  Glad that I start ordering at FP The only reason why I haven't give them 5 stars yet is because of the fact that I don't know how their service is ,incase there are some trouble with the lenses.....but...everything else until now is absolutely great! Good packaging, the lenses look and work spot on....and good delivery time....I am very happy with this company....good job FP!!

  As we all have experienced bad service in many places we have bought items from. I am pleased to say that the customer service at Fenway Photo is exceptional! We just purchased our Sennheiser Shotgun Microphone. Its a great shotgun mike that is perfect for what we do. The price is worth every penny if you want a decent quality shot gun mic without spending $800 - $1000.

  Had a very pleasant experience at this location after a horrible one from another store. Matt greeted and helped us and was fantastic the entire time, you can definitely see his passion for the business. We were looking for a Sony 28-135mm lens and he provided a bunch of recommendations, and also provided a fantastic recommendation on a DSLR camera. He did not over sell and choose a cost efficient one based on our needs. We were very impressed by his sincerity and patience. We will definitely be returning in the future to pick up another gear.

  I pre ordered a new canon lens from another online camera stores and they didn’t have it at all and didn’t even know when it was going to be shipped. They didn’t even know if the lens was out yet and being shipped from other stores (when I know people who already got their lens) I didn’t want to wait until they figured things out, so I called the Camera store and Mark helped me, he checked if they had the lens in stock and they did!!! It was literally out of stock everywhere, but they had 3 of them and held one for me. I canceled my other order from the other store and ordered through Fenway Photo and it came to me the NEXT DAY. Am a happy customer.

  I was looking everywhere for a Sigma 24-70mm lens but No one, I mean no one had them. I was able to get one from them in under a week. They were back ordered everywhere. Fenway Photo got one to me before the Big Camera stores even had them back in stock. They were awesome to deal with mainly because I felt they actually cared about my business. They oofer the best photo video gears.

  I purchased a Sigma 24-70mm lens online from Fenway Photo from their online store. Without seeing the lens in person. I was nervous but after a phone call to one of their representatives I was excited to receive the lens. Once I received the lens my expectations were blown away, the excellent rating might as well have been brand new. The Sigma lens came in the original box with all the paper and caps/hood.

  This store is great! I purchased a Canon T7 camera that was listed on their website. my contact with them was over email and they were fast, friendly, and great to work with. The Camera arrived in original box that was packed inside another box filled with foam packing peanuts, so it was well protected! Thank you Fenway Photo!

  I’ve been going to Fenway Photo since 2014, and every time I walk in they are looking to give great customer service. I’ve traded in gear and always given top dollar!   The only thing I can say about Fenway Photo is that they have so many wonderful things that you didn't know you needed, but after seeing them and having someone demonstrate how they work, you suddenly realize you can't live without them. They have a wonderful, well informed staff that is passionate about photography, and they spend their time helping you solve your problems, rather than trying to push some product or service that doesn't meet your needs.

  I Only shopped there once, but it was a good experience. I called around looking for a backordered lens and they were able to get one a few days later. I drove up and they had it waiting for me as promised, and the salesperson was very friendly. He did try to sell me some extras like a camera bag, but wasn't pushy about it. Its the best store for photographers.

  Tracking number difficulties Four stars because the tracking number in my confirmation email always sent me to an error alert, but otherwise it was an overall good experience! The lens and roll of film I ordered look to be in good shape and were securely packaged!

  I purchased my 6D Mark II at this Fenway location a couple of years ago and have been coming back ever since. I usually deal with Matt who is always very helpful and has given me some great advice. I brought my camera in today because I had a dust spot on my sensor and they cleaned it at no charge. Thanks to Matt and all the staff for the great service.

  Had a wonderful experience purchasing some camera accessories and a lens from this store. The lady Hannah that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable as she is a photographer and knew exactly what would suit my needs etc. The items I purchased were on sale and reasonably priced to begin with.   I have an order gone in and it’s only being a few days. I did ring and they told me it’s in the store house and will take 3-4 days but it was ordered 2 days before I rang. I was expecting it on sat. The one thing is I have yet to receive a msg about delivery let alone a tracking number. Do they provide this or does it just arrive ?? I need this lens for a wedding next weekend so I’m hoping that it arrives in time. If it does I’ll give a great review. I think letting people know where there product is in the means of a tracking number would really help people.

  I needed a back up camera for my D7500 that is down, purchased a used D7100 and used it this week end. Condition of the camera was fantastic, resulted were great, A for my experience. Everything was done on time, the camera was like new as advertised. am a pensioner shooting on a budget, When I want something, I will check here first. I do a lot of nature photography under some terrible conditions. When I get my D7500 repaired I am not sure which will be my backup.

  The customer service in this store is wonderful. They know the products and are not pushy. They take the time to answer any questions you might have and give valuable suggestions on picture taking. The store has parking right in front so you don't have to walk far. I have purchased several cameras from them and would go back to them again if I was looking to buy another one.

  Honest, Fair Condition Ratings I read that Fenway PHOTO rates their gear honestly, ie. looks better than the description, and I experienced this for myself. The used lens I purchased was in better shape than the description would have led me to believe. That practice certainly build my trust with them.

