  It took them over a week to conclude the color I wanted was in stock. Then I had to take it to PayPal to even get my refund back bc they were refusing to refund me my money. The only reason they get a 2 stars is for communication, Avoid buying from this website

  Fenway photo made the whole buying process very simple and easy, The camera bag arrived a few days before the scheduled delivery date, which is always nice and has enough space for the face's body and its objectives, plus it has space for a laptop, I haven't taken it out anywhere, but I wanted a place to store my camera gear, lenses, chargers, sd cards, cables, etc. so I could easily see them in one place and this one seems to suit my needs. Great seller, would definitely buy from them again.

  Amazing Customer Service The service and delivery were second to none and the monopod itself is sturdy and well built. Most of the monopods that I have used are very flexible but this one is very stiff and it’s holding my camera comfortably. At first I was worried about my camera being too heavy for it but nope it is really sturdy even when I have it fully open it is just as sturdy. I am really happy with my purchase and I will continue to rely on Fenway for important purchases.

  The website is well laid out, with a wide range of products in every category. Delivery was made within a few days of purchase and my Canon EF-M 32mm lens was exactly as described. The multiple emails and phone messages informing me of the package delivery status were beyond most typical online Stores. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and I’d purchase from Fenway photo again.

  Exceptional service I placed my order on Friday and received my Nikon P900 the following Monday. I haven’t found anything I’ve disliked yet. Still experimenting with the different settings. Takes excellent landscape pictures & it's worth the price. Can't ask for more.

  These guys took my order, i paid for it in full including delivery. two days later told me they couldn't fill part the order due not stock left, however continued to advertise the camera for a further 4 days after my purchase. they refunded the loss of order they couldn't supply, no compensation, charged me the full freight, just poor service in general.

  Pricing was good and it was very easy to make a purchase. I was kept informed of the progress and was able to track my Nikon Coolpix B500 right up until it was delivered.   I ordered a Nikon Z 24-200mm f/4-6.3 from Fenway photo. The package came in just 2 days and came completely intact. The condition of the lens was perfect. Love the lens.   I bought a Nikon COOLPIX B500 camera from this company. It developed fault, which would be under a normal Nikon warranty. However, Nikon said their warranty is not valid for goods bought from this company and I had to pay for the repair. I won't be shopping there anymore.

  Canon EOS M200. Shipping time was only a few days and the regular emails on progress were great. The camera came well packaged with instructions and its working great.   I ordered extra batteries for my Canon RP from Fenway photo and they were shipped the same day I ordered them: they fit the camera, register on the LCD, and charge just like the Canon battery but at a fraction of the cost. I haven’t used them extensively, but for the time being, I am happy with my purchase. I recommend this store to every friend of mine!

  Stellar experience from inquiry to delivery The turnaround time from my order to delivery was faster than estimated. Packaging was superb and the point and Shoot Camera Case fits my Ricoh GRiii with some room to spare, and yet is still small enough to sit securely at my strap without flopping around.   Great source of hard to find lenses I've been coming here for all my camera needs for quite some time now. I always love supporting local businesses. The staff here are avid photographers who know their equipment well. They also have a great selection of brands such as Cine lenses which is very uncommon to find at a store. They also have a great selection of used equipment. I recommend this store to friends all the time. It's the only camera store anyone should ever come.

  I definitely recommend Fenway photo for your photography needs. Alex was friendly and helpful and really knowledgeable over the cameras I was asking about. He didn’t push me to get the more expensive one and recommend what was best for what I actually need. I walked in looking for a telephoto lens and left with a new camera because of how helpful they were. Prices are reasonable and they have great used and new equipment for a reasonable cost.

  I bought based on the pics and the specs, and I ended up paying the shipping back to Fenway PHOTO, even though they have the pics mixed. I have the 450 already and its really good, but the 350 is extremely small, I spent hours trying to fit a Sony camera with one lens attached plus a Mavic 2 Pro, impossible to arrange the pads to my needs.

