  Faster than a speeding bullet: Zeiss Terra Pocket 10 x 25 Ordered some Zeiss binoculars. Came the next day. There's a cashback offer and they reminded me to make sure I applied. So, good service, good price and bizarrely, a little packet of candy in the box. Shame I'm on a keto diet!

  Tech aside- Five stars for value and bang for your buck. I just received my new 800mm f/11 stm and really like the sharp pictures it produces. I'm using it with my R6 and like the results. It takes a little practice photographing birds in flight and so far it seems to be a little slow for it to make focus, but I will learn. Really happy with my purchase and especially buying it at Fenway Photo. Get the Fenway card.........It will save you a lot of money$$$.

  Did finally get money back Ordered a camera on a Saturday and realized on the same day that it was a mistake, so I sent an email asking politely to cancel and return the already transferred money. That was more than 2 weeks ago, they haven not responded to any of my attempt of contacting and sent me neither a camera nor my money. Edit: I got my money back after the third attempt of contact.

  Nikon D3500 bundle with great customer care I bought a Nikon D3500 bundle which was excellent value. Delivery was delayed by a couple of days but I was called in person to have that explained. I thought that was a really nice touch, it's rare to get that sort of service nowadays. The camera is exactly as required and a teenage son is very happy. I'd use again nd would recommend.

  A little gem of a camera shop. I decided to look around for an inexpensive Canon EOS 6D Mark II DSLR camera and came across Fenwayphoto.com website. I decided to visit the shop as it isn't too far from Manhattan and the staff were amazing. I know as a woman it can be a bit daunting getting into a male dominated sport but they made me feel right at home. They all seemed perfectly happy to help me and were very knowledgeable. As I needed to fill another slot I decided to visit again, this time for a Canon EOS-1D X Mark II and again it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. They are extremely friendly staff and definitely know what they're doing.

  Angelbird 512GB Had tried other V90 cards, but my GH5 gave me an error message that I need matched SD cards. I pursched the matched pair from FENWAY PHOTO and had no problems recording 10Bit 4-4-2 video at 400Mb. Write speed and download speed is noticeable faster.

  Meyer-Optik Gorlitz Primoplan 75mm f/1.9 II Lens is well made and feels solid to handle. Its packaging is super awesome. The way it's packed is very nice. When you unbox the package, you may find the outbox is just a piece of cardboard. Lens hood has got threads to fix to the lens. Delivery of Fenway Photo was very fast even from the US to Switzerland. I can highly recommend the lens and as well Fenway.

  I bought a Canon EOS 90D from Fenway Photo. They were slow on delivery, slow on emails, and finally they delivered the wrong camera. Their Customer service are rude and even though they sent the wrong camera they refused to pay return postage. I would NEVER buy from this company again

  one of the best online stores I found a Nikon D5600 quickly on this website at the cheapest price. Delivery was quicker than I expected.   Quick Shipping Great Customer Service Bought a Sony a7S III camera on a black Friday and It was shipped to my address by the following Monday. Their price was comparable to others and the camera gets the job done pretty well.   Sony FE 24mm f2.8 G lens is my first choice for the Sonya7c for multiple reasons. It size and weight are perfect for the lightweight compact Sonya7c. The 24mm f2.6 G Lens is sharp, and well suited for blogging and still photography. Good price as always and delivery was the next day. Can't ask for more than that.

  Have bought a few items from this location now. The owner is quite friendly and always willing to help. I recently purchased a Ricoh GR IIIx camera and the Ricoh GT-2 Tele Conversion lens. I did my shopping around and did find it cheaper at a nearby location but the owner was happy to price match. Also shipping is quite fast and the packages always come well prepared and undamaged. I would definitely recommend doing business here.

  Always a good service I am a semi-professional photographer and bought and sold kit through FENWAY PHOTO for many years. I always check the FENWAY PHOTO site first whenever I need something. I did once have a lens motor fail after purchase and FENWAY PHOTO put it right under warranty with no problems of fuss. It was a Nikon 200-400 F4 so not a cheap fix. So there warranty is tried and tested. A very fair and reliable retailer both ways. Never had a problem with FENWAY PHOTO and would strongly recommended them.

  I bought a second hand Sigma 100-300 two thirds lens for my LUMIX GX7 I love it. It has widened my enjoyment of taking photos of birds and other wildlife. It is in excellent condition and came promptly and wrapped with care.

  I bought Tamron 150-600mm lens. It was very nice and clean lens as described. The only down thing was that the lens did not come with tripod collar. However Fenway photo explained that as it was not shown in the photos then it was not included. And that showed in the price that was less than normal. So all in all very good service and I am happy. Thanks.

  Canon 100-400 new lens I have been looking at the Canon 100 - 400 for a while. The retail price is set by the manufacturer so there was no difference there. I decided that a 0% finance offer was the best way to pay for this lens. The process with Fenway PHOTO was easy. As soon as the deal was approved I was kept informed about dispatch and shipping and had the lens within 48 hours.

  A bit of a shaky start to this transaction. I tried to negotiate a small discount on the price of a Canon 5D Mark IV without success. However I was given a dead battery when the camera arrived a day later than advertised. Five days after ordering I received two functioning batteries.

  When I brought my new camera you did not make me aware of some of the other discount offers you had along side. Then a few days later you were also giving away free memory cards as well! My advice is to take your time when they launch an offer as there could well be a better offer the next day.

  Took online order with 48 hour delivery when out of stock. Website said camera was in stock and took my order. I rang the next day to discover that the camera is out of stock. Apparently the online system doesn't link to stock system. I had to cancel the order. I recommend double checking if you order online.