  This is the most excellent camera store I have ever been to. Mark Wood was extremely helpful to us teaching us what to buy and even how to use the camera. He went so far that he even told us to come while he was on shift so that he could teach us the basics of our Nikon D810. The most moving part was that he didn't recommend the expensive items, but rather the ones which are worth it while saving money. I would gladly come again and even tell my friends to come too.

  I can only review the web/shipping experience as I've not been in person (thanks covid), but I am VERY impressed by the selection, ease of ordering, and most importantly the customer service follow up I received when the staff thought I may have ordered 2 of an expensive item by mistake (I did need two, but it was so thoughtful that they checked in to make sure). I also double checked a very commonly counterfeited product I ordered with the manufacturer to make sure it was genuine and it was (I'm 90% sure the same item on Amazon that was half the price was a knock-off version). Lastly everything I've ordered has been delivered swiftly and very well packaged with no damage. I will definitely be using this shop for that vast majority of my gear.

  Good customer service! But I'll never buy anything else from them. Purchased a Birmingham camera bag online using the discount code. Invoice generated. By the time I picked up my bag. I was told the discount only applied to regular items which they made a mistake on the purchase online system. Not bother to waste my time to argue with them. Thanks for the fast response! I didn't expect they would care about this. However, Mark phoned me back to follow up my case. It's resolved. Based on the professional manner. I re-rated back to 5.

  This shop has the best service anywhere. Plenty of staff on hand and a great selection. They stand by their products and will go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. I have been to a lot of different stores and been disappointed by staff not getting back to me when they say they will, ignoring email orders and enquiries entirely and poor service all round. A huge variety & accessories for the photographer on display.A humble family orientated business along side great staff. I’ve been a customer over 25yrs & treated extremely well. They endeavor to pursue your needs. Their knowledge is impeccable. Some people say it’s “to expensive” well no 1 is holding a camera to purchase anything so stick with a point & shoot, keep your comments & walk out slowly. No one wants it to discharge & splatter your rubbish.

  I have bought good quality cameras and accessories at Fenway PHOTO over the decades. Excellent service and products. Today, however, things were different. Still good, knowledgeable service and quality product - but now the specialists behind the counter also have to do petty, small returns, sales and exchanges. What happened to the checkout counter? I suspect new management taking over has created this change and it's not a good one. Line-ups to get advice from people who are now doing a cashier's job. I hope this is just a phase and Fenway PHOTO will restore proper service and maintain the professionalism and efficiency that Fenway PHOTO was known for. Still a great place to shop but frustrating for customers and I'm sure the people behind the counter, too. Kudos to them for not complaining, and delivering good service despite the distractions and line-ups.

  I was actually ready but on the fence to purchase this Sigma Art 18 - 35 lens from Fenway PHOTO, but when it became available in the Black Friday reduced by $100, it was a no brainer. Thanks Fenway P. Anyway, this lens is top quality in build & image quality. This Lens does not disappoint. Got this to go with my Canon 70D and it is a great combo. It's more like a 28-52mm on your crop body, so keep this is mind.

  The best place to buy camera equipment. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Contrary to other places, they are there to help you and not the make money. I travel to NYC often and always add a trip to Fenway Cameras to our schedule for my camera upgrades.

  This service store is a great place to go if you have any problems with your newer model laptop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they will help you diagnose the problem and fix it, if possible. They also have a good range of PCs, laptops, tablets etc.

  SUBLIME Everything you read about this Fuji GF 110mm f/2 lens is certainly true. Works great in low light, Professional build quality, and all of that. As far as price is concerned, you usually get what you pay for, and that is certainly true here. I purchased this lens a month ago from Fenway PHOTO, and wanted to actually use it for awhile before making any comments. I Purchased this for holidays, family gatherings, and times where I wanted to reach across the room without getting in the way of the moment. Flawless performance!   Celestron Travel Scope 70mm f/5.7 Refractor telescope I bought this Celestron 70mm telescope for my son during his graduation. The 70mm telescope does fit well on the 8 reflective telescope tube. My son has been super happy with this telescope, he's been able to pack it up and take it camping with us and its extremely sturdy. Definitely a good buy.

  My review has nothing to do with the actual staff or the stores but more the website when it comes to used items. The website doesn't update the used inventory in real time so you can actually buy the item and never receive it because it was sold to someone else. The site shows the item as available but in reality, it may be already sold. You just never know. In the year 2021, it's hard to imagine a business that runs a site like this.

  Sharpest tool in the shed! I'm a budding videographer and I bought this lens for a BMPCC 6k. It is sharp. Nice bokeh. Excellent character for filming. Loving it. Great feel and build. Sharp. Performs well in low light. Also works wonderfully with a BMPCC4k and canon mount to 3/4rd adapter. Safe to say ill be buying a couple more sigma art lenses here when I get the chance.

  Better to just spend the money and get what works! The Nikon 77mm circular polarizing filter is excellent for my Canon lenses. I wanted to buy a B&W brand which was not available readily. But I am very happy that I bought this Nikon filter instead. It is very thin and that reduces vignetting. So one has to be a bit careful to not touch the glass while rotating the front element.

  Great Shop for Starter Telescopes I bought this Celestron PowerSeeker as a gift for my husband. It has been great. We live in the city so it's perfect size for our compact condo. It gives amazing views of the moon. If you're looking for a starter scope like us, this is perfect for the price. On a side note Fenway PHOTO's packaging and shipping couldn't be better! Shipping was fast and free of charge!
