  Canon RF 100mm F2.8L Macro IS USM lens I ordered a RF 100mm F2.8L Macro lens. Almost immediately I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my shipping, which I did.   Fast Postage, Great product The seller shipped fast. The item when received was well packed and a genuine product. FedEx, however, took one week to deliver the package and could not explain why once it landed in Hawaii. This is beyond the sellers control. Id happily buy from the same seller again.

  Canon GP-E2 Receiver The GPS arrived in good order, I am more then pleased with the item well protected with packaging, There was a slight hick - up with UPS and delivery, The dispatcher at UPS had the driver return with the package ended well.   Ronikon 24mm f1.4 Lens I was looking to purchase the Rokinon 24 mm f1.4 lens and found the lens on Fenway Photo's website at a great price. The shipping was fast and the product arrived with do damage. Soon I'll be photographing the Milky Way. I read many reviews on the internet and decided to supplement my Nikkor lenses with an off brand. The lens is great as it is an f1.4 and has high marks, if there is no coma problem with the lens. And that is why the test. Fenway Photo was great and easy to find the lens and purchase it online.

  Canon Power Shot SX50HS I recently used this camera at my grandsons school program and it functioned superbly. I gave me great images in low light conditions and super videos. Although they call this a bridge camera, it's great for any level of expertise. You have a good range of imaging with out changing lenses. I am very happy with the camera and the good service I received from Fenway Photo.

  A conundrum to write. The level of service was good and the price offered was slightly higher than the competition. The problem is, I sent a camera, which was in absolutely mint condition as verified by other people, not just my option. FENWAY PHOTO & VIDEO said their inspection revealed signs of wear, which is a lie and just an opportunity for them to pay less and make more profit due to insatiable greed. They know that it is more of a problem to get the equipment back and send it somewhere else than it is to accept the lower offer. So, they are efficient and easy to deal with but they will rip you off.

  Godox VING V860IIS TTL I wanted to use the flash, mounted it on the camera and got a error E1. Would not clear, followed Godox troubleshooting guide. I emailed them, they said send it to B&H Photo Video! I told them I bought it at Fenway PHOTO. But they said Adorama handles repairs and, Godox said, it is no longer under warranty. Waste of money!!

  Incredible Service and Superior Expertise I had an extraordinary salesperson at Fenway PHOTO, Mark Dodd. He was honest, helpful, and a sharp portrait photographer; he embodied all the qualities one would hope for when they are about to make a serious purchase and needed sound, measured advice.   Nikon Z 6II Bought it new from Fenway PHOTO many moons ago. Fenway provides accurate information about their products and reviews from the folks who buy them and use them day to day are invaluable.   Got this Leica CL for my husband for his birthday (at his request). He loves it! Easy to order and arrived quickly.   Love the a6400 Camera . Fenway PHOTO on the hand not so much tonight. I love the camera. Unfortunately I paid full price and now I am a few days pass 30 and it is gone down in price by $300.00 and Fenway PHOTO will not help me. So therefore I'm not very happy when I am a loyal customer to them and looking to purchase the next size lens after just getting the Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens.

  I just received my first Sigma 18-35mm lens from Fenway Photo, I was concerned after reading several reviews (granted some were from a while back), but have been perfectly satisfied. The order shipped within 6 hours of my order and arrived 2 days later by FedEx. I did receive an email from FedEx in the middle of shipping saying that it was being held for customers payment. My lens arrived well wrapped in bubble wrap and was not open. I am so pleased with the results.

  After losing my GoPro Camera, I needed a new one quick. I ordered one from Fenway Photo and they said it would arrived within 4 business days but It arrived on the 3rd business day!   Got emails and a phone call from Mark at Fenway Photo who explained everything concerning my Nikon 8x42 Binoculars. This is my third pair of binoculars, and the best.   I was thinking to upgrade my camera for a while, Even though I was keeping an eye on few websites for a good deal. I still found Fenway Photo and bought a Pentax K-3 Mark III camera, and received It in 4 working days whereas others take 7 - 9 working days from overseas shipping. Really happy with my purchase.   It took a while to find a reputable store to purchase my Sony FX6 camera. After browsing the web for a while I found that Fenway Photo had one of the cheapest prices for the camera. I then came across all the reviews and they were very positive, approx. 4.5 stars average. This gave me the confidence to then place an order with them. The order was placed approx. 12pm on 20/09/2021, tracking indicated it had landed in Perth on 23/ 09/2021 08:48. Now that was fantastic, fast service and delivery to my door all the way in approx. 1 day So from my experience I would definitely recommended Fenway photo.

  I’ve just purchased a DJI Mini 2 Drone for a comparable price to other Big Stores like amazon and other stores. The Drone was shipped the next day and was delivered to me in 3 days later. The Drone is perfect. A DJI drone mini bag was also included at no charge. My personal experience is Excellent.

  I was worried about buying From the store, especially when spending $1200 on a camera. After ages looking online, I decided to purchase a Sony A7S III camera from Fenway Photo, directly on their website, rather than through eBay. I read many reviews here, and in eBay, and in other places. I ended up with the Sony A7SIII and It's is incredible. I had a great experience.

  I ordered a Blackmagic Studio camera On Tuesday and it arrived on my doorstep after 4 days via UPS in its original sealed box wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap. Their service is Not bad considering it was shipped late (according to the detailed tracking information).

