  FENWAY PHOTO tops for reliability and customer service. I've had complete satisfaction in my extensive dealings with FENWAY PHOTO over three decades. I bought a brand new 645 Mamiya Pro camera body in 1998...which I just donated to a photography school (w/a couple prime lenses also purchased from FENWAY PHOTO). So much choice, expert advice and a wonderland of equipment. One day i will visit the store again.

  Macro lens for Sony a7III I was able to compare a number of lenses for my mirrorless Sony and was able to review a number of lenses. I would up with the Sigma version because of some of the specs and liked the larger filter size. I also ordered a dock so I could update the firmware.

  Perfect camera to get started Bought this a6000 camera from Fenway and received it super fast. First camera ever and will def. be enjoying it. Fenway btw was the only one to offer the camera in combo, so I received it with a bag, extra battery and charger. No one else gives you a deal like that.

  Had to return an M.Zuiko lens. Talked with customer service and they took care of everything without any hassle. I've ordered a couple of items from them, delivery is very fast. It's a family owned store unlike the large corporate companies so customer service is top notch. FENWAY PHOTO is the best!

  Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Art Lens for Sony E Recently being in NY I bought Sigma 24-70 Art lens from Fenway PHOTO. What a difference!!!!The Sigma works flawlessly. I can't see any possible reason to spend the extra money on the GM unless you need the extra stabilization. Absolutely love it with impressive sharpness! I am extremely happy with my choice.

  Fenway PHOTO has helped renew my interest in photography. I recently ordered the 5d mark iv, have photographed a live dance show without any motion blur issues. I ensured the shutter speed was high at 1/500sec or higher.) Opened lens aperture wide open and if i had too slow of a shutter speed, raised the ISO. There hasn't been anything that I have needed or wanted that they didn't have in stock or if it was out of stock they notify me immediately so I can order it. I just wish I live in NYC so I could go to the physical store. That would be like a kid in a candy store for me.

  ordred an LP-E6N for my 5D Mark III, it works incredibly and packs even more juice! I can get a few less shots and in cold weather the 7 fps might drop to 6 fps but fairly minor differences.

  Quick & painless I often turn to Fenway when local suppliers don't have what I need. This is one of those cases. There isn't much to say about a Canon Tripod Mount Ring and Adapter for RF 100mm step-up ring, except that I needed one. Found it at Fenway PHOTO, the price was reasonable, and now it is on its way to me.

  From Fenway photo I have bought Cameras & lenses, and this time it was an Underwater Housing. Scott helped me and made the buying process a pleasure. Fenway photo was competitive on the item price, and I selected the free shipping. Its hard to criticize this Underwater housing which is so much cheaper than any other alternative. I used it with a Nikon D7500 camera in the ocean and swimming pool. I definitely recommend Fenway photo.

  I have ordered my lens, received it in no time, the package was excellent. I had some issues with my lens, but as it was within the guarantee period, the store agreed to refund me.   I have had superb service from Fenway Photo and would recommend them to anyone. This is the second order from them for a FUJIFILM X-E4 camera.   I ordered a Polaroid iS048 camera (at a very reasonable price) late on Thursday evening and to my surprise it was delivered on Saturday morning well packaged and in perfect condition. It take photos of acceptable quality. It is easy to use. The only problem is that it drains the battery fast. I use alkaline batteries and it will last only for a day. Would Order from them again though.

  After having two failed purchases at two other camera stores within a week, I found Fenway photo online. After speaking to Scott I tried again to order a Canon C200 camera. The order was done through the website and all went very smoothly. My camera arrived next day via FedEx, which was very unexpected as I had opted for free delivery. Cant get better service than that. This was my first purchase from Fenway Photo but it won't be my last.

  excellent services. I had a wonderful experience with Fenway photo He made sure I got the best deal on my Sony a6600 camera. I did a lot of research and felt that though the iii had a few more features, I couldn't justify the steep increase in price. Anyway, I've only had a few weeks, but so far, I am delighted. Honestly this is a beautiful camera and looks new means they've obviously kept it well and had a brilliant deal. I will definitely come back to Fenway Photo for other deals.   I Traded in my Nikon D850 to get a Sony DSC-RX10 from Fenway Photo and the whole process was made very simple and fair by their team on the phone. I was worried about buying online from a smaller shop, but I couldn’t be happier with the camera and the whole experience. I am mainly a landscape photographer, and I absolutely love this camera. The price point is much more reasonable than the newer models, which is why I decided to go with this version. Recommended.

  I Bought a new FUJI X100V camera at the lowest price I could find anywhere from Fenway photo. I Phoned to see if it was genuine as I was initially skeptical. The camera arrived quickly and works as it should. I Bought it as a backup for my other cameras and am amazed by the quality and features listed below: - Weight, size and ergonomics are great, perfect for travel. The camera feels great in hand.   When I Looking for a Manfrotto tripod for my son. I contacted Fenway Photo, after virtually giving up hope for some advice on a suitable tripod for my sons birthday present budget. Mark was extremely helpful and consequently I purchased the tripod from them. Prompt delivery with great service. Used today for the first time by my son and the Tripod was easy to set up with twist and lock legs, pan tilt head easy to use. Very glad I used Fenway photo. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  I Purchased a 2nd hand camera. Very good price compared to the same model new but looks totally unused and is in perfect condition! Great value if you ask me and the ultimate in recycling.   I initially contacted Fenway Photo regarding part exchanging my 5d mark ii against an EOS R. The process was simple and on appraising my camera they increased the quote by 10%. Unfortunately in the week it took to complete the process the EOS R and 24-105 STM kit had sold out so I had to convert the part ex into a cash payment and buy elsewhere, which was a shame as I’d liked to have dealt with Fenway and will in the future. I was pleased to receive the full value as quoted as cash.