  This is a very convenient backpack. I am a commercial and residential real estate photographer and this pack allows me to keep everything I need to be configured and ready to go from site to site. this saves time and protects my gear all at the same time.   I had an incredible experience at Fenway PHOTO with Matt in the used gear department. I had sold my Sony a7iii online and part of the sale included receiving an older camera with cash. I decided to trade it in and go for a Canon RP (kind of a downgrade but I rather spend money on good glass than the body) He was kind, thoughtful and not snooty like other camera places I go to who take one look at me and treat me like garbage. I also got some film and batteries for my family’s old camera that has been passed down to me. I definitely will be making the long trek to Fenway PHOTO anytime I need gear!

  I bought this tripod while visiting the Fenway photo store in NYC. I was looking for a more compact tripod to carry with me in the city. I called Fenway Photo and they helped me to determine that the Sirui T-25Sk tripod would better suit my needs. I am more than happy with this purchase and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a small lightweight tripod.

  A mixed bag here. Mirrorless cameras selection is great. Prices are decent. Customer service is tremendously bad. (Owner will probably insult me in the comments of this review.) It just shows you how much they care about their customers. Your better off going elsewhere.

  Ordered a second hand Sigma HSM lens. The website listed is as "good conditions", I called to enquiry what that meant. The answer was "we do not sell lenses with scratches on the elements" and I bought it. You cannot buy online, only the old fashion way over the phone. When I received the lens I found a big smear on the outer element out of the box, which it took a while to remove and which left a subtle mark which - despite not affecting the picture quality - could not be removed. I would not expect such issue when buying from a shop, particularly after calling to confirm the lens was scratch-free. Dropped an email to report the issue (I did not ask for a refund or a swap) and they apologized, but nevertheless I am not impressed.

  I brought a Nikon d850 from Fenway Photography and have suspicions that is not genuine. 1. The Serial Number should be on the box , which it is not. 2. No warranty card in the box. (yet it states on the website 3 year manufacture warrantee ....) 3. The appropriate logos are not on the camera serial stamp. 4. The serial number on the box should match the one on the camera. (no serial on the box) I contacted Nikon to ask if the camera was genuine, they confirmed that it is not!

  Better Than Expected! First- ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Second- light weight but sturdy. I am using the tripod inside for specimen photography. This K&F Concept was recommended to me by Mark at Fenway superstore in New York. Third- folds down to a compact size and it is easy to transport. Conclusion- good value for modest investment.

  Really excellent camera shop. Know their stuff, sell at decent and discount prices for new gear, do really decent prices on buying second hand gear from you, and are willing to spend time explaining technicalities. Only thing I'd say, as a shop they could be a bit more welcoming and friendly on coming in, to encourage more beginners and novices from going to B&H Photo-Video.

  Sigma 35mm F/1.4 lens Absolutely awesome. Just what I needed and Fenway photo didn't play around getting it to me either. Arrived on time and I am very happy about this, ! I've had it several weeks and it has not come off my 5DMIII except to move it to my 60D. It is amazing on both cameras. It performs beautifully at every aperture. Images are sharp, vibrant. Colors are rich and brilliant. Bokeh is pleasing. Focus is fast an accurate. It is heavy for a lens in this range. It has the feel and look of quality and produces images that wow. I will be buying more from them.

  Exceedingly Satisfied I Received my Telephoto lens from Fenway photo a few weeks ago, and have now had the opportunity to shoot landscapes, real estate, and various other subjects. The colors of landscape shots are uncanny, and the wide angle captures the subject with superb views. Shipping is fast and affordable, prices are equal or less than competitors and I know that I can trust them. Keep up the great work!

  No after sales service Purchased a Nikon D850 and accessories which was sent in two shipments. No issue with the first delivery but I haven’t received the camera and it’s still ‘in transit’. Lodged a complaint and two weeks later support they told me they need to finalize their investigation before they can replace or refund me.

