  Called to get advice on which camera to rent from them. Purposely phoned them hoping to speak with someone to get a recommendation / camera expertise and advice. Spoke with a woman who seemed to be having a bad day - was quite rude, and generally unhelpful and told me to just check the website and did not offer for me to speak with another associate. I then called another camera store who immediately helped me with my question! Thank you, KEH.Cameras!

  I Recently purchased some Zeiss victory 8x42 binoculars from Fenway Photo as my birthday present from my family. I knew I wanted a quality pair but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, I took advice from Matt and tried out what seemed every pair in the shop ! I eventually settled for the Zeiss victory as the weighted feel of them was perfect only to find out this was Matt's preferred model There was no rushing , I went outside testing every pair , it was a difficult decision, helped with honest advice throughout. I would highly recommend Fenway Photo to anyone considering a new pair of binoculars, the choice is extensive and advice and customer service extremely high - with knowledgeable staff- I would consider this store hard to beat, well worth any travel even if your not local A massive thank you for making this a very pleasant experience, I will have no hesitation of recommending you to my friends and associates Thanks

  I have been a professional photographer and customer of Fenway Photo since 2008. Trust & Integrity is synonymous with Fenway Photo. I have tried B&H Photo- that wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done. I've used Samy's in Pasadena, Southern California - when I needed a part then and there. Suffice it to say, Fenway Photo is my first choice in "who do I go to" for parts and upgrades. Thanks guys for being the epitome of what a legitimate, honest, REAL camera store should be.

  Awful customer service where the customer is an absolute nuisance. I went in asking if they encounter Godox H2400P Flash Head, you know being a used camera store and all that, who stock older press cameras and the like, only for the manager or what-ever to graciously give me about 10 seconds of his time, wave his hand brushing me off and telling me to go to a digital camera store... he didnt even listen to my question, clearly. Never again will I take any more of their precious time, it's a shame for them that I'm a photographer who frequently purchases all sorts of used analog cameras and accessories - like the aforementioned strobe for my recently acquired press camera... Rudeness is unforgivable.

  I have never had an issue with any of my Fenway purchases. 110% satisfied. Even refurbished equipment has performed to factory specifications (Nikon). They will always be my first choice when in the market for something. Sorry that the State of California has found a way into our pockets for those of us having to put up with California over taxation already.

  Amazing equipment availability and amazing customer service. Once again Fenway Photo comes through for me with hard to find Sony or Nikon equipment. This time I got a Nikon step down ring to help me with turning slides into files. Previously I've got mirrorless Sony and Nikon cameras and lenses. Great customer service. Great selections.   I love Fenway Photo. Today I am ordering a $3.50 battery. Felt a bit guilty about such a small order but I need one. I have also ordered Leica cameras and a couple Nikon DSLR cameras from Fenway Photo. Every aspect of the deal has been without flaw.

  The web experience for printer ink is much improved (I.e., quicker to find and order inks). The experience for lenses not quite so favorable. to find a Tamron lens I was considering required that I look through several pages of lenses. I was not able to limit the search to just DX lenses nor were similar lenses grouped together. Work needed here!

  Completely ignored I ordered an item in December after Christmas, which was delivered promptly , however the item was not compatible and I requested a return within a few days .   I bought a refurbished Nikon Z7 and 24-70mm lens from these guys and it was PERFECT! Very pleased with packaging, shipping, and customer service. So, I just upgraded my MacBook as well; hope that is equally as nice, but it is new so I have no potential concerns like I did with an expensive refurbished camera. TOP Seller!

  I mistakenly ordered the wrong adapter for my Canon R5. I contacted Fenway Photo after I received the item and realized that it was not what I needed. Within a few minutes I was able to contact them, explain the situation and paid FedEx for shipment back to Fenway Photo. I'll be using them again

  Founded in 2000's Fenway Photography is an independent photographic establishment located on the main Broadway road not far from the centre of Manhattan. It stocks new cameras and lenses from most of the major manufacturers as well as a selection of second hand cameras. It also stocks binoculars, monoculars and astronomical telescopes. You can buy almost any accessories that you may require including: cases and carrying bags, tripods, lens cleaning equipment etc. They have facilities to order from all their stocked manufacturers, so almost anything they haven't got in stock they can get hold of. They also take portraits and passport photographs, offer a framing service, sell framed local photographs and will copy video recordings to disc. The staff are knowledgeable and are always pleasant and friendly, nearly always having time to talk through any problems you may have. Not only used by local people it is an excellent asset to New York.

