  I was not sure about buying camera without checking it personally. Delivery was on time. Bought Nikon d3500. No quibbles. Would buy again from this site. But the camera is not sealed which seems to be normal case.

  Order not shipping and no answers I’ve used Fenway Photo for years. I placed a $4,000 order last week and emailed them asking if they could use the fastest shipping method available because I’m leaving for a trip the next Friday. No reply. They usually reply within 12 hours and their website says they will always reply within 12-24 hours. Since then, I’ve emailed them ever my 24 hours for 5 days and I can’t cent a response. I tried using the contact on the site as well as their eBay account. 6 days after ordering, my status still shows payment received and I can’t get ahold of anyone to even cancel my order.

  Great service on faulty lens. Bought a 18-200mm lens in April from the New York store. Having never used a VR lens before I didn’t realize the VR wasn’t working until 5 months later. Returned to Fenway Photo who checked it, agreed it wasn’t working and swapped it for a working one. No quibbles and nice service. Would definitely recommend.

  Overall excellent service... One area does need improvement... Recent purchase using a gift certificate. Top marks for efficiency, quick delivery, excellent product -- all areas where Fenway Photo regularly performs very, very well. Have removed one star simply to provide constructive feedback to improve an already superb company. This pertains to the Fenway's website, which is unable to process its own gift certificates. This necessitates a call to Fenway- with the attendant inconveniences, time spent hold etc - but most importantly, introduces a significant security risk, because you have to pass your credit card details, including Security code, to someone on the phone. Fenway Photo should improve this. Apart from this, superb service as usual.

  Ordered my LED Light and five days later had to phone up to confirm order to which the receiver of the call said it had not been put through and would FedEx it straight away and have it with me within 2 days which then arrived promptly. In general Am Happy with the product and the response.

  I placed my order and Mark phoned me back asking if I wanted to upgrade my batteries so I did, I did pay extra for faster deliver, but there was a slight delay but was refunded my postage, the camera arrived brand new in box, wow what can I say, I will be buying from Fenway photo Again.

  Excellent service from Fenway photo. I had email notification when my pre-ordered Canon EOS RP was in stock and I confirmed the order straight away. I had quick email response to confirm my order and notice of shipping. The camera was delivered the next day. Their service is always excellent whether responding to email or calling them by telephone.

  I highly recommend them. I'm a Wedding photographer and I preordered the Nikon D7500 from Fenway and had to wait about a month for it to arrive, so I've had it from the beginning. I have had this body just over a week. So far it has met my demands and proven to perform as advertised. Thanks to Fenway for making this transaction easy.

  Awesome Camcorder for the money! I decided to bite the bullet and buy the real thing, actual Panasonic camera. I just started using my new AG-UX90 camcorder last week for 4 days of video depositions. I love these camcorders. I've tried other brands and they do not compare. The shipping was incredibly fast and came the same week I ordered it. Fenway photo is my go to for my photography business.

  I purchased a Canon 5DS R from Fenway photo but when the order was delivered, the package was damaged and the camera was completely faulty. I contacted the company and provided pictures of the damage and serial number of the unit. They authorized the return but its EXACTLY what they sent me as a replacement.

  Let down by the wrong plug Just received an iPad Pro which I ordered a week ago. Surprised when I opened the apple box that it wasn’t a US plug. However Fenway Photo had put a separate plug in the box. Sadly this Is not compatible with the iPad charging cable. So I have an iPad I can’t charge. Will now have to go and buy a adapter. Disappointed.

  Sony a7r iv upgrade As a former A7III owner, I wanted to step up in resolution. After using this camera for a little over a week, I'm a little disappointed. The AF hunts even with the exposure set correctly, in what I would consider normal contrast conditions. The A7III never had these problem. Other than that, a solid camera. The kit is exactly as advertised. Easy to setup and use.

  my park cameras visit Got there early had to navigate the cleaners,mostly ignored until I actually made my presence known, the sales guy was ok but a bit stuffy to start, but what made me really think that I was in the wrong place is your prices!! still a good shop and different manufactures being displayed is a positive but in the end I purchased on-line my Tamron 28-75 zoom lens $87.00...bargin I think!

  Great Service Without a Doubt I spoke to these guys many times about what I wanted and they are so friendly, patient and always come back to you very quickly. I ordered a Sony Alpha A7R IV with a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens but I ordered one of their pro-bundles which includes a Sandisk sd card, a Sony NP-FZ100 battery and a Lowepro ProTactic BP 450 AW II bag. On top of this you get their free 3 year warranty and it was just a fantastic deal. FENWAY PHOTO kept me informed about the progress for dispatch and then once it was on it's way, they sent me an email to confirm this with a parcel tracking number. It arrived the next day and I wasn't quite sure what to expect due to the fantastic price difference from the main New York dealers. I was just so impressed by the packaging and it was all in there with manual and software disk; all items in wrapping and just perfect. I already have a Sony a7S and this new camera is an ideal addition as it uses the same batteries, similar controls and also dual card slots. I'm so pleased with everything and would definitely recommend FENWAY PHOTO. Thanks guys.

