  Bought a Gitzo gimbal for my new Canon 90D which we couldn't get to work, and swapped for a Manfrotto Gimbal at Fenway Photo. It also failed to meet my requirements, and was returned to Fenway Photo and swapped for a Sirui Tripod that works super. Mark at Fenway Photo has solved my problems for good. Qualified and professional customer service.

  Good prices The camera body almost always has some of the best prices for camera bodies lenses. Didn't always seem their "in stock" status on the website and reality completely play together, it had to be a bit better. Always sweet service when you are in the store.

  Super business Bought a Nikon 70-200 f/4 at Fenway PHOTO, unfortunately it was not what I expected, and retuned the lens. The same day they received my return package the money was in my account. In addition, the lens was $500 cheaper than other online stores. Good and super service👍👍👍

  Super fast and correct delivery Purchased Panasonic DMC-fz1000 and asked questions about the camera in separate mail. Answers came on the 1st working day and the camera sent just as quickly. Very nice experience. There I would like to act again.

  Sharp on price and delivery. Ordered 2× lcd screen protectors for my nikon d7200. It turned out that there were 2 in each package, the same quality as I have paid $78 for in physical store per piece. Here were 4 pieces for a total of $200, without freight.

  So unhappy with my experience. I found the pictures I shot using 18-55 dull and boring, dynamic range was missing, and the pictures resembled any other point and shoot camera. I bought my Nikon NIKKOR 70-300mm lens over the holidays, toyed with it for about 30 minutes, discovered the dismal performance and called Fenway photo the next day for return. Would never use them again, total waste of time and money.

  Amazing mirrorless camera I have been waiting for a long time to order the Fujifilm X-T3, and when I saw it was available and. I could not resist any more. The website was easy to navigate and the check-out was just easy, placed my order immediately, paid with PayPal and the camera arrived 2 days after the purchase.   My Nikon D780 needed a replacement battery. An incorrect battery was dispatched within hours. The battery shows as being completely charged when charging and when placed in camera it will not turn on. Unacceptable performance.

  I tried to order a Panasonic Lumix G7camera on amazon and eBay with no luck but Fenway photo got it to me on backorder and it arrived on time. The camera is amazing and I am very happy with it. I had to call one time and the staff was friendly and helpful.

  After talking with the salesman at Fenway photo I decided on the Nikon D610. I couldn't be happier! The fast shutter speed is amazing and the way it feels so solid makes me know I've got quality in my hands. Yes, it's heavy but it balances out with the quality lens. The sharpness of the pictures I've taken are fantastic and I'm still learning more each week. I don't see any reason why I'd need another camera with one like this!

  Best buying experience I recently purchased a Nikon D610 and the whole experience from start to finish was as easy. The service and delivery were second to none and the camera itself is perfect upgrade for me as an emerging photographer, I love the quality of the pictures. It's not as bulky as I feared it would be and I leave the 50 mm lens on it all of the time. The low light capability with it when paired with a good lens is stunning. Sports, wildlife, travel photography it does it all. In 2 weeks I've had 1000 snaps on it and more keepers than I knew what to do with. I am really happy with my purchase and I would not hesitate in using the company in the future.

  After extensive research of makes and models of a variety of cameras I chose the Nikon D5500. The camera even though a refurbished model was delivered promptly and I can tell you I am totally satisfied with my purchase. Fenway photo offered a great alternative to buying a new and more expensive model. The camera came in a generic box, but was very well packaged. It looks and feels brand new. It works flawlessly and the only thing I could let future customers know is that it does not come with a user manual. However this is easy to download on the Nikon website. All other accessories of the camera were included and were brand new. I would definitely recommend Fenway photo to others who are looking to save a little money and still receive a great product.

