  Sent me a faulty camera on day 1, late. Had to be repaired. Over the next 9 weeks, camera failed twice in the same way. On the second time, they claimed it was liquid damage. Don't waste your time and money with Fenway.

  I needed a new DSLR camera urgently after mine died after a long time of use. A friend recommended Fenway photo, and I was able to open an account and select a model over the weekend. The camera was delivered to my home on Wednesday morning, and is working beautifully. A good service at a reasonable price. Everything received as expected.

  The process was easy to rectify the problem via customer service, I recently ordered some new lenses and a bunch of accessories for an upcoming trip, and had some questions and concerns about the equipment I was ordering. The staff, as always, was really helpful in answering my questions, and had some helpful and knowledgeable advice.   I received my Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 lens and it appears to be in very good shape and is working very well. I've been using this lens for a few days now and have been very pleased with the results. When using eye detect autofocus on the canon r5, I'm getting a lot of sharp images. For small birds, I'm always maxed out at 600mm and then cropping tighter, so file sizes are not huge, but very happy with the results. I think this lens is definitely worth it for a budget-friendly wildlife lens. Looking forward to using it for larger wildlife and sports. I will definitely order from Fenway photo again.

  Best price and fast shipping. Fenway photo Has everything you need for taking portraits or group shots. The only negative is the umbrellas, they are not the best quality. they should include higher end umbrellas. One of the umbrellas broke after a couple of setups. The good thing is Fenway replaced it with no questions asked, at no charge. Everything else in the kit is outstanding. Dealing with Fenway has always been a great experience.

  Contemplated on buying the Canon EOS R6 yesterday during Fenway Photo's 5th anniversary offering massive discounts but sadly it was sold out. Mark was nice enough to book me on a pre-order. Changed my mind today to switch from Canon to Sony buying the Sony A7 IV and Andy was really helpful with information of the specs of the camera I have decided to buy. Thanks Andy and Mark. Appreciate the help. Can’t wait to create beautiful images with my new machine.😁

  Guy didn't really know his apertures, got them round the wrong way and wasn't aware of the second hand stock that was exactly what I wanted for half the price of new. Still the best place to buy for real instead if online.

  We purchased the M6 Mark II to replace an older Nikon D80. It was purchased for travel & general vacation use. Quality is amazing and it's the perfect size. Highly recommend. Love that Fenway PHOTO also includes a camera bag and SD card with certain purchases. Just makes a purchase more worth it compared to the same price elsewhere for just the camera body.

  The Manfrotto 612 Nitrotech Fluid Video Head is an updated and improved design tripod head that maintains the same specs of the N12 head. Improvements are most notable in the adjustment dial on the right hand side which has controls for fluid drag, in the center dial, and the tilt brake in the larger dial.

  Great at $598 The a6100 is my most recommended camera, but Sony has raised the price a lot to lower it a little. At $598 (body only) five ninety eight it is probably the best bang for the buck. FENWAY PHOTO was super easy to work with and had very fast delivery too. Looking forward to advancing with more Sony lenses to get more out of this excellent camera!

  I ordered a replacement Canon 18-55 efs 111 lens advertised as used, but in mint condition and sure enough on unpacking, exactly as described! The lens was very well packaged with no danger of it moving in the box. I placed my order at 1.45 pm on Tuesday and the lens arrived at 12.35 pm on Wednesday.   I have been a customer of FENWAY PHOTO for at least twenty years, using them for everything from printing photographs to buying equipment, including DSLR cameras. I have always found the staff knowledgeable and very helpful. While the stock in the shop is limited by virtue of the size of the business, they will usually be able to order if requested. My most recent major purchase, of a Nikon D7500 compared favorably in price with what was on offer from Amazon.

  Good services and products in store though the staff treat you good or make you feel stupid depending on your experience with and around cameras and technology. I have over 8 years self taught experience with technology and cameras (personally own a variety of digital but mainly film cameras) and during education this was my first place to check for an apprenticeship or job but they turned me down twice, recently and years ago, not sure what'd they'd be looking for in a customer service rep with experience.

  Great travel camera. Kit lens is great. I am very happy with the Sony A7c and the 20mm lens for vlogging. I bought this as an upgrade from my A6400. I paired it with the Sigma 24-70 2.8. Wonderful camera, especially for the price! Overall, this is a great camera, especially for people who travel a lot and prefer a more compact and lighter camera.

  Excellent in low light and wide angle , purchased this lens here at Fenway PHOTO for their A service. This lens is sharp from 14-30mm wide open. 14mm is great at capturing the dramatic clouds in landscape shots. I would buy again in a heartbeat! Prices are competitive and shipping is quick.

  The Leica Summilux-TL 35mm lens an amazing lens I got this lens for my Leica SL Typ 601 and CL. It works good for both system and actually better ergonomics when you combine with SL system. This is a beautiful lens. It produces great contrast and beautiful bokeh. Yes it's expensive, but anything Leica is.

  Fenway PHOTO and the Canon EOS 30D This review is not for the camera as much as it is for Fenway PHOTO. Just go to Fenway PHOTO first, and make your purchase. Honest prices, honest items, and honest salespeople make this company the one to deal with for ALL your photo needs. The shipping price was also real and not inflated. I got my camera in about 3 days (from NYC to Avon, Ohio). It arrived perfect and new, with all accessories in the box. If you want a JUST a 30D body, I challenge anyone to TRY and get it from The $499.00 or $599.00 or even the $699.00 body only sellers. They take your order, take your money and a day or two later, tell you that it is OUT OF STOCK! They do refund your money, but time is wasted.I have visited Fenway Photo in NYC, and they are the best. I should have started here. Don't look any further when your looking for ANY camera equipment.   Lexar 128GB I'm getting slower write speeds on this 1667x card vs my older 1000x Lexar cards. I understand these are read speeds but they should at least match the write speed of the 1000x. I would avoid.

