  Avoid - I placed a order over the weekend and after 4 chase emails and still nothing received nor anybody from the shop letting me know what was going on I was forced to cancel my order. This has been my worst customer online journey in many years, they are clearly not concerned about orders. Such a pity

  My package that I sent to trade in some camera gear took more than one month to get to them. Even with all this delay, they kept the reserve on the camera I wanted in return without any questions or compromises. After my package had arrived, they reviewed my gear, arranged shipping and payment details with me, and I received my order at my home - all within one week. Recommended.

  Amazing used gears, fast shipping with tracking, quick response to any query. I bought from Fenway photo 3 times now and products come as described. I'm in Asia and they ship fast in 1-2 days and is very careful with packaging. I've a lot more confidence in buying from them than other websites. Will recommend them!!

  The Guys at Fenway Photo are very professional and helpful however the reason for the low marks is the delay in delivery albeit at a time when we had fuel shortages, 3-5 days turned into 17 days very frustrating but I would not be deterred from ordering from them again great product and good accessories

  This really is one of the best sales experiences I've ever had. I ordered from Fenway photo for the first time. Only 4 days later in the morning the package arrived in Germany. It's just amazing how quickly they delivered it from New York to Germany. That’s incredibly good. The camera was well packaged and in very good condition - just as the seller wrote in his description. The website is great and has a lot of interesting articles. Thank you again

  This store is incredible. They delivered to France in less than 5 days. I ordered on a Saturday evening and the package was already out by Monday. It arrived on Wednesday morning.   Recent purchase of Manfrotto Tripod. As usual the price was the best, and ordering was easy, with tracked delivery. One reservation is that sometimes there is an offer of "Free Next Day Delivery", but if the item you're buying qualifies for free delivery anyway, it won't be included, and you won't get it "Next Day". Other than that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fenway PHOTO. Their "Trade In" service is excellent too.

  Not an alternative to Amazon The service was great, delivery was quick, product is excellent.. I just was disappointed to discover that it was actually delivered by Amazon. I went to this platform to boycott Amazon, but obviously, Fenway uses Amazon. I didn't see any clues about this inconvenient my purchase process. As part of my boycott of Amazon, I won't be buying from fenwayphoto.com anymore.

  Mavic Mini drone battery The Mavic Mini drone and battery are amazing. They works just as advertised. Took over a month to get, but that I know was not Fenway Photo's fault. If you are thinking about getting a drone, the Mavic Mini and it's batteries will not disappoint. Order extra batteries or fly more pack right away as demand is crazy.

  This organization is a grey importer working out of the USA. Against my specific wishes, they sent me a USA standard video camera. I wished to return for a full refund. After 3 attempts, they gave me a returns address but no pre-paid label. To my astonishment they then dispatched a US standard device but without the accessories paid for. They have ignored my request for these to be sent. I am $150 out of pocket with probably no warranty.

  Excellent service & quality gear Recently bought three items from Fenway Photo, one of which I had to return as it was the wrong mount - my fault. All items were speedily delivered, and the return process simple - a refund was issued with no problem & credited the same day.   Customer team were responsive and helpful by phone. Delivery team turned up within the allotted time and My Canon EOS RP camera came in the original box it seems with all extra items, like battery and cords and charger. Everything works great, I upgraded from a Canon 70D and couldn't be more satisfied. Will definitely use Fenway photo again, and will recommend them to others

  I contacted Fenway photo after visiting the website, the customer service was excellent. I purchased a Softbox Photography Lighting kit, requesting a next day delivery, I received a conformation email within a few minutes and a conformation text later on stating a delivery time slot. The delivery team were on time and the lights are fairly bright, very happy with the purchase.