  Spare batteries are a good idea. Fenway photo has the good batteries. I bought a battery for a camera that uses this size from a local battery vendor for convenience, but it cost more and I got much less, The Watson battery works just fine with my D7100. I'm very happy to be a customer with Fenway photo for many years and more to come. Thanks

  I purchased my Canon EOS 7D camera with a Canon Battery pack and they are a perfect match for my hands. I matched it with the 70-300L lens and what a great union it is. It is a little learning curve but not too bad. I'm falling in love with photography again! Have not checked the video, but I didn't buy it for video.   Nice website and nice deals. I came across this website while searching for a Sony a7 II, the ordering process was smooth and I was able to get a 2 day shipping for free, the camera arrived, beautifully packaged and was very easy to set up. I'm still learning how to get the best results with it, but the fact it can still produce good results right out of the box tells me things will get better and it will take my photography to the next level. Overall I am very satisfied with my decision to go with Fenway photo and am looking forward to more shopping in the near future.

  I bought a Canon EOS 90D to replace my aging Rebel T6s. I knew I had to have it. In the short time I've used it the camera has more than met my expectations. I plan on using it primarily for landscape photography. The increase in megapixels and the higher ISO will greatly add to my creative experience. So far I can find nothing negative about it. Very Smooth transaction. Will definitely order again.

  Don't know if it's a sign of the times but lots of items out of stock, ie Panasonic Lumix, Canon M EOS and oddly Nikon dslr- it seems very few DSLRs are kept in stock, only available for delivery. Just seems bizarre if you were feeling flush you can't go out and pick yourself a nice new D750- stick it in back of car and drive home with it.

  Thanks FENWAY PHOTO Purchased a super nice used Sony A6300, unfortunately it was missing its battery. Called FENWAY and they immediately shipped me a brand new battery. I was doubly grateful because this is my first Sony camera. Needless to say it works great. Thanks again FENWAY, I am impressed.

  Good price and friendly customer services Purchased camera equipment from Fenway PHOTO due to very good price. My credit card did not seem to match with my address on their machine but a friendly sales rep called me promptly and validated my information without issue. Only grip is postage charge of $5 is a little high for standard UPS delivery. Great experience otherwise.

  I took my camera to repair the sensor so after paying $10 for the check and 3 days they told me the repair would cost $95 which is the price for the other camera, I asked if they can clean it so the guy on the phone came up with an excuse that it is too difficult to get to the sensor and the mainboard has to be replaced, then when I went to the shop to get my camera back he told me a different story that the mainboard is broken and it has to be replaced and that the only way to get new sensor despite the camera was working fine besides it has some obfuscation and fingerprints in the middle, so I concluded the guy was lying and he just didn't want to bother fixing it since it is a cheap fix and he won't get much money off it. so I didn't recommend this place and you better go to bigger companies

  RED DIGITAL CINEMA RED PRO Touch 7'' LCD I lost the instructions for my new touch LCD so i phoned and spoke to Matt. He was very helpful. Although he couldn't find the exact one for me he sent me two pdf's and a link for a YouTube video. I managed to put the telescope together in under an hour. I'm thankful for all his help.

  The friendliest staff I have ever encountered, very knowledgeable about their stock and so happy to answer questions and give you the time of day. Purchased a $500 palm-held camcorder secondhand for $325, better than half price and it looks and works as brand new! Couldn't be happier, highly recommend clock tower cameras to anyone looking for a great deal.

  Absolutely terrible! I ordered a Manfrotto Tripod Kit from them and paid the same day but After 90 days of pure misery constantly ringing and emailing them I never got my tripod.   I was looking for a specific 35mm film camera and found it at Fenway photo. The price was very fair and the delivery was very quick, the camera was well packaged and the condition was exactly as described if not slightly better than described.   The speed of delivery is incredible, ordered a Geekoto tripod on Saturday and had it delivered by Tuesday morning and I really like the clamps on the legs opposed to the twisting leg adjustments that my other tripod has. I can not speak to durability because I have not had it long enough but it works effectively and easily. All in all I am very happy with the build quality and strength of the components. would definitely shop here again, keep up the hard work.

  I've been dealing with them for over 2 years and all transactions have gone smoothly. The website is simple and it works really well and the description of the items is always on point. It feels much safer than eBay ,the prices are a bit higher on average compared to other sites but you get what you ordered.
