  Went in knowing little and large format cameras and their foundational principles. I was immediately helped by Mark who was patient, well-versed with his subject matter, and assessed my needs as a novice food blogger. I ended up making a pretty large purchase of several items, all of which FENWAY PHOTO had in stock. Overall a top-class buying experience. I strongly recommend this store if you have any photographic needs, and I specifically recommend FENWAY PHOTO if you're looking for anything camera/photo related.

  I am a photographer with experience, and this store helps me in my hobby. I bought my first DSLR camera here, which I started working with, and the next camera is also from here, all the equipment works perfectly. This store also has a website where you can also make a purchase. Separately, I would highlight the work of managers, guys, you are too intrusive, give at least a few minutes to familiarize yourself.

  This Fenway PHOTO store just launched in New York in May 2019. It's located just next to a jewelry store. The floor area is quite small, with just two tables featuring Nikon, Canon, Olympus, Panasonic and Leica camera products. It's great that there is a considerable range of accessories including the macro photo. A 3 meter square demo area surrounded by a net. Accepts credit cards and parking is quite plenty. I guess they wanted to keep costs down by not opening in the CBD or any malls.

  Sheer Quality! Very helpful and friendly staff. Mark was able to answer all our questions and offered answers to questions we didn't even think of. Was very knowledgeable on the 360/VR cameras we went in to look at and was able to make comparisons for us based on what we needed the device for. Great after sales service offered also

  I was in New York on a holiday and discovered that I had brought the wrong charger for my underwater camera. I found the FENWAY Photo and Mark Webb came to my rescue and offered to charge the battery for me for free--how AWESOME is that?!? I left it with him and returned later that day to a fully charged battery. I can't thank Mark and FENWAY Photo for their courtesy and extreme kindness--they're the BEST! :-)

  A large store with everything a photographer/cinematographer could ever need. I could spend hours browsing the stores products. Store has plenty of 35mm film which I shoot at a good price and have a great service for film development and scanning options, I am a happy continuously returning customer.

  Rather big store with variety of products. I visit them very often for my photography needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Huge amount of accessories such as bags and straps. They also have studio lighting equipment. However the price is not competitive.

  Mark went above and beyond to help me get my XF80mmF2.8 FUJINON. Not only did he help me pick out the perfect lens, but he completed the transaction and express-shipped the lens to the Airport in time for my mid day flight. He also managed to give me the best possible price for the lens. Without Mark and the team at Fenway Photo I wouldn't be able to capture the wonderful memories of my floral structures.   Super friendly guy Mart I think, sold me a lens cap, didn't have the lens with at the time, when I did try it, it didn't fit. I called them, he remembered me, and told me to come in for a refund. I get there and realized I forgot my receipt. Luckily, they could just looked it up, they were so kind and patient. If I needed anything for my camera, I would go there again for sure!

  Whilst browsing for some new Olympus camera , numerous staff offered assistance in a non-intrusive manner, and backed off quick when I told them I alright. When I came to purchasing my item I was assisted by the attendant, who was very friendly, talkative and insightful, He was great at helping me find the right deal, and I left feeling happy with my purchase.   This Celestron NexStar 130SLT is good for seeing the sun's outer layers, it says you can see deep space objects but I have yet to be able to see any any good. And I have purchased an eyepiece to make it as strong as possible. I kind of wish I bought a bigger Cassegrian telescope.

  This Hasselblad 907X is a wonderful addition to our Photography arsenal. The abilities it has are phenomenal. Hasselblad SWC is compatible with 907X 50C digital back , the angle of view will be different a little narrower as the digital back is 43.8 x 32.9mm and not 6x6. As far as Fenway Photo, the first camera we received was damaged in transit by FED EX. I contacted Fenway Photo and they handled it expeditiously and went above and beyond with customer satisfaction. !

  Some staff can be helpful some need training and attitude transplants. It's pot luck if your item is in stock or u would have to wait longer. You can go online. Amazon is better.

  These guys are top notch. I primarily go there for my analog photography needs, and they are always trying their best to have the latest and greatest Gadget. I love that I can go in and talk to someone that knows what they are talking about and like talking about. Really exciting to see salesmen and so enthusiastic about photography.

  Just part exchanged my camera for a better camera with Fenway photo. The service was 5 star. A courier collected my camera from my house within and hours slot the day after I ordered. Fenway kept kept me well informed of the next steps by email and I received my new camera a couple of days later, delivered by the same courier who was also first class.

  A really helpful member of staff that spent time to make sure I got the right camera. the one I needed and was very knowledgeable about all the cameras and there functions. I ended up with a really nice DSC-RX10 IV that I'm really pleased with. Thanks again for all there help.

  After placing my order on 26/05/21.The lens arrived yesterday, 10/06/21 properly packed, in Canon's original packaging and it works perfectly. No complaints at all; delivery may have taken a bit longer than from other vendors, but I assume that it was shipped halfway around the world to reach me so hardly surprising.

  I ordered a Nikon Z 6II with kit lens during the Nikon promotion that incuded an FTZ Adapter kit. Out of all the official Nikon resellers, FENWAY PHOTO had the best deal. They threw in a bonus Manfrotto tripod and a XQD card. No other dealer came close. Items arrived within 2 or 3 days, and I couldnt be more satisfied

  I'm disappointed. I purchased two items from Fenway Photo website on Saturday and it's now Thursday and they still haven't been shipped. I reached out via email to ask what's going on, only to be told that one of the items isn't in stock and has been ordered from the supplier. They think it should arrive in the next couple of days, when they will send out my order. I don't think that this is good enough. If an item isn't in stock, then it shouldn't be available to purchase. Or at the very least, there needs to be a clear message on the product page saying that delays will apply as the item needs to be ordered from the supplier. If I had have known I'd be waiting this long, I would have purchased from another company. Anyway, I'm sure the item will arrive safely next week and all will be good. It's clear from the other reviews that Fenway PHOTO are a great business... but in this case I'm left feeling a little underwhelmed

  I bought some spotting scope from Fenway PHOTO I noted a variance between the item price when searching initially on their site and then bringing up that searched item. I called them and they honored the lower price for the item. Its good to be able to contact a site by telephone to make queries and finalize a sale. Goods arrived quickly and in good order.

  I found Fenway Photo to be so helpful when I called - checking if they had what I wanted in stock and if not, how long it would take to get to me. Their prices are much better than anywhere else and the goods were delivered within a couple of days. Absolutely fantastic!

  This new Sony FDR-AX53 camcorder is a great piece of gear and I highly recommend it for ease of use, high definition video and faithful color reproduction. I purchased it for a House of Worship in Mississippi after outgrowing a 5 year old point & shoot. I purchased from FENWAY PHOTO whose assistance thru their Technical support I'm getting almost professional quality church service recordings. I'd like to say almost, because I'm no professional.   Recently I was looking to change my setup and went into Fenway PHOTO. The staff were so helpful, answered every question I had and helped me find the best camera for what I wanted. There was no sense of rushing or felt like they were pushing the most expensive things, just genuinely wanted to find out what was best for me. I’m so happy with my new Sony! :) Also this is the only place I ever go to get film developed, best in the business.
