  From perspective of sales experience and quality of items - 5 stars. From perspective of locating, purchasing and shipping, Fenway's website and company score a total 5 Stars. I received my items quickly and were in mint condition! I couldn't score them higher in this respect. My problem is with follow-up after the sale. I have left a couple of messages for them and haven't gotten a response back. Hopefully this is just a covid-19 situation and they have no one at this time to assist me. That being the case someone should advise to any delays and that after sales support will soon be forthcoming. If that is the case then I will revise my review and adjust accordingly.

  Great Customer service and items competitively priced. I recently bought 2 tiltheads for my Magnus tripods from Fenway Photo. Their Customer service was excellent. My items arrived well packaged and when promised. I am very pleased with my purchase.   Great Service, Competitive Pricing We ordered a Ronin RS 2 Gimbal which arrived extremely quickly at a very reasonable price. However the Ronin had a fault and had to be sent abroad in order to be fixed. Fenway Photo, specifically Mark, received the item back from us and facilitated sending it off to Germany to get fixed. Fenway was very understanding with us and we very much appreciated his chasing up of the repair in order to get the item back to us as soon as possible. Overall, was a really positive experience and we would recommend Fenway Photo to anyone looking to purchase video kit in the future. Thanks guys!

  Sony Alpha a7 III I have used the a7iii for portraits , weddings , and birth , and wedding videography. The iso performance is fantastic - I was really impressed with its iso handling in video. It is decent on battery and the images are stellar. It to meet hits the sweet spot of iso performance and image quality. I had an excellent shopping experience, and an incredible product! Always a pleasure ordering from Fenway Photo for the extras they throw in and the quick shipping. Professional camera at an amateur budget! I may end up getting another.

  First experience and very impressed. My first experience was buying a Canon EOS R7. A lot of money to trust to a company I have used before. Communication was very easy and after a few questions I placed the order. The camera was delivered on a Sunday afternoon which is a first. Service was excellent and delivery very quick.

  Ordered a bath Suction cup mount that was posted as "New". Received the shipment in a timely manner. mount was missing a part for the bases. Couldn't install it. Had to to go to Amazon.com and purchase a replacement part. Not happy about it. Suggest Fenway Photo do a better job checking their products before selling.

  Product received as described, at a competitive price. The lens that I ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the quality was definitely as expected and Sure enough after testing it out, it didn't disappoint. it's producing razor sharp images wide-open and the autofocus is extremely quiet, smooth and accurate. My only issues with it are that it is not particularly bright but I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Fenway photo for all photographic supplies.

  Canon EOS R5 with a 24-105mm f/4 Lens The camera arrived on time and in great condition. Second time using the website and no regrets. The lens works great and the image quality is very good, especially considering the fact that I am working in a low-light environment. The video quality is very very good and clear. The autofocus works pretty well. I did a few shots outside and the camera worked great as well. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

  I received my Samyang 85mm f/1.4 lens on time but the tamper seal was broken. I could see no reason for this other than someone else may have already had the lens and returned it. I wrote to them twice and still have still not received a reply.

  Great Customer Service My Canon EOS 60D arrived the day before the due date and the tracking link kept me up to date on the progress of the package. The camera was well packed and worked perfectly. I was overwhelmingly surprised! It was packaged beautifully and was virtually brand new. So far I'm extremely happy with my purchase.   Truly unbelievable service! I ordered a Nikon 35mm f/1.8 lens two weeks ago from Fenway photo, which came with free tracked delivery. I tracked the delivery and it was dispatched within 24 hours and the following day it arrived at my home. Up to this point, I haven't found any drawbacks. Now I can't stop taking pictures.   Tamron 17-28mm with mixed feelings The process to order a Tamron lend 17-28mm was easy and the fully tracked delivery took place quickly. Performance of the item as advertised. Tamron declined their extended 5 years warranty justifying their decision on "grey import item". A few days later I received a tax duty invoice for the item above, even if the Fenway PHOTO website clearly states that all transportation and taxes are included in the price advertised. Raised the query with Fenway P CS and they reply promptly with a rather sharp request to pay and forward the receipt back to Fenway Photo. Why should customers be completing Fenway Photo duties? Why the added step? Why the lack of clarity regarding pricing and taxes? Why is my custom appears not to be appreciated?

  Panasonic HC-X2000 pro camcorder I have been a videographer/producer for over a decade now. I produce outdoor related content for TV and on-line. Video quality looks amazing in 4K.   I ordered a TTArtisan 28mm f/5.6 Lens for my Leica camera on 29th May 2022 which was shown as in stock (it wasn't). After several calls I was told that the Lens was delayed due to stock issues in Europe. All credit to B&H who actually sent me the lens from a kit which was received on 10 Jun. Upon receipt of the delivery I sent an email asking for confirmation that the remaining items I was waiting for were on back order and that I would receive them in due course. 3 weeks later I went into 34th Street and was told that my order was on the notice board and that they hadn't forgotten the part. I have called twice to get an update and was told the parts were expected. I sent a further email on 19 Jun asking for an update but have still not had a response. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION and order still not fulfilled.

  GREAT LENS but no lens hood!!????? I purchased this Canon RF 24-240 USM lens from Fenway PHOTO for my Canon R5s. The image quality amazing for an all around lens. BUT COME ON CANON and Fenway PHOTO. No lens hood. Never bought a lens in the past 45 years without a lens hood.

  Great product! The only retailer that I could find a new Mac Studio (M1 Max) configured the way I needed - with extra RAM and a larger SSD - was through Fenway PHOTO. Period. It was in stock!   This is the worst company you can buy from. I paid extra for a Canon EOS 5DS R, to be delivered within the next 2 business days but It's been almost 4 weeks now, and I have not received not one response to my emails requesting an explanation on why it has taken this long. Their promises to deliver quickly is a joke, and their service is rubbish! What a waste of money!! I am disgusted from their service.
