  A little technological marvel!! This a7R 4 camera is a fantastic camera. The picture quality, build quality and feature set are great. I upgraded from an A7iii and couldn't be happier. Great Camera, Great Package Bundle!

  Great range of gear but so hit and miss on the customer service side. On my last the fellow who served me was really helpful and happily help me choose a new Sony FE 90mm F2.8 macro lens. This visit I was possibly after a new camera body but the sales person didn't seem particularly interested and I left feeling like I had inconvenienced him.

  We arrived at FENWAY PHOTO after the Canon 5D Mark III arrived in a swimming pool - we all know that it is not worse than that, the repair in this case involving a great effort on the part of the service, being affected many components. Thus, after the other services refused to repair the camera, the reasons being too high costs, as well as no guarantee associated with the work, Matt received the camera in the Fenway service as if he had to perform a trivial operation. The repair, recalibration of the camera, etc. lasted about 3 weeks, during all this time Mark provided me with a similar camera, and the cost was half of the authorized Canon service in New York. I strongly believe that Fenway PHOTO should be considered for any camera repair work, regardless of the brand, because they are extraordinarily good at what they do, open and without hidden costs. Congratulations Mark , congratulations FENWAY PHOTO.

  I called them with a problem at the lens and they solved my problem in less than a day, in the evening, I left it and the next day it was ready. they answered quickly by e-mail and I received clarifications to all the questions asked. they explained to me what the procedure consists of and which would be the most advantageous for me, and I can honestly tell you that of all the services I used, besides the quality and speed of the intervention, it was the best offer received.   I’ve bought a whole bunch of gear from these guys in the FENWAY PHOTO store over the past few years from camera bodies, lenses, strobe lighting &flash lights, filters, monopods, etc, you name it. They have always been really helpful and attentive when I’ve been in-store and the prices are super competitive. FENWAY PHOTO is always my first stop when I’m looking into purchasing a new piece of gear for my photography business.

  Recently disappointed by what I would consider as dodgy conduct at the Fenway PHOTO store. Lens I ordered (with an allocated serial number) was swapped out with the display/demo unit when I went to collect it (as identified by the SN). For me personally, I never buy second-hand lenses because I prefer them to be untouched from the manufacturer but that wasnt the biggest issue I had with this. It was the fact that someone thought it was OK to do this without being honest with me upfront. This experience plus a similar instance in the past (at the same store) has left me feeling that I can longer trust this store. For the benefit of the doubt, I accepted the possibility that first occasion may have been an honest mistake but this second occasion was clearly intentional.

  I've been to many camera stores but this one has got to be my favorite. The staff are very knowledgeable on all the products in store. The last time I came in, Matt was there to assist me in purchasing my first DSLR. He has also fixed my friends camera I bought in and I had it back before the due time I was given. Plus it was clean and ready to go as soon as it was given back. Awesome work! I recommend everyone to this store.

  Recently bought the Sony Alpha 1 after reading countless reviews, and I have not been disappointed! It comes with a 50.1-megapixel stacked CMOS sensor, an OLED viewfinder capable of 240fps refresh rate, and a mechanical shutter . Highly recommended camera and highly recommended vendor. Fenway Photo only took 2 days to send the package from New York to northern France, whereas the French postal service needs a week from southern to northern France. Will definitively continue buying from Fenway PHOTO, NYC!

  Can't say enough good things about this shop and the great service they always provide. All the staff I have dealt with have been fantastic but a special thanks to Mark who has gone out of his way and helped me on a number of occasions with some technical advice with some of the gear and just photography in general.   I don`t know about "great" deals. I had two encounters with the shop, none of them too pleasant. I was interested in a document camera present on the site, turned out they use it in the shop. Was interested in another product and asked if it had a specific item, the guy told me it does not have one. Well i took it as it should not have one. Naïve as i was i bought the product and observed only at home on the box that it should contain one. No other job to do then to give the money difference on the missing accessory. Other than this, the product works fine.

  Customer service here is excellent! Bought a refurbished Nikon camera from them which had a manufacturer defect, which was unfortunate, but the guys down at Fenway PHOTO took care of me. All I had to do was send the defect back to them and got another unit that was flawless on express delivery. Process was quick and they were very professional.

  This place is always busy when I'm here. Staff is knowledgeable and most of them are friendly. One time I felt like I was bothering one of the staff by buying something there or when I asked questions. Perhaps he had an off day, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. Overall though there's quite a selection in stock and I'm able to grab what I wanted quickly.

  I've had different experiences in this store: While I was helped to find a simple accessory and purchased exactly what I wanted, the other time when I had a question which was a bit technical, I didn't get a good response and had to drop the purchase due to lack of enough information but will try again with the hope that someone will be able to help with a good telephoto lens for my Nikon.

