  I highly recommend not using this company. I wouldn't trust the used cameras that they sell. Long story short, the camera I bought was defective when I received it. Then they wouldn't give me my gear that I traded in for it back. They screwed me out of $500.

  When my first time to buy the service very good and i was very happy...But my second time I was a little disappointed ! I had wait almost two months .to buy a EM5 Mark III! It has finally been received today but there are flaws on the screen...plus the camera is opened there is dust on the sensor. this time I can give only two stars...But the attitude of the customer service is very very good.. this is the true..

  Very quick and items are brand new I bought a Tamron lens from Fenway Photo and it arrived within a week. Very quick, the item was in perfect condition and wrapped safely and shipped with FedEx. They also refunded an import tax that I was accidentally charged by FedEx. Highly recommend.

  Buyer beware on back ordered items Ordered some film which was in back order in May 2022, and waited patiently got it. It'd been 6 to 7 weeks and I'm still waiting for the film in August 2022. Did a quick check online and saw the film I ordered IN STOCK! But not one has notified me or sent product. The price of my item has doubled since then, and in stock, yet they have decided still that they will not to ship me my item which I have paid 6 months ago. Very bad form. Buyer beware.

  Friendly, efficient service I like Fenway photo for their personal service - if there's a problem, they call and discuss it. In this case, I had thought the product was in stock and had ordered it for next day delivery, the only day I was going to be available. In fact, it wasn't in stock but they sorted out a suitable delivery date through a couple of phone calls and it duly arrived when they said it would.

  The thin case is good. If the movable piece where we place the lenses were fixed, it would be great. It fits perfectly with the drone because it's not bulky. But when we unscrew the lenses, in most of the times the piece moves together

  Very unsatisfied. I bought a still photography tripod. The knob on one of the legs was faulty and this resulted in it falling over in a shoot and smashing up my camera. I will be making a formal complaint about this. Selling products like this is absolutely unacceptable.

  Brilliant service I finally managed to realize my life long ambition to buy a Leica just as I suffered a stroke which meant that I would be unable to use the camera.   The usual first class service with a fast delivery time. Strap is exactly as described. Easy to fit to the camera and strong enough to hold my D850 with a Sigma 14-24mm lens. Comfortable on the wrist, secure yet easy to detach from the camera. Only criticism is the metal adjustment slide which can come into contact with the screen, however, removal of the strap when not in use negates the issue. Good value for money.

  Incorrectly described on the website to 100-400L IS2 EF lens incorrectly described as RF100-500L Unfortunately, the item I purchased had been incorrectly described on the website, it did turn up in plenty of time but of course needed to be returned. I'm unlikely to get the correct item in time for my trip which was the whole reason for my purchase. These things do happen but it's a bit disappointing. Customer services have otherwise been excellent.

  Vello Auto Extension Tubes Quite impressed with the quality of the extension tubes. Just getting into macro photography and bought these tubes to use in class. Took some pretty good photos with them and I'm sure i will get many more great photos with these extensions in the future. Shipping was quick and arrived as promised.   Sony FE 70-300mm. Just bought this new lens and it has arrived very fast, quicker than I expected. Excellent communication with the stuff, the lens was very well packaged and presented as described. This is the first telephoto lens I've owned, and I'm very happy with the product. I haven't noticed anything that would reduce my satisfaction with image quality. I would definitely use this store again.

  I purchased the RF 800 lens for more focal length and the handling was great. I'm using the RF 800 lens/R5 combo to shoot perched shots of the short eared owl here in Hawaii.   I used the Lumix G X Vario PZ 45-175mm with a JVC GY LS-300 and it doesn't quite compare to the Rokinon's for sharpness. But it is the only zoom currently on the market that works with my camera. Just wish I had more choices. So I learn to live with it when I need a zoom shot.

  Nikon Circular Polarizer The Nikon 77mm circular polarizing filter is excellent for my Canon lenses. I wanted to buy a Canon brand which was not available readily. But I am very happy that I bought this Nikon filter instead. Excellent product and best value for money even with shipping charge.

  I purchased a Datavideo PTZ Camera earlier this week. And it was a positive transaction. Good price, fast and safe shipping, good packaging etc. I will say I’m also pleased they use UPS. I’ve purchased some equipment recently from camera sellers and they shipped USPS. And they just leave the packages in the driveway. It’s a little off topic but people need to be aware that USPS is a joke when it comes to shipping gear. I look forward to when the website is fully operational for purchasing items.

