  Sony Alpha a7R IV Mirrorless Digital Camera with 24-70mm f/2 The camera is great, its just what I expected and more. The kit is nice, the bag is well made and the memory is what is more worth about the kit. I'm not a fan of non-original accessories like the Watson battery but is there and I'll have just in case. Flawless ordering process, I'm very happy. Super camera and vendor!

  EZ Sensor Cleaning Kit Mini The cap for the vial of fluid came off inside the bag. By the time I got around to using it, it had evaporated. This kit was really just 3 swabs.

  As a TV News Photographer dating back to the late 1980's, we all used Sennheiser. This Sennheiser MKE 440 microphone is a well made unit. I couldn't wait for Fenway photo to get the first shipment and received mine very promptly from Fenway Photo. Very happy with it. For wind noise reduction I purchased the Windbuster Kit from Fenway. Hopefully it will last for years to come.

  Terrible service I had a truly bad experience ordering with Fenway PHOTO. After paying extra to get selected items on time they failed to deliver to me within the specified time and rather than trying to help me as a customer, to make their mistake a right, they were more interested in passing the blame and saving money.   Customer service could be better I understood the terms and conditions and return policy of the company, however, it would have been nice to have discussed the item, (of which they only had 1). I was also considering buying a lens filter/protector. Because it was a Saturday, there was no live chat or person answering the telephone when I rang. The store was shown as being open. The telephone switched to answer phone and as prompted I left a message with my contact number for someone to call back. I sincerely thought someone would do that, even if it was by the end of that day. I appreciate store staff could be busy. Sadly, a week later there has not been any contact. I did make the purchase of the lens, but decided to buy a filter from another seller. In short, if you have an phone response and request details so you can call the customer back, then do it! The item was packaged well and arrived promptly. Customer experience let down by a lack of customer service.

  Classic Hasselblad Quality in a small package The 90mm XCD (72mm in 35mm DSLR equivalent) is the longest in the current lineup. It's diminutive in Medium Format terms. Lightweight, balances well with the X1D body and very sharp across the frame. Ordered a used lens from their store, received three working days after, lens in the same condition as described, properly and securely packaged. Will definitely use again.

  Great service and competitive price Ordered my Celestron Omni XLT 102 Refractor EQ Telescope at 4.24pm and it arrived at 8am next morning, now you really can't fault that at all. I ordered over the phone and the guy I spoke to was very polite and helpful and confirmed stock and that I could have it delivered next day. It arrived well packaged with no damage in transit visible. The 102 is an awesome piece of kit and was easy to set up. I Would happily use again and recommend to others.

  Great after sales care I bought a TTArtisan 11mm f/2.8 Lens December 2021. The lens developed a fault after 3 days and Fenway duly sent glass back to the manufacturer for a repair. When the lens came back faulty again Fenway immediately picked up the faulty lens and sent me a brand new replacement camera and lens within a few days. Faultless customer service.

  UURig Metal Cage for Sony ZV-1 Camera Great fit and great looking! The wooden handle is a perfect size and cage adds another level of protection from a drop to camera. I had one drop already and do not want to experience another one. ZV-1 feels safer!

  L bracket and quick release clamp exactly as required. Great service as always! I bought an L bracket and quick release clamp as my most recent purchase from FENWAY PHOTO. I was able to email them beforehand to confirm they were the correct pieces of kit I needed. They replied promptly and I ordered straight away after that. The items were exactly what I needed and they were very good quality. I often go to the shop in New York although that is closed right now for coronavirus lockdown. They provide lots of very good in person and online training so even if I see something might be a little bit dearer from FENWAY PHOTO, I'll buy it there because I trust their customer service. That's not to say they're more expensive, they're very good on price.

  Nikon 77mm Cir Polarize Filter The Nikon 77mm circular polarizing filter is excellent for my Canon lenses. I wanted to buy a Canon brand which was not available readily. But I am very happy that I bought this Nikon filter instead. Fabulous filter, nothing like getting a factory Nikon filter. Also very pleased with the Nest filter bag, just what I needed to store my filters safely and securely.

  Better than expected I had read all the positive reviews on Fenway photo before I bought my Tamron 70-210mm lens and i was wondering if I would have had the same experience. Now without making it too repetitive i am going to agree as yes it was a good service, the lens came intact and great value as it was the cheapest price i could find online. Thanks a lot!!

  I have been purchasing through Fenway and over the last 8 years they have never disappointed me in their product selection, customer service or support and back up. I recently Bought the Canon R5 camera and it was shipped instantly and delivered within 48 hours for free! I am truly amazed! The camera itself is in superb condition. The camera was so easy to use and after coming from a Nikon D850, I was apprehensive in making the switch to a Canon mirrorless system. After a few days of shooting, I feel as comfortable with this camera and its menus as I did with my D850. There are no regrets here. It's an outstanding camera. I will be going to Fenway photo for any future camera purchases.

  While I was on a search for the best price for a Sony a6100camera, I found the sales listing from Fenway and was surprised by the extremely cheap price tag i saw online. I placed my order on Friday morning and I was kept updated on progress, and a call was made to verify my address before shipping and i was already unwrapping the camera on Monday. Fenway Photo's flexibility and customer service really saved my job. I'm a low light photographer, and I've already noticed a huge difference in lighting sensitivity and reduction of noise. I would definitely recommend Fenway to others and definitely use them again!