  Prompt service and simple on-line efficiency Purchased a Nikon AF-S 40mm f2.8 DX Micro lens online from Fenway PHOTO. Delighted with the prompt service and simple efficiency of their on-line system. The lens was delivered by FedEx carrier, professionally packaged and in perfect condition. That's the advantage of buying from a professional photographic supplier - they know how to look after camera equipment.

  I have a Nikon D600 and was having trouble finding a Camera Bag Backpack big enough to hold it without detaching the battery pack. Fenway Photo advised to get the Ruggard 65 DSLR Backpack and a few others. I chose the Ruggard. Reason: great price, camera fit perfectly and it has more room than I currently need.

  I strongly recommend this shop for all photo-lovers, especially for Film photographers. I can have lots of variations for kinds of films in low price, and available for shipping to Canada. I have to wait about 10-14days until receive what I bought, but the prices (include shipping cost and taxes) is less than the case that I bought in Canada.

  Good service from Fenway Photo, their shipper, FedEx is another story I’ve had consistently good service from Fenway Photo. They replaced a lens Fed Ex left out in the rain at a neighbour's house. Sometimes Fed Ex will bring the package to my front door as instructed, other times they leave expensive stuff at the end of the driveway or deliver to the neighbour's a block before or after our home.

  Prices not competitive, lies to their customers Tried to price match a MacBook with them that was $50 cheaper at B&H Photo and they wouldn't match it because the lower price wouldn't make them as much money as their marked up price. They told me the price was locked and then ended up lowering the price of it by $30 several days later so apparently they lie to their customers. I would shop at B&H for better deals on computer parts and would not shop here again due to the poor customer service and pricing.

  Cheap but not user friendly to the analogue photographer I find myself using online to look for the darkroom items I need because it is easier for me to browse. There is not a section I can find on Fenway Photography for darkroom supplies such as chemicals and photo paper etc. You folks still have the best prices and all, it is just hard to navigate the site when looking for anything film/chemistry.

  Excellent service I ordered a box of photopaper and an inkjet cartridge around midday on a Wednesday. The carriage was free for the value of my order which arrived on the Thursday morning. What more is there to say! Perfection.

  I was hesitant at first to use this website but I gave it a shot after reading all the positive reviews and talking to their customer support. I purchased the Canon 90d and it arrived after 5 days in perfect condition. I've used the 90d a month and have had good results. I've taken enough photos to appreciate the larger megapixel sensor and the additional features the camera offers. I use my telephoto lenses on it and the crop factor enables me to get better detail of birds and wildlife. Fenway photo Made my buying experience easy and fast! Thank you

  Charged twice for my purchase. l have not had a chance to test the used DSLR body purchased from Fenway Photography. The camera body is in very good condition and is as described.. I did encounter a problem with my payment however, I was charged Twice for my purchase.

  Very disappointing. I ordered a certain Polaroid Telescope last moth and paid for the next day delivery and It's been almost 2 moths and I have not received the Telescope. They don't have a number to call and they don't answer my emails at all.

  I couldn't believe what I saw: they had certain Nikon Z7 II camera listed for a 15% discount. I called the shop a couple of times, and they answered my queries to my complete satisfaction, and there was no high pressure selling at all. I received my camera within about 3 days, and it even came with an extra 2 year warranty. I am very pleased to have discovered Fenway Photo and I would recommend them without hesitation!

  Could do better This order was placed on the 28th December, an intended Christmas present, but did not arrive until 17th January The carrier you use - when the parcel was finally delivered there was a considerable hole in the carton. Only good luck that the box within hadn't actually fallen out.

  Excellent Customer service. I Read the reviews from many online sellers and Did my extensive research for several weeks before I decided to buy my Nikon NIKKOR 105mm lens from Fenway Photo and I have nothing negative to say about the lens but The auto focus can tend to hunt a little bit occasionally, especially on very close up shots with wide aperture settings, I tend to use the manual focus more and It works great with my D850. Keep up the good work Fenway Photo.

  I baught my first used Dslr from Fenway PHOTO four years ago still using that camera today.My latest purchase canon 70 200mm L lens, is used, was a good price, in great condition in original box.It also comes guaranteed.   Been waiting long to get my delivery! Plus when delivery arrived I wasn’t home so they took parcel to the post office! I didn’t get any email or text message about that! I had to contact back the Fenway shop and ask where’s my parcel! After two days I finally find out in which post office my parcel was left! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use your services was first and the last time that im buying from this shop!

  I sent in my Canon F1 to have the light meter repaired. The team had already quoted a great price and went over and above the expected work, repairing the problem and giving the camera a full once over. It's truly as good as new! With it becoming harder to find reliable people to work on these old cameras, these guys are a diamond in the rough!
