  Excellent used 24mm f1.4 Canon EF lens and very good price $480. Most other used lenses of this spec cost $700 and new ones $1500 and brilliant for my wide angle astrophotography. Staff were very professional in the way they handled my purchase. I bought one copy of this lens which was not as good as I would have wanted so they willingly exchanged it for a second copy of the same lens which turned out excellent.,

  Good start that peters out... I was initially impressed by the store's choice, price and first contacts. Not overly happy that when 1 item was out of stock , & I then had to chase for updates on availability. Eventually got all my items, and I have to say the actual delivery part is pretty slick, with plenty of e-mails/texts to let you know when to expect the courier. Just remember to keep customers updated.

  Bought a Canon telephoto lens - service ok but could be improved Bought a telephoto zoom lens. Not my preferred choice but that one was not available. Service was satisfactory and questions were answered. Not an overly enthusiastic staff member who gave over and above information which can be helpful when the product is new and one may not know everything to ask. He was a also bit difficult to hear so better enunciation would have improved that.

  Great service. Thank you. I am very happy with my Rokinon lens. The website was easy to navigate and the purchase of this item was very straight forward. Fenway PHOTO kept me updated regarding the delivery of the lens as there was a FedEx strike between buying the item and its arrival.   Delivery on a tight deadline I was a little disappointed when I placed the order only to find the item was out of stock. I had a tight deadline for delivery due to this being a present and was skeptical that it was going to arrive on time. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived by overnight courier the day before it was needed. Overall pleased with your store and I would definitely shop here again.

  Not happy that you take payment with no stock for 3 weeks ,Ordered Pentax lense that was listed as on sale.Received phone call from staff member to tell me as it was not a common item it was not in stock.As I usually buy from this store. As they have no stock I ordered from your company at a more expensive price only to be told you don't have one in stock.you advertised it was on sale which lead me to believed you had one in stock.You take payment before can supply item.   I had a phone call from FENWAY PHOTO within 10 to 15 minutes of my on-line order, to alert me to the issue of a deleted product which I had ordered. We changed the order to a similar product, I was refunded the difference, and the product arrived at my home (on the other side of the country) the following day. Even though I was unable to get the original product ordered, I am very happy with the one I got, and also with the amazing order and delivery process! Thanks FENWAY PHOTO!

  I would highly recommend that anyone in New York with an interest in photography should visit this shop. There is a good range of new and used lenses for various brands and cameras at different price points. There are also various accessories available including some lighting, bags and tripods. However what really sets this shop apart are the staff who are knowledgeable, friendly and don't aggressively upsell. Matt listened to what I was after and provided great insight and advice. Specialist photography shops are not that common and this shop is a gem

  Nikon D3500 bundle with great customer care I bought a Nikon D3500 bundle which was excellent value. Delivery was delayed by a couple of days but I was called in person to have that explained. I thought that was a really nice touch, it's rare to get that sort of service nowadays. The camera is exactly as required and a teenage son is very happy. I'd use again nd would recommend

  Unexpectedly quick delivery I was trying to get hold of the Fuji X100V and they're hard to find. I checked with Fenway in NY and cust.serv told me probably two months so I ordered with the priviso I could cancel right up until shipping. The bloomin' thing turned up 6 days later!

  Excellent Customer Service The ordering and purchase process is very straightforward. Being an existing customer, my details were already stored. There was a slight issue, in that although none of the items in my order were shown as out of stock, one was, and it delayed dispatch. However, it was only because I had contacted FENWAY PHOTO to query the non-movement of the order update page, that this came to light. Given that there was no estimated stock date for this item, I wondered how long I would have been waiting. Customer services could not have been more helpful. The order was split and the bulk of it dispatched. Given the delay, this was also escalated to Saturday delivery. The outstanding battery will follow in due course. Problems happen - it's how you deal with them that separates companies from each other

  Fenway has always been my go to for photography equipment. Their customer service is second to none. Lately, however, it seems items are back ordered. Just tried to buy Lexar CFExpress cards but wait time is 2-4 weeks. Same story on several other items. I know things are screwy from the pandemic and this may not be Fenway's fault, but it's very frustrating not being able to get what I need.