  I spoke to a lovely gentlemen called Scott who really understood the assignment. As a newbie to the blogging and photography world I needed help in getting the right flash to attach to my Sony ZV-1 camera. Scott was able to talk me through the options available to me and saved me a lot of money, I would have spent money on unnecessary items thinking the more expensive it is the better. He also gave me a few tips which I was grateful for. Thanks Scott for all your help and I would 100% recommended giving them a call if you’re a newbie like me, before making any purchases.

  Bought a used camera here a few weeks ago, both the price and buying experience were excellent! I saw that they had next day delivery if bought before 4pm, I bought my camera at 3:30pm on a Sunday thinking that it would arrive on Tuesday (as it was weekend so it would be dispatched on the next working day), but lo and behold at 11am on Monday morning my new (used) camera was on my doorstep! So just for reference, I got a price better than even the best deals I could find on eBay (not exaggerating), super fast delivery and a 6 month warranty. Can’t recommend enough!

  I have to say, 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I was looking to sell my camera, Fenway photo gave me a quote within less than 2 hours. They sent me a UPS label. I boxed all my camera up, sent it to them over bank holiday weekend. As soon as they received it they let me know straight away and that someone would be in contact within 2 days. A day later they confirmed my quote and I accepted, asked me for my bank details and the money will be in my bank 3-5 days. Every email I sent to them they replied on the day any inquires or question I had they answered. I have to say usually I don’t like posting expensive stuff.. (just Incase) but they got the job done & well done & thank you for being a trustworthy business

  I had a Nikon D850 camera on order because I expected an earlier delivery on this than for the Nikon D850, which I would have preferred. Neither were in stock when I placed my order. A few days later I noticed that the camera was in stock. I spoke to Max in Customer Service who amended my order to the camera which was shipped immediately and I was pleasantly surprised to take delivery the next day. (Which was a Saturday). Great service and many thanks.

  I've always used Fenway photo for a new camera, used kit and more recently for some service issues I had under warranty.   I ordered a Fuji lens which at the time was a difficult item to obtain due to lack of stock by the supplier to Fenway Photo. I have ordered through Fenway Photo in the past and they always come through. I placed the order on line and could check on the likely delivery date. When messaging via email I have always had response in less than 24hrs. They deliver a first class customer experience and can be relied upon to deliver as promised.   I Recently I sold a used mirrorless camera and two lenses to Fenway Photo. The store was really very good to deal with. I received their quote within a very short time of emailing them the equipment's details, understanding that the quote was dependent on the camera and lenses being as I described them. They arranged collection and emailed me once they had received the package and a couple of days later I received a firm quote which was the same as the original offer. The money was transferred to my bank shortly afterwards. All in all a really straightforward process with a very professional store.

  What I wanted, quality, no fuss, fast. I needed a Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4 DC Macro OS HSM Contemporary lens for my Lumix GH5 camera also bought at FENWAY Photo.   Camera order was fine however FedEx who they use is useless. Their tracking is non-existent, they just state that it will be here next day and then it doesn't arrive. Then the same every day until it eventually does. That's not tracking. - its mere speculation. Two wasted days waiting in for it. Additionally, no instruction manual in English so had to buy one online adding to the cost. Received inaccurate manuals in other languages. I would have bought it elsewhere if I'd known. Be careful when you purchase to find out this.

  I have always had excellent experience with Fenway Photo,NY. Sometimes I get a little frustrated with the check out being closed for undisclosed reasons, but, yet, I respect their working days. Fenway P provides excellent support, both technical and customer. I LIKE being able to purchase from a company that can answer my questions about their products, and their compatibility with mine.   Good Service and Delivery Time I ordered a Sensei PRO 52mm Aluminum lens hood and Vu Filters 52mm from the site. A bit of confusion from the way the status was displayed, I send them an email which they answered within a few hours. They were in the middle of their busiest period, which meant a few days delay. But they were honest and the delivery time was still good, considering it needed to be sent from NY to Nashville.

  Think Canon should reconsider their status as an official repairer of their products - awful communications throughout and don't give the impression of professionalism at all. Have used Robert's Camera repair service in the past and have been impressed on both the occasions I have used them if folk are looking for alternatives.

  Panasonic GH3 & 4 Are AMAZING!!! I film weddings every weekend. I can achieve shallow depth of field, have a wide range of cinematic options with lenses and accessories, all in a compact form factor that is very run-and-gun friendly! I've used the GH4 but the current pricing on the GH3 by Fenway PHOTO was too good to pass up. Unless you have to have 4k, the GH3 is an excellent choice. That's a terrific bang for the buck.

  UPDATE: I have now received an email and they have explained the delay. Ordered a lens on 24th september with 2 to 5 working days delivery. No lens yet, no communication to explain why delayed. Have emailed twice and left voice message. I appreciate that staffing may be light due to covid, but even a holding response would be helpful to stop me worrying that I am dealing with a dodgy company. Price was good, but now I'm left worrying that I've been ripped off.