  Fenway Photo delivered really good service for me, before purchasing the Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. emailed them asking a lot of questions about the process and warranty. They were upfront about everything and answered all of my questions promptly. I then purchased the lens and everything went smoothly I ordered in on a Monday afternoon, it was shipped out on Wednesday afternoon and I received the lens in the mail on Friday morning so all round very fast delivery. The lens itself came in brand new condition with all the plastic seals on the lens still and the lens itself is sharp and seems to work fine mechanically so far so I am very happy overall! I can't say anything about the warranty process as I haven't had to use it but if I ever do I will update the review, but as for before sales and during sales service it is pretty good all round.

They have amazing gears Although the shipping time is longer than expected, I prefer to wait for the package during this hard period. I received a package on Monday without any problem.   Friendly staff and good cross selection of most known camera brands. They were very helpful with helping me look for a Tiffen filter, giving me a few options instead of just plunking down the most expensive piece of glass they had in the store and telling me "this is the one you want". They were fairly busy when I went in, but i was helped pretty quickly. The store is clean and laid out in a way that doesn't feel too cluttered. I would certainly give them a thumbs up

  After sales service is second to none. Scott was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me. I would highly recommend Fenway Photo to anyone. I purchased the DJI Mavic Pro Drone. This drone is super easy to set up and get flying quickly. The remote is amazingly clear and the package deal gave me things I would have purchased separately. Flying this is very easy to control, even for a beginner. The photos are great as well. Fenway provided super fast shipping and my item was well packaged. I will definitely buy from this store again.

  What an amazing find! I recently got back into photography and was so happy to find a Canon 6D Mark II Camera In their store. I have had the camera for less than two weeks and am still trying it out. I wanted something smaller and lighter for casual and travel carry. This camera has a high-quality feel and takes amazing photos. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

  Nervous Photographer I was apprehensive to give up my beautiful Nikon D7500 and all the lenses. However with the arthritis developing in my hands it was becoming too bulky/heavy to handle. Fenway PHOTO,NY has a wonderful 'buy back' program, so it was a smooth transaction to go from the Nikon to Fujifilm X system. Although the learning curve is steep with the X-E1, it is fun and definitely worth the effort. I couldn't be happier with the quality of images this camera produces.

  My partner and I got a Lexmark MC3224i laser printer on Friday, we had excellent service. We requested it be delivered on Sunday (today). That was no worries, we paid for it all and we’re looking forward to being able to do our weekly prints and scans on Monday. I rang on Sunday morning to get a rough idea of what time it would be delivered. We were told no later than 230pm, but would get a call to give us a 30min heads up it was being delivered. He also mentioned they didn’t have much to be delivered and the days worth of deliveries were around the same area. At 4:30pm, I rang Fenway PHOTO, to confirm that it would be delivered today. This person wasn’t particularly helpful. He said we’d get a phone call 30minutes prior to delivery and that they stop deliveries at 730pm. It is now 745pm. We have had no contact from any delivery agency and I’m really annoyed that we have not received our goods, particularly as we assured it would be delivered today. Not good enough, sorry.

  excellent purchase (Black Friday promo) As a non-US consumer, the experience of buying this EM-1 Mark II from Fenway PHOTO is simply superb, and reliable from enquiry to shipment. EM-1 MII is arguably one of the best value-for-money equipment right now in the market. I've started making money from my photos this past year (I sell landscape photos of a local wilderness at tourist locations and occasionally a photo with an article - I'm a freelance writer). Great camera and easy to carry due to its size. Also, a shout-out to Fenway PHOTO. Ordered one day, and it was in my hands the next. Incredible service!

  Amazing Service! Already knew I wanted to buy this Sea & Sea YS-D3 underwater strobe and checked around on different sites.   Another 100% Satisfaction Experience As a professional wedding, portrait and Real Estate photographer (as well as a lover of landscapes) having this Canon RF 24-70mm lens is an essential. After 20 years in the EF world, I figured I'm old enough now to level-up on glass, and whoa, this is mind blowing. Canon and FENWAY PHOTO hit it out for the park. The RF 24-70mm lens gives me the quality photos I've come to expect with Canon lenses. Buying from FENWAY PHOTO gives me that 100% I'm well taken care of feeling.   Almost a five star, but... A good camera body that does everything it's advertised to do. I would give this purchased item a five star rating except for the packaging it came in. The bubble wrapping between the Pentax box and the outer box was completely deflated, allowing no protection. Fortunately, the camera body was not damaged. This is an excellent camera body (a little brother to my Pentax K-1 Mark II DSLR) and I'm having very good results with it. It goes well with my Pentax-D FA 24-70mm f/2.8 lens which I purchased from Fenway PHOTO earlier this year.

  I put off upgrading to a full frame camera for years because I'm not a professional photographer. But I am so glad I did it.   I'm an amateur just started getting into photography. I went to Fenway PHOTO, New York with a really basic knowledge of cameras and the type of lens I was looking for. Mark was extremely helpful in showing me multiple camera bodies for both full-frame and Mirrorless models with a mix of brands that would be capable for the type of photography I was interested in. Mark also helped explain how each camera works and gave me a hands on feel of the cameras. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold and felt like I was given time to think about my purchases. He also helped me with accessories such as a tripod, carry bag, etc. I highly recommend Fenway Photo, NY and don't understand all these negative reviews on Google. I will definitely be coming back to buy more lenses in the near future!