  Great experience. I have purchased multiple items from Fenway photo, ranging from LED lights to a DSLR Camera. Every time I've brought something, it has been quick, simple, low priced and easy. Excellent selection, informative and easy to navigate website, fast shipping to London, and I very much like the option to pay all taxes when placing the order.

  These guys used to be good, but the customer service is really going down hill. The communication stopped once my Canon EOS 90D had been returned to them and I am left out of pocket because of it. I am currently going through the process of raising a dispute. I could not recommend them less, maybe they are slightly cheaper than other companies, but the time I have put into trying to resolve this is just not worth it.

  Great service from Fenway photo and fast delivery to Australia. Price was amazing compared to everywhere else in Australia and delivery was much faster than expected. Based on this experience I would not hesitate before purchasing from Fenway again. I will gladly recommend the website to friends looking for bargains.   Great photography website!! Very excellent web interface for photographers. Easy to use and figure out. Excellent customer service and support.   Just what I was looking for I wanted a pouch to carry my Canon EOS 90D DSLR Camera with a 18-55mm Lens in my backpack. I called Fenway photo for advice on which one would best fit and they recommended a perfect one. It's a little large particularly around the lens, but will probably be suitable for it's purpose. Overall still pretty happy with my purchase, As a photographer, Fenway will always be my go to website for anything that has to do with photography.

  Easy transaction, paid more than expected. I sold three lenses to Fenway. The process was seamless and they actually graded two of my lenses in better condition that I thought, and paid more than the initial quote. Very pleased and hope to deal with again.

  Great customer service! The camera arrived within 2 days and was exactly what I wanted for an excellent price. Haven’t used it yet but I am so impressed with the delivery, It came super fast and the packaging of it was great! Bought it used but it looks brand new, even smells brand new. Came with everything original, box, manual, battery charger, etc. Easy to purchase online. Will be looking to Fenway photo first in the future for all my photographic products.

  Unbelievably bad customer service The drone I received was packaged in the factory box shrink wrapped with plastic although once I opened it several of the items inside were contained in sealed bags that had been opened previously. The battery in the unit was cracked at the top and partially separated. I strongly suspect that this company repackaged a return and sold it as a new one. Will never buy again from them if price were the same at other online stores.

  Got the order and the unit was great. I am also very happy with Fenway photo as usual. Great price, Great service and Great products.   I am highly satisfied with the performance of the Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 wide angle zoom lens I recently purchased from Fenway photo, I could not wait to try it over the weekend when it arrived and I was extremely pleased with the results. It focusses fast and suits me for my kind of low light photography as well. Stellar results. The website is simple, not clutered and easy to navigate.

  I recently ordered a tripod for a wedding. The capability to convert to a monopod when we went from ceremony to reception and light to darkness was a life saver and It's still new but so far so good. It's stable for for setups within its load range, easy to set up and break down and definitely packable. No complaints. I have recommended this company to many other people and they say it is the best online store ever! reliable, the price around.

  Fast delivery but, it would have been far more preferable if time would have been taken when sending the item. My item was posted in it's original box without any further protection. It looks that a careless attitude is the practice at Fenway photo! Also, be aware that this company has the most appalling return policy, I can only recommend to shop elsewhere after all, nobody likes his items be delivered damaged!

  Fast shipping. Reasonable price. Used camera looks and works as new. I'm still testing it since I only have the camera for two weeks I also am thrilled with the HDR system it has also caught my interest, I have tested that and so far I like it, must do more testing in the field. At this early stage, I have nothing negative to say about it. Very pleased!

  Outstanding service as usual from Fenway photo. Bought a Nikon D500 from this website and I couldn't be happier. The camera arrived in less than a week and it was packed securely. On top of that, it works well and there's no issues what's so ever. I haven't had a chance to test out the low light abilities but the image quality is incredible. I will buy from this website in the future.