  Great backpack! V1 This backpack holds everything for this novice to take with her. I am not experienced enough to know what to take so I take everything I own! Sony A7r iv, Sony 200-600, Tamron 35-150, Sony 90 macro, Sony 24-240, Flash, several straps, cards, Batteries, charger, lens kit and I am sure I have something out. The accessibility is great. Easy to grab whatever lens you may need. I couldn't be happier!

  Amazing Value! The Canon 80D was an excellent choice to go with and I'm very satisfied with its performance thus far. I paired this with the EF 24-70mm f/4L IS USM. I love this equipment! Everything came well packaged and undamaged. After unboxing, I tried it out for a video project and it did amazing! I would recommend this to anyone!

  Great products and service I wanted an inexpensive stereomicroscope (for examining 3D objects), but one which was not a children's toy. After some searching online I found Fenway PHOTO, which offers an unrivaled range of all kinds of microscopes. I found one which exactly suited my needs and ordered online. It was delivered quickly and extremely well-packed and I am delighted with the product, which is 'just the job'. If I'm splitting hairs, their website could do with an update to better reflect the excellent quality of their products and service.

  Amazing shopping experience with Fenway photo. Easy ordering and an awesome product. Shipping was a bit delayed but I was kept updated by the customer service. So happy with the Canon EOS Rebel T8i, From a performance perspective I am very happy, and from a usability perspective I'm also very happy. The touch screen, along with the generally sensible Canon menus and work for me. It has everything I want in a camera, and does everything well, so overall I'm very pleased. It's a good solid piece of equipment that really delivers when paired with a good lens. I love everything about it so far

  Customer service answered all of our questions prior to purchasing the camera and were never pushy. Everything worked fine and the camera arrived on time in perfect condition, Even when the box was not sealed, everything inside came in perfect conditions.   Excellent experience! Very pleased with the Nikon D810 camera that I bought. Amazing results and great value for money! Tech support was amazing before and after the sale. I don't have much to say yet about the video capabilities since I use it mainly for stills, however I am looking forward to learning more about its video capabilities as time goes on.   Vanguard Tripod Kit This is a fantastic tripod for all around and macro use. The swiveling center column adds remarkable flexibility for macro shooting and landscapes. The unit is lightweight and very sturdy with the included ballhead. The controls on the ballhead are smooth and sturdy. I got this on sale at Fenway Photo and couldn't be happier with the price and performance.

  Panasonic LUMIX DMC-ZS7 I was looking for a camera easy to bring with for travels, capable to capture pictures both for panoramic pictures and with powerful zoom, while delivering great pictures. Well, the Panasonic ZS7 does all that with an impressive 25-300mm zoom and excellent pictures both with daylight and at night.   Very pleased with my purchase. I was looking for a better a DSLR for awhile but didn't want to spend several hundred dollars. When I saw the Canon EOS Rebel T6 on this website I liked the price and the features and took a chance. I am very pleased with my choice. Build quality is more than expected, I haven’t put it down since I got it. The lenses are amazing and I’ve had the lenses on manual focus and I absolutely love it!!!! I’m still getting to know the camera but all I can say is the shots I’ve gotten so far have far exceeded what I expected. I highly recommend Fenway photo for all your tech needs.

  Canon EOS Rebel T7 Bundle with an 18-55mm Lens Great combo. Really happy with the package of items that were delivered on this order at a great price. I was surprised at the comprehensive items that were added to the camera and all of them are of very good quality. That said it’s a very good camera takes excellent pictures very easy to use.   Great shopping experience Shipping time was accurate and the checkout process was easy, secure, and simple. The Tripod was delivered quickly! It was packaged for delivery extremely well too. Sturdy and works perfectly with my Fujifilm X-E4. I use it mainly for shooting videos and photos outdoors.   Great experience! Ordered a lens and got more than expected. Lens was clean and in better condition than expected. Bokeh is decent. The vibration reduction is nice. I love the simple locking mechanism. The lens itself feels sturdy and heavy in my hands, even though it weighs less than a pound. It comes with a petal hood. And I’m impressed. I cannot say enough good about dealing with Fenway photo. I highly recommend them for camera equipment.

  Nikon Z6 II Wow this camera is incredible! Finally made the switch to mirrorless and I'm so glad I did! The files and low light performance that this camera delivers is amazing!