I'd received nothing through in terms of confirmation and as it turned out I'd entered my e-mail in wrong! Call was answered in seconds, straight through to Lopez who had identified the issue and rectified it in a friendly and efficient manner in 2 minutes.   Amazing!!! I couldn't believe how quick this Canon 5D Mark IV camera arrived and I was able to track it in quite some detail all the way to my address. When the camera arrived It was packed very securely and it was all in perfect condition and i think It's one of the best cameras I've ever used. Image quality is exceptional and I don't know of a better camera than the 5D mark IV, I am blown away by the quality of images, speed, and technology that is in this camera and Fenway's fast delivery and excellent services.   Highly Recommended. I Bought a Shotgun Microphone for my Sony ZV-1 camera at a great price. Their was Service excellent and the mic was extremely well packaged and dispatched very quickly.   Sony FDR-AX100 camcorder. The camcorder was as described, packed with care, delivered on time, and according to my instructions. I've been using this microphone for over 4 weeks and it's given me no issues, it offers excellent performance, and the value at its price point is huge. The camcorder is very lightweight and I am very pleased with It, I will be happy to buy from Fenway photo again.

  I purchased a Canon EOS 6D Mark II and the The only issue I had with the camera is that the battery drained fast. I called customer service and a replacement was sent without any hassle. The camera was as advertised, it's clean, and works well.

  Am Happy with the 5D Mark IV. I've ordered several canon cameras, lenses and accessories from Fenway photo and I've been pleasantly surprised by the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV camera, This camera is hands down one of the best purchases I have ever made. I decided it was time to upgrade from my previous camera and I couldn’t be more happy with my choice! The camera is outstanding and perfect for on my Wedding photography business and I would buy from Fenway photo again.

  Worth every penny. I have recently purchased a pair of Tiffen Filters from Fenway Cameras and both were well packed and dispatched quickly. The prices were good and I am very happy with the UV filters. I also love the way my photos are turning out with this filters. No complaints, I Highly recommend Fenway cameras.

  Worst Customer Service Ever. I Ordered a Canon EOS R5 camera and It's been Almost 1 week and still I haven't received my order. I wrote to them and my complaint and was ignored and I think this is Not acceptable in my view!

  Pre-owned Tamron lens arrived but would not connect to camera body, description on website for lens said it had been returned as 'not wanted'. Called Fenway Photo's support, who was very apologetic and sympathetic, tried a couple of options, pins, check lens hardware update, neither resolved issue. Lens being returned to Fenway for replacement. Positive for the website was the manner in which issue was handled, they have ordered a new lens replacement, although no stock at present and no due date. Fenway should also review quality control for returned lenses or other items. 3 stars due to the manner in which Fenway Photo have responded, otherwise would have been 1.

  Ordered a Barlow lens for my Wife’s Christmas present - it arrived in good time having paid the next day delivery. Unfortunately I didn’t realise I’d bought the wrong fitting Barlow. The return process was easy and very swift to arrange and within a 48 hours of returning I had received my refund. I have no hesitation in recommending Fenway P.

  I went to Fenway photo to buy a Sony Alpha a7 II camera for my wedding photography business. I chose them because of their online reviews and the competitive price. The camera was in stock and I received Great services, I have no complaints on this camera other than battery life. Am upgrading from a Nikon D850 and I have to say it is worth the money for me to change to the Sony a7 II. so far I am pleased with the camera and Thanks to Fenway for the great service!

  Very Happy with my Purchase. I bought a very expensive Sony HXR-NX100 camera. I had a good experience and my camera arrived earlier than expected. I'm very happy with the experience.   I don't write reviews but I have to say that I was delighted with my purchase of a Sony a7 III camera from Fenway photo, The camera was promptly shipped with free delivery which was great. This is my first mirrorless camera and I am very pleased with it. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to spend this much money on an unknown store but it was well worth it!!! Thank you to FedEx and Fenway for delivering as promised!

  I Needed a lens for my Sony camera but didn't have more bucks to spend at the time but They had a Sony FE 24-70mm lens that fits the bill rather well. I've been using this lens for around one month and I've been really happy with the results. The crystal clear quality of the photos taken with this lens is honestly remarkable. I plan on using Fenway photo again for my lenses supply. Thanks

  Excellent service. My purchase of a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens arrived extremely quickly. I I love everything about the lens.   Very good price. We had an awesome experience in the store. We found Fenway photo had a used Canon 5D Mark IV camera and we were able to purchase the camera at a reasonable price with all the accessories for less than a new camera. Personally I would highly recommend this store as a wonderful local business!

  best purchase ever! Great price, they had a Sony Alpha a6000 camera in stock and Immediately after placing the order I received a confirmation, followed a few minutes later by an invoice and dispatch note. Delivery happened the next day. This camera takes great pictures and I have had this camera for 1 month and Pictures are amazing quality compared to my recent DSLRs. I absolutely love It and I'll definitely be doing business again with Fenway photo soon

  Student discount should be better I am an art student and have referred many classmates from Manhattan to your website for purchases. Fenway claims to offer better competitive prices for Schools and Students. But I have yet to experience that.

  Great company, highly recommended Ordered a Nikon 35mm lens and filter 1900 Friday evening, received it Monday morning - speed wasn't really a need for me, but was very impressed.
