  Just purchased a Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 16-35mm f/4G ED VR Lens at the best available price in New York from Fenway Photo.   Well priced, Well packed, Great product. Ordered a EM1 Mark II. Got it for an amazing price. Received a very well packed parcel. Ordered late Thursday night, received via UPS following Wednesday, would have been Tuesday but UPS overextended themselves. Goods all sealed and had a branded charger. I have received a very well priced piece of kit with which I am very happy, I would use FENWAY again.

  Disappointed ~ I was looking to place an order for the new Nikon Z fc and 16-50mm lens. I always believe in trying to support local shops. I was told by staff that they were very competitive with best prices in part exchanges but alas when I followed this up they were a couple of hundred dollars down on a city centre store in Manhattan. When I pointed this out I asked them if they could at least match the rival price. If so I would stick with BH Photo but I was met with a blank face and no real explanation as to their quote of 'best prices in part ex'. My order is in with the Manhattan store. As I say, very disappointing.

  Canon EOS R6 camera with 24-105mm kit lens Very pleased with the purchase: FENWAY PHOTO processed the order within 3 working days of payment, as it says on the website. I think it was a further 1, or 2 days before actual dispatch of the camera. I didn’t need to contact FENWAY PHOTO through the purchasing, but I did receive an email from them when the delivery had been made to the FedEx collection point, to check I was aware and if everything was ok. The follow up email added to the good service provided by this company.

  Underwater Monopod The SeaLife AquaPod Mini is the best solution for extreme sports, hobbies and concerts. It is the ideal partner to take pictures and shoot video underwater. Easy to use, it works beautifully underwater. It's fantastic to know that I now have someone to buy underwater accessories from who I can trust. From now on FP will be my first port of call anytime I'm looking for a new item, which will probably be fairly often given my apparent underwater imaging addiction.

  A really excellent specialist dealer, owned by Matt Harris, whom I have dealt with on a number of occasions over the years. Matt is a very friendly and honest dealer who really knows his stuff, and is totally accurate when it comes to second hand items and their description. In my last purchase, which was a secondhand lens in absolutely pristine condition, I even got free insured shipping. Matt is a real gentleman and a true photographic enthusiast who is more than happy to discuss your potential purchase, and current and future photographic requirements.   Ultra Sharp Telephoto Prime First my thanks to Fenway for great customer service. I received an email that the lens was back in stock, ordered it 5 days later and it was on my doorstep the next morning. It is a very sharp lens with fast focus and light weight. It is about the same weight as the Nikon 300mm f2.8 VR lens. At least it feels that way, I did not check the actual weight. It is handheld for a short time.

  Perfect pair to Leica SL camera During my three moths trip to Europe , Scandinavia , Cuba and south America , using the Leica SL2 and Vario-Elmarit-SL 24-90mm for the first time I got the experience i was waiting for a long time. Magnificent German Optics. Excellent resolution, fast and accurate focus, strong construction. Yes, it is heavy, but in this case heaviness means Quality.

  I came across FP while looking for a Hasselblad H6D-400c medium format camera. From my initial contact with MARK to purchasing was an absolute pleasure. Mark is extremely knowledgeable always happy to share his experiences. He took the time to show me how to use the camera and best practices.   I have wanted a Leica M (Typ 240) Edition "Leica 60" for years but never had the courage to buy one because I was unsure what I would be buying. Matt's knowledge and outright passion for these cameras inspired me to (with 100% confidence) buy a Summilux-M 35mm from FENWAY PHOTO. The camera and lens arrived 3 days later and exceeded my expectations - matching body and film back to boot.   Pretty cool! The product description on their website is a little inaccurate. It's cool to see the easy checkout carrying orders overhead, but it's a little cramped. Feels like the products are stuffed onto the couriers, and each company is assiged to similar customers. It's cool, don't get me wrong, but overall a little underwhelming considering the great things I'd heard about it.

  I love their services.. Quality service and material. Staff very friendly. Earlier it seemed like they didn't have a strong line of stock bit now a days they have quite a good stock. Only thing I wish is if they starts some finance options that would be great help!

  Came in with a memory card for an old camera looking to replace it. Worked with Fenway Photo they questioned why I was looking to replace the memory card and I explained what was happening. Thankfully I had the camera with me they took the time to correct the issue I was having and it turns out the memory card was fine. Great service thanks to Fenway photo.
