  Glad I found Fenway. Great prices! I was looking into purchasing a camera for my art business. Didn't want to spend an astronomical amount of money. Did a little bit of Googling and found Fenway. Have ordered twice so far and will continue to use them for majority, if not all, of my camera and computer needs. Delivery was fast and products arrived in perfect condition. Everything was well packaged.

  Fenway photo is the the best camera store in the world to purchase camera equipment. I ordered my Canon 90D camera, however, it was backordered because Canon could not keep up with demand. Fenway kept me informed of the backordered status on a regular basis, and when the camera finally arrived, it was sent overnight in perfect condition. I will definitely continue to buy from them.

  Sony a7R IVA After several years of iPhone use, I am jumping back into the DSLR world. My previous DSLR was a Canon 70D. The technology of today's camera is amazing. I am very pleased with Fenway photo. There is a steep learning curve, I've only had it for a few weeks, it's super light compared to full body DSLR Cameras and Its great for getting the perfect shots. I will definitely order from Fenway photo again!

  Sigma 35mm f/1.4 Needed a new lens after failure of two companies. Only had a few days before another photoshoot and decided upon this model. Contact with Fenway photo was quite and easy and the lens arrived with free postage the next day. Very sharp images, fast focus. Very good in low light.   After having made an order for over $350 of equipment I have received nothing from them other than the initial invoice. No communication to say if or why there is a delay or when I can expect it, nothing! So far I've waited 4 days for a reply to an email I sent them requesting an update on my order, and still no reply.

  My advice is to ensure that you have insurance for non delivery in place before making a purchase, they use UPS who are rubbish and they themselves do not answer the phone. so when UPS lose it. You are unable to get any answers.

  Having searched the internet for the best possible price on the camera of my choice without having to import, I came across this company which were streets ahead of the rest of the companies on price, which was unnerving but decided to give them a go. The order was placed on Tuesday before 13.00 and it arrived exactly as promised at 11.52 the next day. No complaints from me I will be shopping at Fenway photo for all my photography needs.

  I was thrilled to receive my Canon EF 50mm f/1.2 lens in the mail just last week.   Shipping times are not correct. I ordered two items, both with 2 expedited shipping. One came 2 days ago on schedule, the other still hasn't shipped. The customer service people on the phone have no clue what's going on and the email service has yet to respond.. I'm thinking of doing my buying elsewhere if I can find another vendor who does shipping more efficiently.

  Extremely Careless Packaging! I received my high value items today, thankfully the camera was in its original box as the lens & adaptor were thrown in a box with pieces of brown paper wrapped around them! No padding or protection of any sort. Oh unless you consider sheets of brown paper padding? I work for a company with an online service & would never dream of sending anything out in such shabby packaging. I just hope the lens works correctly once the camera battery is charged! Oh & thanks for charging me $15.95 for postage & packing!

  Hoya Polarizing Filter I bought this filter for real-estate photography. Nice packaging, smooth rotation of the glass, screws on easily and coating seems to be applied even. No negatives. Great product at a good price!

  I have had no problems with my Canon EOS 4000D since I bought it. I would absolutely recommend the camera to anyone. Don't buy it anywhere but Fenway photo either, I can't find a better deal. They threw in a free backpack making this easily the best deal I could find. Very impressed with the service.

  First item was not delivered by courier. Fenway Photo happily agreed to resend but then asked me to sign a disclaimer from the courier that would have held me liable for the loss, if they could not account for it. I had to refuse fairly strongly, explaining this was not my responsibility which was a bit disappointing.

  Fantastic customer service. Pre-ordered a Fujifilm X-E1 camera from another vendor and it ended up going on backorder. Saw it in stock on Fenway photo so purchased the Bundle, which is the same price as other vendors with the Camera only. Contacted them via chat, and Jimmy replied assuring me it was indeed in stock. He told me it would ship Friday and arrive Monday. I was ok with that. Turns out he shipped it Thursday and it arrived Friday. I am 100% satisfied and will buy from again! Excellent !

  Fenway Photo NY Part Ex - part two To add insult to injury the Fenway photo team who agreed and promised a before Midday return of my camera and lenses have, yet again, not done what they said they would! Midday has come and gone and no sign of a delivery van. Truly, truly, appalling customer service. Please think twice before you put your trust in this Company.

  77 mm Hoya CP MC filter It is the second one I have purchased from Fenway PHOTO, I dropped my camera bag and broke the first one. Like usual (expect not any more or any less) FENWAY PHOTO, NYC delivery was quick and precise. The filter for that money (it is selling for CD$150 +13% tax in Canada) is great and does the job it is supposed to be. I have always used Hoya, never have any complaint on their product.

  400mm f2.8 lens with a D850 body I use Canon equipment. I purchased this kit for landscape and wildlife, I have been satisfied with the stability of it for action photos. I mostly do photos, not videos.

  Nikon D750 with Nikkor Lens 24-120 Was recommended by a friend so was a bit worried because I’d never heard of these guys before , but wow what a service living on the Isle of Man I thought my kit would take weeks to get here but was here within 3 days exactly what they advertised, I’d highly recommend and I’ll definitely be using these guys again.   Had issues with the flash sync off camera, transmitter not syncing with wireless flashgun,got advised that's related to the mirrorless camera . Staff seriously do t have a clue, issue was the ID setting and the power of the battery in the end. Would not advise to go there. Very unprofessional

  Fenway photo is the place to get your photographic gear! The customer service is up-to-date and prompt, the website works well for placing your order. My order was serviced promptly and arrived in good condition. All the items ordered were in one shipment and arrived on time. All the accessories needed for my camera ordered were available and could all be shipped together so the extra batteries, and battery charger were in the same shipment.