  When asked for recommendations on DSLR shotgun, the salesman purposefully tossed out all the kits, including a lavalier mic. A bit inpatient and insincere. Otherwise great selections of equipment that you’d find in a camera store.

  I have purchased items from them in the store before when I happened to be in Manhattan but this time I tried an online purchase from New Haven. Exceptional service. They sent the quick-release plate for my setup out the same day and I had it the next day. The package included a card indicating that it was inspected by one of their staff before shipping. I like that attention to detail. Their prices are always very reasonable. Shop local folks!

  FP live chat said this SmartLav microphone would work with a Canon Vixia HF R700 camcorder. It does NOT. The microphone WILL NOT work with camcorders unless you can get the camera to actually power the mic. They dont tell you this, all this say is that it's compatabile with cameras and other devices.

  Smooth First purchase Being a retiree I had been looking around for a great deal for the Sigma sd Quattro and found Fenway PHOTO were showing the item for cheaper than other places and were able to deliver the item next day (free of charge). Seemed like a deal I couldn't miss out on so I placed the order hoping I’m not getting scammed. Everything went very smooth and I was very pleased with my first time shopping experience with them.

  I purchased a Lensbaby Obscura 16mm pancake lens which I must admit arrived promptly. However when opening the package the box was not sealed and appeared to be already tampered. I was not happy with this and began to question the fact that the lens was brand new. I emailed them and requested a refund to be fair they were prompt in their reply and let me have the details of the process for refund. I posted the lens back to the address they gave me and they refunded the monies back to my card with about 5 days of my postage

  Great online service at a great price - I'm always cautious using a new online retailer, and it would have been easy to get it all wrong with delicate equipment like this. But everything went right. They said the lens I bought was in very good condition, and it was. The delivery tracking emails kept me reassured while it was on route, and on arrival, it was securely boxed with loads of packing to keep it from rattling around. Next time I need camera gear, I'll be coming here first.

  When looking for and appraising camera equipment, the knowledgeable staffers give concise descriptions and product information, Fenway is very useful in making a purchase decision. Also helpful in getting everything you will need in one shopping trip as apposed to finding you need another item for the photo set up you want after receiving the products you ordered. The order I placed including a remote shutter, should work just fine for what I wanted and will be looking forward to using the setup.

  Workhorse Flash The versatility of the Godox AD200Pro is INCREDIBLE. Features and accessories are what I always wanted in past 40 yrs. of pro photography. Super compact and easy to use lighting. Will definitely be recommending this sweet spot to other photographer friends of mine.

  The new camera store makes more. But if it is better in there (photographer) no idea. Passport photos were made, which were really bad. However, some very good family photos were taken. Photographer dependent on emotions.

  I am not reviewing the RED Dragon-X 6K I purchased. Rather I am reviewing Fenway Photo. They are an excellent cine retailer. They have fair prices, quick shipping options, have a large number of cameras available on their website, and are solid. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else. Not to mention, the best customer service anywhere!

  Best prices and quality for high end tech items. Have used Fenway PHOTO for over 14 years for camera, electronics and optics instruments. NO PURCHASING TAX when shopping in LA or Alaska; that says it all. Better pricing than Amazon Prime and free shipping ...no cheap Asian knockoffs

  Fenway PHOTO was recommended to me by a wedding photographer. I had just bought a Lumix DC-FZ1000 II as a hobbyist in 2019. Over the years I needed specific camera gear and better cameras than what were available in my home town in Norwalk, Connecticut. Since 2019 Fenway is the ONLY place I shop and buy. I price compare, of course. But Fenway's pricing, quality, selection, free informative materials and reliable shipping are the best.

  A photo hobbyist 1st choice store. FENWAY Photo is always my first port of call. The depth of selection is breath-taking, the prices on Nikon equipment is very good and the selection on used and refurbished quality items is fantastic. It has made my acclimation to photography as a new hobbyist enjoyably affordable. A special thanks for their germane articles. Fenway has a lot of accomplished professionals willing to present their career knowledge on many topics. All this things make this Fuji X100V has now a user dedicated fan.

  Best prices and fast friendly service. Purchased microphone and Gitzo tripod. One item was on back order and since I was leaving the country and I needed the items urgently for a photo shoot the staff were nice enough to expedite my order and have it all completed before I left.   Good service and competitive with their prices. I purchased my last camera from there which ended up cheaper than any other store selling the same device within the same shopping center. The advice is way better as well.

  Firstly, upon arrival of store, I was not approached. Had to get closer to one of the employers to get their attention. Secondly, prices for accessories are expensive than other stores. Tried price matching for a particular product that retails for $199.00 (on numerous websites, may I add), could not do it.

  I used to go the old location quite a bit. Great service, prices used to be a lot better too. Recently rang the store to enquire about a product and the guy was pretty abrupt. Reading these reviews I cant believe a manager would write some of those replies.