  It was great experience! The tripod turned out great and the customer service was top notch. Very timely responses with any questions I had. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and easy, the tripod was packaged for delivery extremely well too. Sturdy and works perfectly with my canon 90d. I use it mainly for shooting videos and photos outdoors. very pleased with the purchase

  Fenway photo made the whole buying process very simple and easy, which was a relief at that point. My Sony A7iii also arrived a few days before the scheduled delivery date, which is always nice. The kit I received, was exactly what I wanted and it performed flawlessly. Highly recommended them to someone looking to get into photography.

  Worst customer service ever. Bought a brand new Canon EOS R, was excited when it got delivered. Out of the box it did not work. I called tech support and after a while of them having me try some stuff, they told me I'd have to send it back. But they did not provide me with a return label until Monday. I asked if I could return it for a refund instead, they said I would have to then pay the shipping. I sent it in to be repaired, I called back and asked to talk to someone regarding my experience and was given the runaround before being disconnected. Terrible, terrible customer service.

  Absolutely love Fenway photo. I have purchased numerous equipment from them and Most recently a tripod which arrived in good condition due to excellent packaging. Easy to assemble and lightweight enough to carry and long as you're not on a long hike. I am already planning my next purchase!

  Great experience I had a great experience with this company. I ordered a Sony A7 III camera, and it came out looking great. The customer service was excellent. They were timely, receptive, and very friendly in their communication with me. The camera arrived in perfect shape and working amazing. I will most likely purchase from these guys again!

  Not what was advertised If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a camera but It came in an open box. Also, all of the language is chines or Japanese and there is absolutely no way to change the language. I don't even think it's an option, and I've tried several ways and looked at the online manual (the one that actually came with the camera was in Chinese. I certainly would have thought twice about buying it.

  Outstanding product, great customer service. Shipping was insanely fast and everything arrived fine. All of the pieces said in the product description came in one package and the pieces were all great quality and the Canon EOS 4000D has been a joy to use for sports photography so far. I am so happy I got it. I was truly impressed!

  Great Experience. Will order again in future. I recently ordered an Underwater camera from Fenway photo. The product was delivered timely, I got it for trips, golf course, and snowboarding. It’s done wonders for me so far. Thought the picture and color balance was better the GoPro but it was pretty straight toward and easy to use. I couldn't be more impressed.

  I have ordered several items from Fenway photo that I could not obtain locally. The customer service is professional, polite and knows the photography business. They allow me to track the progress of my order online and the website states whether or not an item is in stock. I rarely trade in anything so not sure why that service seems to be an issue with them.

  I rarely write reviews for companies but due to the service I received, I feel I need to tell a great experience with Fenway photo customer service. I could not believe how fast my Sony A6000 arrived. I had it 2 days after placing the order, Shipping direct from the warehouse And it had FREE shipping, The camera is easy enough to use right out of the box, Still in the process of learning all the cool things get can do that my DSLR couldn't do. Excited to keep using it now that the weather is nice. Really glad I made these switch. Will order from this store again if I ever get a chance! Thank you!

  Awful experience. They sent me a defective camera and told me their policy is no returns for regardless if it is defective upon receipt. Never again will I buy from someone without checking return policy. I'll stick with tried and true companies.

  Bought a Panasonic HC-V770K Camcorder through Fenway photo, took a while to arrive and when it did wouldn’t turn on. Had to call four times to get through to someone and they told me to ship it back and I will get it back in three working days, I sent it back and they are Now telling me it will take another 7 working days.

Good website and ordering process The service was super easy and straightforward, Shipping was nothing less than amazing, when my camera arrived, all the parts and accessories were included, wrapped, and sealed. I bought it for individual and well as professional use. I am hoping to eventually start my own photography business and wanted a user friendly camera. I am still learning how to work it, but am amazed at some of the shots it has taken. Besides the battery life being low, I am extremely happy with my purchase and I’ll be buying from Fenway photo more in the future.

  Well, they are cheap for a reason! The camera has very poor quality and got broken without much use. The customer service was extremely bad, never got to talk to anyone. Stay away from them and Pay more to get a high-quality equipment with a more professional customer support.

  Nice upgrade from my Z5 and FENWAY PHOTO made it easy The Z7ii surpassed my expectations, especially with this lens. I'm amazed at how close the 24-200mm focuses and its sharpness is amazing. It was a pleasure to deal with FENWAY PHOTO and their efficient staff. I highly recommend them.

  Sell Items at the Displayed Price In the process of purchasing a Canon EOS-1D X Mark III with a displayed price of $6,499, I was taken back when the assistant asked me for $6,799. I told her that the item was priced at $6,499 and that's the price I would be paying. She went off and spoke to her manager who said that the 1dx was not in stock and that the new price is $6,499. After a few minutes I was sold the Canon camera at the displayed price.

  Great addition to my Fuji XT-4 This FUJIFILM VG-XT4 Vertical Battery Grip is being used with an XT-4. It has improved not only battery life with its dual battery compartment, but also ergonomics. It will remain a permanent fixture on my camera.

  Mixed feelings Bought color chemistry C41. Two of the rolls had a color cast that was very difficult to impossible to correct digitally. The remaining 3 rolls came out fairly well, just a slight (and correctable) color cast, but not what I would call professional results. Maintaining temps was easier than I thought, so I don't think I messed anything up during the process, but I'm definitely a newbie...
