  I purchased a Tamron SP 70-200mm f/2.8 lens on line from Fenway PHOTO,NY. Despite being listed as a used item it is in fact pretty well in new condition. Very pleased with the transaction and being able to collect the item the same day was a bonus. Thank you to Matt and all staff involved.

  Service is very good as long as the owner and receptionist are not busy. Small selection of rangefinder cameras and lens, but the owner did state that they will be an authorized dealer of Voigtlander within the next 2 weeks.

  Just bought a Nikon D780 from Fenway PHOTO. Mint- from Mark is as usual immaculate. I have dealt with Fenway for 20 years. Bought my first Nikon F FTN from him in early 1970’s. This is an Aladdin's cave for all Nikon purists. When I lived in Brooklyn, I would head there direct from the airport when visiting Manhattan.

  Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX NIKKOR lens Ex Demo Lens purchased , not only was it immaculate, the manager Matt hand delivered it to me the same day. He also looked at my flash and got it working. The guys in the shop are always amazing, polite and as you can see go to any lengths.

  Thank you Fenway PHOTO! Fenway PHOTO definitely stands by their service! I just received a call from their manager and apologized for their mistake with my item. I have to tell you that on a Friday afternoon receiving a call from a company to apologize was quite a surprise. They are refunding my purchase amount quicker then expected, which is always good. This is how i remember Fenway PHOTO and I’m glad to see they still stand by their products 100%. Thank you!

  I've been using this company for several years and they've always been very good. However the reason for only 3 stars today is my experience visiting the shop. Despite signs asking people to social distance, I had to stand well outside the queue just to avoid unmasked customers trying to stand inches from me. Worst of all though, I witnessed one staff member wearing a face shield and no one else. Most of the staff wore no mask and made no attempt to keep any meaningful distance from customers or each other. Preposterously, at a time when hygiene is so important, they have made toilets unavailable to customers.

  New Nikon Z fc Mirrorless camera body & FTZ Mount Adaptor purchased from Fenway PHOTO- 5* camera from a 5* supplier. Excellent Service (as always) with excellent products at a competitive price. This has to be the best mirrorless Nikon classic Camera on the market. Very lightweight and a good choice of lenses available with the innovative FTZ Mount Adapter.   We'd highly recommend FENWAY PHOTO in NYC. We used them to outfit our entire architectural and real estate photography rig that we use for B2B imaging for our company.   in the past few years i have found myself buying any secondhand gear from Fenway PHOTO. even things that are graded with 4 stars are in mint condition sometimes with a box too. they are very reasonably priced and will sometimes give a bit of a discount as well. very fast delivery with FedEx aswell.my first port of call now for used gear.

  Sony Z8H 75" Class HDR 8K UHD Smart LED TV This is my first Samsung TV period I have to say I am absolutely impressed!   I Ordered a Live streaming camera from Fenway photo and the results are great. I Have had this little camera for about two weeks. I Use it to Live Stream our morning services.   Excellent service. As a newbie to the blogging and photography world I needed help in getting the right flash to attach to my Canon Rebel SL3 camera.   Excellent service from Fenway Cameras again! My purchase of a used Tamron 150-500mm lens was the second time I had bought online from Fenway. As with the previous lens it had been graded Excellent. And as with the first lens, that was certainly correct - in fact both lenses looked new to me. Their delivery was again free and very quick (ordered Tuesday, the lens arrived on Thursday). The customer service is outstanding!

  Great Store to deal with. Over the last 8 years I've bought several cameras and lenses from Fenway. Delivery has never taken longer than 4 working days. Packaging is minimal but gear has always arrived safely and can be tracked easily. Prices are much cheaper than buying in other megastores, and items come with a 3 year warranty.

  I recently purchased the new Canon Rebel T7 camera and I'm enjoying the camera and the excellent photos this camera produces. it's easy to change the settings when the sun comes and goes and I love this feature. Great experience and will continue to come back for more gears.

  Fenway Photo is always my go to place for equipment rentals. They always have what I need and are quick in approving my request. Customer service is always great and accommodating to my needs. Definitely would recommend to any photographer or videographer looking to improve their work.

  Ordered a lens online from the website as it was out of stock most places. When I got in touch a few days later to see when I could expect delivery I was told the lens wasn't in stock and they didn't know when it would be in again even though they had taken my money immediately. Most other companies said the lens was out of stock but I could pre order if I wanted and no money would be taken until it was dispatched. Then I had the issues getting my money back which took an age and several calls and emails. I buy a lot of camera gear but won't be using these again and people wonder why Amazon are so successful.

  I recently took in what I thought was a broken Mamiya SLR camera for assistance with how to get it repaired. I was very impressed by the lady who examined my camera, and the help that was offered. In fact, nothing was wrong - and I had accidentally knocked some of the buttons - but the shop charged me nothing for their time and advice.

  Great camera shop. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good product range. Highly recommended. I have been a keen photographer for over 40 years. FENWAY PHOTO give me good advice and the benefit of their professional experience. They also go a bit further to help, I was really grateful when they gave me a Photographers' Formulary Liquid Cyanotype for my recent project.   Had a problem when I got my filter stuck on my lens. Emailed the shop and very quickly got a reply so I was impressed from the offset I didn’t have to wait around for a response. Have taken it in and Matt very kindly managed to remove the filter. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Certainly look forward to going there for all my camera needs.

  We have used this store for many years, and would not think of purchasing our studio cameras or audio goods from anywhere else. The staff, especially Mark, and the 2 assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. As older customers this is reassuring. I would highly recommend this store

  I, along with family have used Fenway PHOTO for many years and will be more than happy to continue to do so as they provide a friendly, efficient, helpful and cost effective service, which is second to none, with no job being too small for them. Even during the last, very difficult, eighteen months (Covid and lockdown) they have continued to maintain the excellent customer service by telephone, deliveries and repairs even though they were unable to open the shop.   Recently I purchased my first ever Mirrorless camera. After swapping out a lens I managed to get dirt on my sensor. Being a Sony camera it has to be cleaned by someone who understands the sticky sensor set up they (Sony) have. 24 hour drop in lens cleaning service was very reasonably priced and the quality of my photos past f/15 or so now has no sign of sensor spots. When asked for advice it was clear and concise. It may be a round trip from NJ to Fenway PHOTO in New York but I see this trip as priceless. They, the store staff, were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. A-class service. If I had friends I would recommend Fenway PHOTO to all of them.

  I needed to hire some equipment from abroad for a production in Manhattan. FENWAY PHOTO made the whole process easy and worry free and delivered/picked up the equipment at the production location in New York , as agreed.   I hired a lens without much trouble, just very poor customer service. Staff were rude and dismissive, hardly acknowledging I was there even when I would say hello and goodbye to them all. Witnessed another customer be greeted very warmly with smiles. Disappointing. Please treat all customers equally.

  Great price, fast delivery Purchased a Tamron 100-400 lens from Fenway PHOTO. Fast service (10 days from ordering to delivery) and excellent price (quite a lot cheaper than most other suppliers). Lens performs well. Can thoroughly recommend as long as you don't mind importing from overseas!
