  I have known this store and the sales team for over twenty years, my Canon AE1. Anytime I needed a camera to buy for myself or the family I go to their store in New York. At all times they are taking the necessary listening time without pushing towards impulsive buying. I have to go back for next Christmas. I know I would be well advised. I highly recommend them.

  Well worth the price Bought for my Manfrotto 190 tripod with large video fluid head and Sevenoak QR base. Fits perfectly as well padding the tripod against damage in transit. Definitely worth it.

  The cleaning items worked well for me. My only complaint is why on earth did they choose a mesh bag with holes big enough for dust & dirt to get through? I honestly can't even recall the last time I saw a bag like this, which just makes it seem like they intentionally went out of their way to kneecap their own product.

  Nikon 200-500mm f5.6E ED VR lens Pleased with the service from Fenway Photo although it did take a day or so longer than expected but Fenway kept me well informed of progress before dispatch. Have just had the lens a few days and already I’m very impressed with the quality. I aim to hold onto this lens for many years so I feel assured that I have made the right choice!

  I ordered a Sigma 150-600mm lens for my Canon Camera, after seeing it on our last visit to Fenway Store. The guys were incredibly helpful when discussing the lens in the shop. So having saved our bucks this was ordered through Fenway Photo, and delivered within 2 days. whether visiting Fenway or ordering online, I will be using this cracking little independent shot again. 5 ⭐️ does not give it justice.   Best service and product, Great price. I was searching for my new camera , Canon EOS Rebel T7 and I found it here. The camera have 75-300 mm lens with full HD Video and Kenko protection film.   Arrogant and unfriendly seller, I bought a ThinkTank camera bag on 02/22/2022 Price $ 289.00 after less than a month of use the handle of the bag is already disjointed! I could not drop off the bag because the shop was in stock !!! I have never seen such irresponsible people (with the exception of Sarah) in such a difficult period economically. I strongly advise against this shop, to flee.

  Excellent customer service. Mark was extremely helpful on the phone beforehand and there was a better deal with Fenway Photo but because he was so friendly and helpful I decided it was worth the extra money buying from here ! In store all staff were also friendly store was clean tidy and smart looking and again Mark very helpful in advising on lenses camera bags etc. Will certainly come back again!

  Very happy customer I purchased my Nikon Z7 II Camera about 3 weeks ago and I’ve no complaints.   very speedy delivery I opted for the free delivery and my ZEISS 8x25 Binoculars came in the one hour slot I given. I was informed at every step of the way where my order was and what was happening.   My Sony a7 III camera arrived very swiftly much to my surprise as I opted for FREE delivery which could take up to 5 working days but It only took 3 days to arrive and it was packed well and fully protected. The delivery box was also in excellent condition. I haven't used all the features available but the pictures I've taken have been great and turned out better than expected.   I was really pleased with Fenway photo's efficiency as I made a mistake on the order with the billing address and I received an email within 5 hours stating that there was a problem with my order.   Very competitive pricing and excellent delivery service. My GoPro camera was delivered within 2 days after it was ordered which was very convenient. The camera is fast, sleek and very good, I can't attest to durability as I've only had it for a few weeks, but it feels substantial and I like that warranty provided. The camera takes very good pictures and the video is amazing, I'm very happy with this purchase!

  Good product for the price and very speedy delivery service. I was able to source the correct tripod for my DSLR camera using their site. Ordering was straightforward and delivery took only four days, the tripod was well packed. I haven't tried using all it’s features but it holds my Camera with all my microphone, lens, and light attachments just fine so I can't complain at all about its quality.   Go Pro changed battery to force people to buy new rechargers The GoPro batteries have a disappointingly short power supply but its so easy to snap the depleted one out (with the attached ribbon) and put in the new one. Takes about 2 seconds for the whole process.

  I'm a wedding and special events portrait photographer. The local camera store had one for rent, they do not sell Nikon equipment though. The Nikon Z6ll with the kit 24-200mm lens, though expensive, promises great quality, yet plenty of flexibility. Excellent Mirrorless camera. I am happy about Fenway's shipping and handling.   Purchased a used lens here, I wasn't completely satisfied with the version I received but they were very quick to respond and organized a replacement and collection for me right away, absolutely fantastic customer service all round and I am very glad to have shopped here, the lens they sent me, although used, is impeccable quality, far above the description with excellent delivery speed and very safely packaged.   I produce marketing, fundraising, outreach, promotion and educational videos for non profit organizations. This camera is perfect for this type of filming. After much research this Canon g7x mk 2 is THE camera. This is the only compact camera that fit all my needs. Fenway Photo's website makes it easy to compare camera specs. I've had this camera just one day but I've been through all options (which are easy to understand on the Canon camera) and ready to make some videos.

  Why I'm giving 3 stars: - They sell items they don't have in stock as if they did - They're telling me 2 different stories: on the phone it was because I've bought more than what they had on stock and online is because they simply had a huge demand for the film - I bought from them because the item was displayed as "in-stock" and I'm upset because they're selling something that is not true. If I was told from the beginning that they still were going to make the order and then send it to me, would be ok - They didn't give me any follow-ups or explanation on what was happening, I had to call them to learn what was happening with my order

  Very slow. Eight days to send the item. I bought a len's shade from Fenway PHOTO (February. 2022). In their web it said they had it in stock. However, It took eight days for them to send it, and two further days to arrive (New York to Delaware, mind you). I believe they didn't have it in stock, just ordered from some other distributor when I bought it from them. Otherwise they are absurdly inefficient fullfilling their orders. Eight days for 1 item!

  The lens on my four years old mirrorless Sony camera died at the worst of times, in the middle of a visit to Manhattan. Buying a new camera was out of the question. Getting a new replacement lens was prohibitively expensive. Entered Fenway Photo exhibition. They have a selection of second hand lenses, including the one I needed. The price was right and they offered me a guarantee of a year.

  Best place in all of New York to buy/rent photo equipment. The sales assistants know everything that there is to know about photography, and are very helpful and patient. They showed me different lenses, flash, and camera equipment. They are not afraid to recommend equipment according to your needs. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

  I bought a Sony A7Riii/a impulsively. Attracted by a sizzling hot deal on the Fenway PHOTO site and the camera was now discounted (by Sony) $400 for Women's International Day last week. Called customer support and they greed without any discussion to refund the difference to me. Nice dealing with people who value their long term customers.

  I needed to amend a delivery address but couldn't get through on the phone. I called and left a voicemail (Monday 17th Feb10:00am) and received no response. Called again later that day but still no one answered. I also tried via the chat line on the website but was unable to resolve the problem. From a personal perspective their aftersales service leaves alot to be desired. I've awarded 3 stars because the item (delivered to the wrong address) matched the description in the advert.

  I had an amazing experience buying a Sony a7c camera with Fenway Photo. I don’t know about the other salespeople but Mark was extremely helpful and friendly. I stopped in other nearby shops first before deciding to buy the camera here but the service in the others was so unfriendly or not informative. This makes all the difference when we are trying to make decisions about such expensive gear! I’m definitely coming back.
