Bought a camera bundle but they will only send the camera, the remaining items, microphone, extra battery and SD card is on back order and they had no idea when they are going to be sent. As soon as they get it. What am I supposed to do without an SD card? Why did they say that one more bundle is available when it’s not? I the meantime I paid the full price. Clearly not the experience I was looking for.

Ordered a Nikon D7500 Camera Body on their website. Camera was in Excellent condition, as described. The Item arrived well packaged and delivered in 1-2 Days via courier. Later I traded in my Nikon D7200 camera for a fair price. Easy & Pleasant service, I guess I would use Fenway PHOTO again for future camera gear... Only one minor gripe..the item was meant to come with the box, but didn't.. they said they would get me a replacement...lets see!!

I really like this store. The staff are friendly but not pushy, they know their products, and I don't feel like they're trying to upsell things I don't need. They have a good selection of most of the equipment you could want, including lenses, bodies, backdrops, lighting supplies, tripods, packs, and darkroom supplies.

Canon 500mm f/4 I just received the lens in the mail and it beats my expectations in terms of performance, and due the fact that I purchased this lens from the used equipment section, the lens surpassed my expectations for the condition. If you are in the market for used equipment Fenway photo delivers. I am an amateur who intends to use this lens for business and for pleasure and I can't believe the low light capabilities of this lens. As far getting my money worth, it was worth every penny.

I rated 3 stars because the lens I was trying to purchase was in stock, but it limited me to one unit of purchase and then I was encouraged to buy additional items to get free shipping. Sony A7S III I bought this camera as an upgrade from my DSLR. I wanted a mirrorless camera system capable of high-speed AF and tracking for photographing birds. After a month shooting with it, I have been very pleased with it. The camera has one of the most extensive menu systems I have ever seen, allowing incredible customization. Their level of service and product offering has so far been excellent. They really make buying used gear almost like buying new gear. I purchased a Canon EOS 90D recently and so far, the quality of the photos is great and the autofocus works really well. I had considered mirrorless and full-frame sensor, but I think that whatever I gave up in not going in that direction has been more than made up in value, reliability, and ease-of-use. Sony a6400 I will only ever get my cameras, accessories and digital electronics from you guys! You ROCK! The camera takes great pictures and the accessibility to get them online is so easy. The camera is so responsive and takes gorgeous pictures. I have nothing bad to say so far. No product delivered Unfortunately Fenway PHOTO has not delivered the camera ordered over 2 months ago, and comes with a different excuse every time I ask, without any proof. The website claimed to pay back my money within 5 days, but then suddenly told me the lost package has been recovered and is on its way. It states 1-3 days but after I got in contact with them after 1 day I found my delivery would 'probably' take 4-5 days. I was promptly offered a full refund, which was an appropriate gesture, but I would have preferred my lens in 1-3 days.

Reliable Company but Grey Imports I ordered a Nikon d5600 which had no matching serial number, open box and I could tell it's grey import.Whilst the service from this company is good (quick response to emails, fast delivery, easy returns) I feel that they are not being entirely honest about where they are sourcing the cameras from. If you are happy to accept a grey import then you should have no hesitation in using this company but if you would prefer a genuine Nikon American stock item then you are best to avoid them.

Fenway Photo said I hadn’t included lens hood with lens I sent them. After several emails and frustration I left a low score review for them. The same day that I left poor review I got an email saying they had found the missing lens hood! They offered me a discount on future purchase by way of an apology. I appreciate things can go wrong in any transaction, but it’s how issues are dealt with that makes for good service.

Great service I was looking for a new Sony fx6 camera and all the dealers I checked had no stock and at least a 3month waiting list. Then I came upon fenwayphoto.com, who had it in stock and it was considerably cheaper than elsewhere. After a pleasant chat with one of the staff I ordered the camera and a lens,both of which were promptly delivered,well packaged and as described. Leica Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 at last! I tried to source a Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4 lens months ago and have been waiting for stock to arrive. Came across Fenway PHOTO when trying to find when stock replenishment likely. Gave them a call and was told by Sam that five were expected on Monday, and that I’d have one on Tuesday morning. I was afraid the price would be to good to be true, but after researching Fenway photo and seeing more positive reviews recently I went ahead and ordered a Sony a7R IIIA camera from them. A day after ordering they pushed the delivery date back 3 days. But in fact it was delivered only 1 day after the initial promised date. Totally acceptable. The camera is exactly as advertised and arrived with no damage working perfectly. Highly recommended

The camera was delivered the following morning and I even had a text message to advise the hour in which the camera would be delivered and that was spot on too. I cannot fault their service.