  A beginner in photography, I was guided to Fenway Photo by an accomplished NASCAR photographer. My experience in purchasing a new digital camera, a NIKKOR Z 58mm f/0.95 S Noct lens and various other odds and ends has been exceptional from ease of use with their websites, purchasing, to timely and safe delivery. With all this said, I am still waiting on my 4% rebate from that 58mm f/0.95 lens I purchased 5 months ago. What's up with that? I have put off any purchases due to this. Has anybody had the same issues? 4-5 stars otherwise.

  After multiple purchases, these are the best. Just bought a new 12-45 m.zuiko cheaper than it would be 2nd hand on Ebay, or at any of the camera shops. At $349 it is almost half the rrp of $599 and comes with a one year guarantee. Just no posh box!

  Canon r5 Image quality even using automatic settings, is outstanding. Used primarily for wildlife birds and landscape. Dropping money on a super-telephoto lens will be justifiable now. Everything matches my expectation. Though you really need an expensive CF express card to unleash the power.

  Purchase of HP m255dw printer Response time very good. Quality very poor. - Box containing printer looked as if it had been opened and resealed. - Printer is at present unusable as one of the scanners was not functioning.-it proved to be empty / dried out. I am waiting for a promised replacement. The printer being unusable has caused a few problems for planned work.

However, on this occasion, from the moment I placed the order with Fenway PHOTO to receiving my order, I was always left feeling a valued customer! All my inquiries were responded to, as well as ensuring I was happy with the responses. Suffice it to say, when you have people like Karen at Fenway Photo, a true gem who really did deliver outstanding customer experience, it's easy to say I have found a new favorite for my telescope/camera buying needs.   Not a good experience to sell previously used equipment Having used Fenway Photo over the years to purchase and sell old equipment have always had a good experience however not so on this occasion. Was thinking of purchasing a new Sony lens which was coming out in November and part exchanging two of lens. One was hardly used and the other I had only had for 15 months. The price quoted meant I was actually giving up one lens for free. Not what I expected and staff member was not what I call friendly. None of the previous helpful staff appeared to be on duty. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at Fenway Photo in the last 18 months.

  I pre purchased this Leica grip as soon as it was announced and have used it extensively with my SL2 and consider it a must buy for all portrait shots. The one I just received (quickly) from Fenway Photo is mostly metal, with great fit and finish. The grip is nicely molded to perfectly accept the base of the camera. Efficient and quick delivery. Great range of products at a reasonable price. I trust Fenway Photo

  The first Lasolite Cube was slightly faulty but Fenway exchanged it without fuss or delay. The new Lasolite is very sturdy and gives lovely Soft light with little shadow. Plenty of scope to introduce soft shadows if required. Very useful tool indeed. Fenway Photo service was exemplary.

  D 300 second hand camera Very pleased with the second hand D300 purchased recently. Camera was exactly as described and came with a 1 year warranty . I have bought new and old cameras from most of New York's camera retailers and Fenway PHOTO is my place of choice in my opinion it’s the best camera shop in New York.

  I ordered a Manfrotto 500 Fluid Video Head with flat base and it was delivered the next day. The comprehensive packaging it was delivered in would survive a direct nuclear strike I believe. The Item itself is substantially made and more than capable of of holding a Hasselblad 907X 50C. I am more than pleased with the Fenway Photo's Service and have been over many years. Very pleased and cannot think of a instance of being any other.

  Great product --Great service Rang up in the middle of the afternoon to order the Olympus OMD E M1 Mark2 plus two lenses and spare battery. Sales person very helpful and informative.   Olympus OM-D EM-1 Mark III I bought this camera as an upgrade to my OMD EM10 Mark lll. It focuses super fast and takes great pictures. Perfect for travel, landscape, macro with telephoto good sports and wildlife. The grip is excellent and the camera overall feels very solid. Fenway Photo gave.   Absolutely horrible customer service! They are using the Bait and switch pricing tactics and they have me held hostage and are forcing me to pay extra money to receive my order, My advice to you is to stay away from them as Their prices are cheap, but if anything goes wrong with your order, they aren't going to help you at all and getting your money back is going to be a long and painful process.

  This was the first time I have used Fenway photo after finding them through another site, I did as much research into their business as I could before purchasing. The camera bag I received from them was listed as gently used but in my opinion was in slightly better condition.   Great experience! I was looking for an action camera for my snorkeling activities and I wasn’t looking to break the bank for one either.
