  Waste of time. Waited 10 days with absolutely no contact and then they said they didn't even have the camera in stock so couldn't tell me when I'd be getting it. Will never be buying from them again.

  This company is the worst they sold me a broken lens and refused to replace it and honor the warranty, they also said that the refund sent might take up to a month and be mailed. I would advise to stay away and don't waste your money and time

  Customer service is terrible. They refuse to replace faulty items, they take 2 weeks to refund them instead and leave you to make another order. I definitely wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.

  Nikon Coolpix B500 It was very easy to purchase from the website. It was an open box - so I was a bit concerned as this was my first time ordering from the site and ordering an open box online, but absolutely no issues. The quality was in fact perfect. The price was unbelievable for the condition of the camera. I will be purchasing from them in the future.

  Online shopping could not be easier with Fenway photo. Contacted them regarding a camera I wanted to purchase. Sales person was very professional with great communication. Within 5 minutes the purchase was made and dispatched same day, camera arrived two days later. Would highly recommend them for instore and online purchases, will be looking to deal with them again.

  I bought a refurbished Nikon D780 as a step up from my D7500. I've only had it a few days and so far, I am impressed. The image quality is great. So far the camera is a beast! Great, fast autofocus & incredible low light performance, I am very happy with the purchase and I would recommend them. Keep up the good work.

  The order was shipped out promptly and packaged well. When the tripod arrived, I was extremely surprised at the build quality, sturdiness and weight. I haven't had much chance to really play with it, but there are a few features that stand out to me. The leveling bubble on the mounting deck is useful, the controls are intuitive and easy to adjust, and the mount adjusts and deploys and retracts with ease. I’m really pleased with the purchase and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fenway photo.

  Very good photography shop! The staff is very friendly and take the time to answer questions and explain, if you are learning about photography/equipment. They have a great selection of items, new or second hand (tripods, cameras, lenses...), they buy your old kit, they print photos and also many photos and film. They also have a service to get your camera checked and cleaned. I highly recommend them!

  The last order which had a lens and filters in it. There was not enough packing in the box at all. It was the first time I had received a package that way. I hope the lens is OK as I had to wait two months to receive because it was backordered.

  I have ordered online from Fenway photo in the past but as I was in New York today, I decided to visit the store to choose a new Pentax camera body to replace my old one. Lee was really helpful and I found exactly what I was looking for and left the store with my purchase feeling very happy.   Just popped into the New Manhattan store in 42nd street, met the regional sales manger ( apologies if that’s not your title) he was messing about with the new Fuji display. All I can say is if he and the staff treat you the same way the looked after me the new New York store will be a great success and the Fujifilm stall will cost me thousands lol only reason they are not getting 5 stars is through a bad experience in the past !!!

  Nikon Z30 The camera was exactly as described and arrived very quickly. I upgraded from the Z50 to this very sophisticated camera. I thought it wise to get caught up with the latest technology, and I'm glad I did. The numerous additional options and advancements on this camera are hard to believe. I am very pleased with the lens sharpness, ease of transition from the 'old' and the quality of this product. Great job Nikon and thanks Fenway photo for your service!

  I recently bought a Nikon D3500 from Fenway photo, their pricing is very affordable and the camera exceeded my expectations. It was easy to learn how to use and the quality of the photos are great. I did buy a new 35mm 1.8 lens which I feel is necessary for portraits, but the kit lens works fine. I am really enjoying it and I will continue to purchase from Fenway photo.

  Great experience, the camera arrived in time and everything else was great. As it was a used, reconditioned item, I took it to an accredited camera shop and the owner checked it out completely. He said the previous owner took excellent care of it, and that I got a very good price point for the condition of the camera. I will definitely use Fenway photo again

  Had an amazing experience yesterday with the team at FENWAY PHOTO. Was looking to upgrade to an Sony Alpha 7IV. Spoke with Mark and he could not have been more helpful.   The tripod ball head exactly as described. Shipped quick and easy. Customer service was amazing when I had a hiccup due to the new website switch. The controls are nice rubbery knobs.   Magnificent, Proficient & Excellent! I enjoyed the experience of purchasing the CR5 lithium batteries so much that I wanted to buy more and larger batteries. My wife had to have me sedated with powerful intravenously administered drugs and then dragged away from my computer.

  The lens turned up on time and works well. However, when trying to register the lens with Canon , they told me that the lens I bought was a grey import and not a US import. This is not what we are led to believe on their site. I will in future be very apprehensive to buy from Fenway's again (if ever) as I now have to pay for a warranty from Canon. Not what I expected and extremely annoyed with the misrepresentation of the facts about this product.

  Very disappointing company I purchased Manfrotto Panhead from this company and received it today. The product has been already opened and came with not genuine box. The product bottom was damaged. I was very disappointed. I never buy from this company.

  quick to reply to emails Bought a Sony a6600 on last day of cashback offer in August , and when they sent me the item with the enclosed receipt the date was incorrect as the store wasn't open until the next day, but it was no problem in contacting them to have them correct the receipt to the time of purchase so that I could get the cashback offer. Their replies were very quick and responsive.

  Had a problem with a camera battery that was replaced by delivery the following day, however, the new battery would not charge. Spoke with Mark and later Sean who were very helpful and friendly am am awaiting a replacement battery to come in. In all, an excellent service and I will shop with you again.

  My first order with FENWAY PHOTO a SUCCESS Placed an order for a Panasonic Lumix G7 plus lens on Tuesday and it arrived via FedEx on Thursday. Good communication with the transaction from FENWAY PHOTO and a great service from them. Early days but the camera is excellent, the price much lower than branded Camera Outlets etc and 3 year warranty. I would use them again without hesitation and am delighted with the process of dealing with them.

  Canon EOS Rebel T100 DSLR with 18-55mm Lens The camera works perfectly and arrived in excellent conditions with no delays, totally recommend. My go-to place for everything photography. Good price and knowledgeable staff to help you out with my needs. Prices are pretty competitive and even my interstate product came pretty quick (impressive!)

  Excellent: binoculars and Canon 90D purchase. I have purchased a pair of Nikon Monarch binoculars from Fenway which were not on their website, but which they sourced for me at the best price I could find. I then purchased a Canon 80D camera kit lens. The customer service was prompt, the delivery as promised. I'm very happy with their service and will purchase from them again.

  Just like the high street shops. But cheaper. 5* in shipping, communication and price. But my when I first unboxed my camera, the lens cap was not in place and not attached to the lens and so the lens was pretty damaged during transit. also most of the inside stuff were messed up so i guess it wasn't packed securely .

  Communication not great with emails - use chat Ordered a camera which they said wasn't in stock but offered another colour. I sent an email to say I would be happy with the new colour and had no reply or sign of the camera being despatched. Over a week later I emailed again and sent a message on their gmail as I noticed others had said they hadn't received responses to emails. I received an immediate response and apology through messenger. Hopefully the camera will arrive tomorrow.

  Good service and great range I always get good advise. I am never pressured into a purchase and given plenty of time to try the equipment out by taking my own camera or lenses to the store. That way I can take images with the new equipment I am interested in and review them at home so that I can make a decision. I also like the reasonably priced prints I get get done upstairs.
