  Recently purchased a used lens from this site. The lens was listed as “excellent” condition but when it arrived it was different as described but the Lens was covered in dust, body had small cracks, and both lens caps were very dirty. When contacting customer service they told me the lens was still in excellent condition.

  Fantastic Camera Upgrade from EM-10 Mark III I have had an EM-10 since 2013 and loved it. I debated long and hard about upgrading to a Mirrorless Micro Four Thirds camera. I am so grateful for the four phone calls I had with Fenway PHOTO. Each person I spoke with was so knowledgeable, so passionate, and so PATIENT as we talked about the pros and cons of every camera, including making a jump to the Micro Four Thirds' family. In the end, this Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II is a perfect camera for me. Lighter, smaller and more powerful than my em-10 I am a week and 1000 pictures in and beyond happy. Thank you Fenway PHOTO!

  Just tried out the Kowa eyepiece today and what a difference! I would like to thank Fenway Cameras for their advice in choosing the correct eyepiece, and for the dispatch info, it arrived bang on time. Next time I need optics I know where to try first.

  Wonderful service from Fenway Photo. I only became aware of Fenway photo after searching for a Canon XC15 camera and decided to place an order. The camera arrived quickly and well packaged. I've used it to shoot podcasts and presentations, and I am very pleased. This little camera is so much fun to shoot with and the 4k picture quality is stunning!   I dont know why Sony released this FE 50mm f/1.8 lens. The image quality is fine but the AF is HORRIBLE. So slow and noisy. It reminds me of the original Canon 50mm 1.8 which I never complained about because when i bought that it was only $75. This is way over priced and should only be purchased if you are on a super tight budget

  I purchased the PLSVGC3EM L-Bracket for VG-C3EM Grip. I was assisted to choose the really right stuff L bracket for gripped a7iii, a7riii a9 and it fits perfectly, Friendly, helpful staff. Bit of a pressurized sales vibe though.

  This is the first time I've used Fenway PHOTO really. I ve bought some photography kit here ,but nothing that expensive. So, I decided to but a mavic air drone, extremely cool bit of kit! I even got $150 off for ordering in store!! Matt the manager is a legend! Went above and beyond the call of duty when a problem arose and sorted it within a day or two and he takes time with his customers! Great customer service here. Matt from Fenway PHOTO New York is a legend! And the mavic air produces incredible stills as well as 4k video.

  I've been using my DSLR for video for years and finally decided to dive into a camcorder. This AG-UX90 made the transition super easy and smooth. Easy to use in Auto mode, and fun to explore the possibilities in manual. Solid build, great lens, and comfortable to carry.   Could not have received the camera quicker if I'd gone to collect it myself I must have spent a week going through various websites looking for a Canon eos 80D body camera. Some were cheap but based in Hong Kong, others did not reply to my emails questioning certain aspects of the sale. Camera for me responded quickly to questions asked, their website described the item perfectly and the price was great. Would certainly recommend Camera for me to my family and friends.

  Be Careful and Ask Before you order off this company be aware that in the very fine print under shipping-returns you may find that what their Web site indicates as being in stock may in fact have to be bought in from South America so expect a delay of up to 2 weeks. Might I suggest you email the company first and inquire as to where the stock is held. Don't expect an email response till early to late evening. Deceptive to say the least.

  BlackRapid Sport Breathe strap I got this as a gift for my dad. He loves it. Fenway P delivers time and time again. I have a BR strap myself and the photo making workflow is helped exponentially by the sling strap - no need to worry that your strap is going to get stuck on your shirt or jacket.   We purchased a Canon Eos with a compatible Sigma ring flash (the exact replica of a set-up we already have). Unfortunately the flash came with 2 non-compatible flash rings. So, the flash is not compatible with the camera as it arrived. We had to go an order the correct size. Poorly described.

  I've used my 7D for many air shows, sport events, wildlife photography and never had a problem with autofocus. Had it shipped by Fenway and have now used it for about a month and I'm extremely pleased with the results. The next day I bought and collected in the NYC store.   Hard to find item was in stock, price of item was good, delivery cost to my location (Baltimore) was outrageous so I had to get it delivered to a friend who then posted it on to me at considerable saving. Pity, as it will discourage me from using you again. DHL delivers here at same cost as everywhere ele in the US so there's no reason for the surcharge.

  I have Canon 1DS mk 111 21 megapixel which I used for landscapes before and Dx for wildlife. I ordered Pentax 645Z online because I wanted to make large prints for landscapes. Added an SMC FA 645 28-45mm F 4.5 AL which is an awesome lens for landscapes. A great camera for almost everything!   Excellent product, Amazing service. Ordering my Magnus Tripod from their online shop and It was really quick and easy because of their good and clear product description. The delivery was incredibly fast, tracking the tripod was as described. I wanted to replace my current tripod with one that was more sturdy and capable of holding a camera and a camcorder.   I had an Amazing deals and packages available for a Nikon NIKKOR 200-500mm lens I was looking for. I was nervous shopping online, but Fenway photo answered all my questions and concerns promptly and delivered exactly what was promised in a very timely fashion. This is my second time buying the lens. The first succumbed to a bonehead move on my part and did not survive the fall out of the car. It might be fixable, but we have a Yellowstone trip in a couple of days and there isn't time to send it off to Fenway.

  Excellent service. My Sony 70-200mm lens arrived on time. I needed it to replace a broken lens that I was going to use on vacation. This lens, and the teleconverter I purchased with it, are beyond belief. The relatively fast f/2.8 telephoto is a joy to work with. Oh, and fast shipping as well. Good site!

  I love to order online from Fenway Photo for all of my Photographic needs. I've bought a Celestron C90 Spotting scope. The package arrived in a bigger box with lots of air bubble protection sheets to prevent any damages to the Celestron box and scope. The scope works as advertised, clear view with the included 32mm eyepiece. Am Very happy with my purchase.