  Wonderful! Everything dealt with quickly and efficiently from selecting my Camera Monopod through ordering to delivery. I ordered at about 5.30pm and didn't really expect delivery the next day, but it arrived! All promises were met and I couldn't be more pleased. I had to run outside and take it for a test drive and so far I am so happy with it and it has enabled me to be more mobile but still steady my camera.   I just ordered a Sony Alpha a6400 and the process was very painless. I'm glad that this site recommends accessories that fit this model, If I had the money i would buy the A7iii but because I was on a budget and this was the best photography purchase that I have made to contribute to my career as a photographer.   At first, the camera worked great, but after like 76 pictures, the screen started to blink showing some parallel colored lines across it. However, customer service quickly offered to replace the defective parts. I had a return shipping label the same day and a replacement arrived two days later. The replacement works great. I only wish shipping would not take so long.

  Very pleased with the purchase. This was my first time ordering from Fenway photo and I'm very happy with my experience. I was able to get a Sony a7 III which was sold out everywhere and through Fenway I received it the next day from when I ordered.   Great lens and amazing customer satisfaction!! I looked around various sites before I settled on Fenway photo and after Checking many lenses they had on offer I eventually I settled on a Tamron 70-300mm f/4 lens. Am using the lens with my Nikon D3300 and it perfectly fits my needs. I'm able to take pictures of birds in just about any lighting and weather. Every feature promised works incredibly and the photos came out stunning. Overall I am very satisfied with its quality and performance and I Can't wait to use it more, would recommend Fenway photo thoroughly.

  Had A great experience. The employees were nice and let me try a few lenses on. I even tried out the Nikon D850 and D5, currently the highest rated Nikon bodies. Loved the experience. Getting through the place is quite easy as well. This place has far more electronics than your major chain stores. If you're a photography geek, come here and you will have a great time. I highly suggest Fenway photo to someone who is into photography and videography. Thanks for running a good enterprise.

  Great Shopping Experience! Ordered a new Sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens on their website for pickup the next day. The pickup was very efficient and the staff was very friendly, professional and polite, Haven't had too many chances to use the lens but the autofocus was impeccable and it has a nice, sharp image. Cant wait to test it out in the backcountry this week. I am a satisfied customer and will keep buying from Fenway photo in the future!

  The worst customer service ever. Do Not trust. I sent in a used Nikon D500 for sale in which they said they wanted, a month later they sent it back and said they're not interested. This is the last time I would give such a horrible place a chance!

  My Nikon D500 camera arrived very swiftly much to my surprise as I opted for FREE delivery which could take up to 5 working days but It only took 3 days to arrive and it was packed well and fully protected. The delivery box was also in excellent condition. I haven't used all the features available but the pictures but I've taken have been great and turned out better than expected. I'm so glad that I was able to get a great camera. Very satisfied with their conscientious prompt service and customer care.

  I ordered the Ronin-S gimbal essentials kit for my Sony a7iii and the Peak Design quick release camera strap add ons for quickly removing my strap when putting the camera on the gimbal. Both products were shipped together and arrived the next day. I never expected my items to come so quickly, it was amazing, especially with how eager I was to use the gimbal. I’ve been using the gimbal for student film shoots lately, could never be disappointed. The product is phenomenal, I couldn’t ask for anything better. Will be buying from Fenway photo for my next purchase.

  I live in Kansas so I normally order things over the Internet, but today I was in the store and was amazed at the expertise of the staff. I did not get all of the names of the people that helped us, but one in particular was Andrew. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful.   I recently purchased the BMPCC 6K Cinema Camera and after about an hour I feel like I am a pro at it! The camera comes ready to use out of the box.   The Mac mini is (2018) s everything I needed except one major flaw. All new ports in the back - needs all new adapters. So if you have been waiting for years to get a new mac mini keep in mind you will need to get new adapters for all your old equipment! Buy them all at the same time for an easier transition

  Beware I ordered a nikon kit which promptly arrived with a canon lens I returned the lens to the address they told me to as they wouldn't arrange collection and said they'd refund postage They then said I'd returned it to the wrong address so there'd be a delay in spending the correct lens so a week later when the right lens arrived and I asked about the postage refund they said they'd not progress a refund as they had had to post it to the right place so I've paid for their errors