  To buy it's great. To sell or exchange is another story. I'm not lucky, it's been 3 times that I try to sell lenses and the last time I also offered an exchange. The answer is always the same, the inventory is too high. Fortunately the competition (Steve) is more open and also offers excellent service and the prices are very competitive.

  I do not recommend doing business with them. Friday night I call to sell my Sony a7C camera. The employee informs me that they are buying Sony equipment. I am bringing in my camera with warranty and today I am traveling to do the transaction. After an hour of driving, I was informed on the spot that they no longer wanted to buy my sony a7c. Don't waste your time with them. They are not worth your time.

  Great Manfrotto video head product! I'm a newbie with a spotting scope chasing birds and bought this head on the recommendation of the Fenway Photo employee on the customer help line. It is a fantastic piece of machinery and perfect for a video camera but unfortunately too heavy for a birder needing to move it for place to place, so I returned it.

  When I had problems with a Sigma telephoto lens, I went to Fenway Photo, and received excellent service and advice. When I had a problem with my Nikon, I went to Fenway Photo, and again they quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided excellent service and sound advice. They know what they are doing; I found them trustworthy and straight forward. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any camera related difficulties.

I've been going to their website daily because their prices are so reasonable. Lastly, most items come with a 6 month warranty. For a used item....you can't beat that!

  Wishing there was a release date: I find the Fenway photo website to be one of the best that I shop on... Fantastic website! I do have one suggestion: Especially when shopping lenses, I would find it helpful if there was information in the list view that showed the release date of the lens. As a Fujifilm user, they have released many lenses of almost the exact same configurations, but knowing which is the most recent of them would be helpful as I browse lenses.

  Absolute worst company ever. Misrepresented a Nikon D610 (Open Box) as U.S. model and it arrived as an import. Once the company acknowledged their error, they sent me cheap adapter to solve the problem. They would not send me a charger or proper cable. This company has misrepresented both items, sold items missing hardware, and delivered damaged equipment. The only thing they did correctly was take my money...shame on Fenway Photo.

  Good filters great descriptions The level of detail on every item is what brings me to Fenway Photo. The filters available to narrow down my search lead me to a brand I hadn't heard of but I trust Fenway Photo to only have good equipment. I've been searching everywhere for a tripod to fit a specific Manfrotto head and found it here because of the good filters.

  Outstanding service I recently had to return a binocular for a fault investigation and was super impressed by the customer service team at Fenway Photo. They scored 5 stars on all levels eg communication, responsiveness, speed of issue resolution etc. The binocular was repaired by the manufacturer, fully serviced and retuned with new accessories in great condition. 5/5.   Easy process The whole process was easy and I was informed I will receive the amount quoted in a few days. I've only marked one score down as I continued to received automated emails about accepting the quote after I'd actually sent the item, which worried me as I thought the item had gone walkies after being picked up by the courier. Fenway Photo were quick to allay my fears though and confirmed receipt.

  Not everyone works your hours! Lens I ordered was incompatible with my camera. The store hours prevent me from making a 1 hour drive to return the lens and purchase a higher priced one that will work with my camera. I am fairly pleased with the selections on the website but will never purchase another lens without my t71 body to pair it with to see if it works correctly.

  Very good really means nearly mint I ordered a very good rated 35-100 f/2.8 Lumix lens. To my surprise, very good seems to be nearly mint. The lens worked perfectly and looked perfect. No signs of wear.

  Ordered Canon LP-E17 battery, site said two days, contacted by phone and online chat - excellent service and clarified that was in stock to post the same day. Came the next morning, really pleased. Genuine battery is expensive, but much cheaper than film! Have used Fenway Photo before and will do again.

  Nikon Car Window Camera mount Overall, experience with Fenway Photo has been great. Knocked off one star because I've been spoiled by Amazon Prime and don't like paying for 1 and 2day shipping.   I wanted to buy a Godox ring light just because I have never used one. I had some questions, so I called Fenway Photo, and they answered all my concerns quickly and correctly. I did order the ring light. I am an enthusiast and have a four light studio set up for family and friends. I think this light might be a nice addition.   Fenway Photo has always looked out for me when making purchases. I had to replace a UV filter for my zoom lens and when Fenway Photo saw my new purchase was different from the last purchase, Fenway Photo called to make sure i knew what i was ordering. Sales rep directed me toward a smarter purchase. That's customer service!
