and received a reply in less than 24h, ordered, and asked kindly if it was possible to get the order earlier for personal health reasons. I wasn’t keeping my hopes too high as I understood they were under big pressure, and yet day after order was processed and ite, arrived 2nd working day after my order!