  I ordered a Panasonic AG-AC30 camera, the price was better than I could have locally, and the camera arrived sooner then I expected. Am Very happy with this Panasonic !!! Prior to the HC-X1, I was shooting using my Canon C100. Having now used the HC-X1 on a few gigs, I can say that it outperforms other cameras I've been shooting with. I was very pleased with my purchase.

  I highly recommend Fenway photo for all your Photo-video needs. They have a lot to offer and have great customer service on top of it all. We already received our Canon Rebel SL3 camera Yesterday. I've had this camera for about a month now. It has excellent picture quality. This camera is small and lightweight yet has many features found in larger cameras. I will definitely shop here again and would recommend to everyone.

  I've purchased 3 Polarizing Filters through Fenway and have been happy with my experience every time. Shipping is fast and the shopping process is really easy.   I had excellent experience with Fenway Photo when I ordered my Paterson Micro Focus Finder. Even after ordering Scott called me to make sure my address was right. After years of working in professional darkrooms, I finally had to set up my own darkroom at home and on a budget. I got this less expensive focus finder from their online store and it works perfectly. Thanks

  I've had many of years of excellent service from Fenway Photo. I did notice a few days ago that the list of this year's orders is incomplete: there are several accessories missing. I think this could be because one (large) item, a Sony FX6 video camera is out of stock and therefore has not been shipped. Other cameras in that same order have been shipped and paid for.

  Compared Fenway prices with Canon, Amazon, and multiple others, and Fenway had the best price. When I needed to get clarity on the Nikon D850 camera, I called t Mark and within 30 seconds was connected to a knowledgeable customer support agent, who quickly answered my questions.

  Fenway Photo has the quality accessories i need, and the best prices i can find. Speedy delivery. These Pentax 8 x 25 binoculars have great eye relief for those of us who wear eyeglasses and hate dropping our specs, plus ultra small & lightweight for backpacking or keeping handy in a car glove box.

  Fenway my go-to camera store, to decide or not on the Sony A7 lll, upgrade from my 6600. Answers to my questions were found on the site, except one, and i know I could have found that out quickly with chat or call. Decision made and they had a deal on for a new camera at about the price. excellent as usual.

  I used chat and was able to get my all questions answered. Buying experience was flawless as usual. The pricing was the same as Amazon without the hassle of worrying whether my purchase would be fulfilled with genuine Canon parts or counterfeit as seem to plague Amazon.

  Leica D-Lux 5 I use this camera for records in private orthodontic practice and it is very easy to use and the images are very sharp. It is light and compact with great, easy to use features.

  First time using Fenway Photo. Outstanding service. Bought a lens adaptor to fit my Pentax 67 105mm to my camera, New York to Scotland in 3 days! Faster service than some here in the uk!!! Plus far cheaper than anything on eBay/Amazon and elsewhere online. Would definitely use again.

  One of the legs on my Manfrotto 055 tripod became dislodged and I failed miserably to repair it myself. I took it to FENWAY PHOTO in New York where Alex repaired it while I waited without making any charge. The is the kind of excellent service that keeps me returning to FENWAY PHOTO time and time again and recommending the company to others.

  Takes too long to do anything, 3 days to review accessories, 3 days to make an action after you accept an offer and three days to pay you, but there site says they have an efficient system??? Pricing is good, but they lack a sense of urgency to get things completed, been waiting three days after accepting an offer for a lens to be sent back they rejected and for Fenway to collect my account details to pay me for my lenses. Online is supposed to be about being quick and efficient?

  I broke a lens hood and needed a replacement. I've got one on the way and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price for shipping. I didn't have to buy things i really didn't need just to get free shipping. Two thumbs up for FENWAY PHOTO.

  For all of my DSLR photography needs and most of my home theater & electronics needs, Fenway is my go-to online store. I prefer to take my business to them instead of some other online megacompany, because I know they will answer their phone and are happy to help with product recommendations and trouble-shooting.   First time purchasing from Fenway Photo. I did a "Live Chat" to make sure I was buying the correct lens size for my camera. Matt asked questions: camera and lens then had a recommendation for which size Variable neutral density filter I should buy. Just finished ordering the filter kits and added a landscape/panoramic lens, and score, it was on sale.

  Ordered Sigma 50mm Art lens it in a bulk order. First one I got the AF was a little wonky. I Fenway PHOTO called telling them I'm a video guy as well and kind of rely on AF depending on the shoot. Fenway PHOTO sent me a return label. I sent it back and within a week or two I had the new one which works awesome with my A7iii.

  I have been using the Oben focusing rail since it arrived and have taken photos of a number of objects. The focusing rail works extremely well and I have had no problems with it. v I highly recommend it.

  Shipping Choices I always bundle small items together to make over $100 to have free shipping. There was an option to pay now and wait one or two weeks for the Tripod and ship 2 items together, but it separated them anyway and I have to pay shipping on the second item.

  Great high ISO performance I purchased this A7 iii camera in 2021 to upgrade from the a7s ii, even after the a7s iii was released. Always a pleasure ordering from FENWAY PHOTO for the extras they throw in and the quick shipping. Professional camera at an amateur budget! The price was the best I found and shipping was lightning fast. I have been burned before buying electronics online but not this time. From now on I will only buy through FENWAY PHOTO.

  JOBY GorillaPod 3K Flexible Mini-Tripod with Ball Head Kit. I put off purchasing this item for some time, little did I know once received this is now my go to stand for over 1/2 the shots I take. First of all I feel great getting things like this from Fenway, second of all I love this JOBY. Keeps my camera safe, makes vlogging easy, and more doable than a normal tripod especially when traveling
