  Nikon 24mm f/2.8 D lens The service from Fenway PHOTO, was excellent. Lens came well packaged and the next day delivery service first rate. As for the Nikon 24mm f2.8D. I have finally found the lens which captures the essence I am looking for on My Nikon D800E. This is my number one lens constantly on my camera. Even though I have other Nikon lenes costing four figures.

  A fantastic company My late husband bought from Fenway PHOTO many years ago and I decided that I would like to get a camera for myself so of course I went to Fenway PHOTO as I trusted them, originally I just bought a lens for a Nikon camera I had been given but I lent the camera to my grandson and unfortunately it broke it dropping it damaging both the camera and lens, they have now had both repaired. I then decided that they could keep that camera and went back to Fenway to see if they had another Nikon D3500 used camera but they hadn't but they had a used Nikon D610 used camera, I rang them to ask about it and after speaking to them I bought it and a lens, a slightly different size though, they came within a couple of days but I preferred the smaller 24-85 lens so again I looked and they had that lens so I bought that which again came with a couple of days. I cannot praise Fenway PHOTO for their help when I phoned them and the efficiency of posting the items to me, well packed and the quickness of delivery. If I need anything else I will certainly be using Fenway PHOTO every time.

  Super fast delivery I ordered a Tiffen 77mm UV protector filter from FENWAY PHOTO online as they had the best price on the web. As with a lot of independent retailers I expected to have to wait a few days for delivery, but just before work (09:30am) this morning the package arrived with me, which makes it about 17 hours from order to delivery - I was amazed! Great delivery, well packaged and the product looks fantastic. Admittedly if I'd read some of the reviews on here before I ordered I think I would have thought twice, but I would very much recommend giving them a go.

  Simply awful experience. When I tried to claim on the 2 year guarantee after my camera broke down after 1 and a half years, they refused to repair it, blaming me for dropping it which I had NOT. I definitely wouldn't use them again or recommend them

  I recently purchased a Canon 90Dcamera specifically for travel photography.   I am very much satisfied with my purchase. I was able to save a good bit of money and have had no issues with my Canon RP camera. The entire process was smooth and if I decide to get another one I will order one from them.   I am a wedding photographer and the SanDisk storage card gave me the additional capacity I required on my new Sony a7 IV camera. I am still in the learning process with the camera but can already see the improved performance.   Not great.... When I went in to the shop I was told that you could not get an external power source for the nikon D780 luckily I checked on line and found that it was an available item. So I ordered it only to find it did not come with a power supply and that was approximately $99 extra I then checked on amazon who did there own version which works like a dream for $40 and that included the power supply the best I can say is the returns process was easy and the chap online was very helpful.

  The person that sold me the camera First when I paid, I paid when there were several cameras left She told me then that she tried to reach me two days later to explain me that the box had a small scratch that if I still wanted she would reimbursement $45 (at this moment I have not received that amount yet) Then I paid for a 2 day deliver ($70 ) and it got me at 4 days, she told me that she was going to do something with the late deliver and until today I have not received nothing Very bad experience

  Good service but disappointed in the cost of returns I purchased an item from here which was sent very quickly directly from the manufacturer. After examining the device however, I decided to return the item as it wasn't really what I wanted in the end. Unfortunately I had to spend $10 on postage to return the item, and very disappointed that they don't do free returns. Overall the service was good. Took about a week for a return to take place, but be wary about the cost of returning any items.

  Canon G5 X Mark II Bought this camera after weeks of research. I wanted a camera that was small, unobtrusive, and simple to operate. This definitely fits the bill. Price was greatly reduced as it has been out of the box. Delivered on time and I am very happy with my purchase.

  Placed an order for a Canon M50 plus lens on Tuesday and it arrived via FedEx on Thursday. Good communication with the transaction from FENWAY PHOTO and a great service from them. Early days but the camera is excellent, the price much lower than branded Camera Outlets etc and 3 year warranty. I would use them again without hesitation and am delighted with the process of dealing with them.

  Excellent service and deal on Canon EOS 5DS R I Was looking for a second hand 5DS R and they had one that fitted the bill, excellent condition, low shutter count and the right price. I emailed them some questions and received a reply by email in less than 10 minutes. Once I decided to purchase the item a link was sent in minutes and the camera was in my hands the following day which was a Saturday. The camera is in pristine condition the only minor issue was although settings had been reset the custom functions hadn’t been, the previous owner had set it up for back button focus so the shutter button didn’t focus which threw me for a while but apart from that all was good. In all it was an excellent shopping experience and I would definitely use Fenway Photography again.

  Fenway Photo has an excellent buying experience but I dropped them two stars because they use FedEx when shipping. My experience with FedEx reliability has been awful, and Fenway should at least offer an alternative courier.

  I Ordered a new Rode NT1 mic over the internet and received it 2 days later. So often there are issues when ordering from an unknown website, but I have to congratulate Fenway Photo on their efficiency, They were so quick to email me at every stage of the order and delivery, it was well packed and exactly what I wanted at an unbeatable price.   Best price online for the real thing It was exactly the piece I was missing. The ordering process with easy and efficient. Very pleased!   Original Equipment Replacement/Backup It was really nice to be able to find this quickly without expensive shipping. I bought this now rather than later because its so easy to forget where you put these from time to time so its going to be a backup, in case. I used to shop @ but the shipping there became more of a hassle than its worth. Fenway Photo ships the same day even if its free.

  Black & White Film & Paper Chemistry Since I discovered Photographers' Formulary, I've used their fixers, order free stop bath and paper developer. The fix works well and has a very long shelf life, which makes it an excellent value as well. This product does a great job as a fixer with stand development. Good quality and would purchase again. Support your local store!!

  Just moved to the area and stopped by today and they have a huge selection of cameras in their little store wish is great. No employee (that I saw at least) was wearing a mask but honestly who cares really. I respect that. I give this place a 3 because the prices for the pinhole cameras I was looking at was way overpriced and they do not price match (at least that's what sales guy who was helping me told me) and the price of film is way too high. If they can price match online retailer's or B&H I would definitely purchase from them.

  This D750 body was purchased from Fenway PHOTO. Body # 1 went to my wife for use in her art making, giving me a opportunity to look carefully at a replacement camera. Most of my photography is shooting landscapes both grand and intimate. So I could not think of a better place to obtain info about it and buy it than FENWAY photography that I trust because of the great & real quality and reliability of their photographic products and related I have bought there and they are true to their delivery dates This could never happen to a c. Not as other big companies that because of their greediness and their supposed but not real fame they could sell you even counterfeit products .

  Quality stand as expected from Matthews! I've been a location/event portrait photographer for 25 years. Matthews builds some of the best C Stands around. Heavy duty, this will last for decades. Worth the money! We had been using typical kit stands with 25lb plates for stability. I saw these while in Fenway's showroom. Brilliant. Absolutely stable!

  Great deal on a great product! I am so glad I decided to buy through Fenway Photo. I originally tried to go through Canon USA and had so many problems with them.
