I purchased a Bower 500mm f/8 telephoto t-mount which I must admit arrived promptly. However when opening the package the box was not sealed and appeared to be already opened. I was not happy with this and began to question the fact that the lens was brand new. I emailed them and requested a refund to be fair they were prompt in their reply and let me have the details of the process for refund. I posted the lens back to the address they gave me and they refunded the monies back to my card with about 5 days of my postage

Ordered the Nikkor S 70-200 mm f 2.8 zoom lens on October 30th and it was delivered on October 8th, everything went smoothly. The lens was well packaged and the price was the best by a long way. I haven't been able to try the lens yet as it is to use on the new Z9 which is on order but would have no hesitation in buying from Fenway Photo again.

Great price, quick delivery! I got a lens brand new for a price cheaper than I've been able to find it used on eBay at the moment (Canon EF-S 55-250mm IS STM. I ordered last Wednesday, it arrived this morning (Monday), well ahead of when I needed it by - I'm very happy with that! The only reason I've given 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told when I emailed about my deadline to expect an email with the tracking details on dispatch which, I didn't receive. That said, with the item coming so quickly I'm happy and would recommend Fenway photo and use them again.

Canon EF 75-300mm A great lens for medium to short range photo work. The lens is efficient, compact and useful in a variety of ways including zoo photography, an area of work I enjoy. They have explained that they have been let down by Canon who did not deliver the wholesale items when expected. Clifton then made a administrative error in not amending their web page to show that the camera was available only on a pre-order basis under which you can reserve the item for a small deposit pending the future availability of stock. I also understand that they expect to update their web site later this year to show actual stock in real time.

I bought a Sony 50mm f/1.8 lens, initially i was little worried because it is most cheapest price comparing with B&H but I was shocked with the service and I got my lens just in 3 business days which is Amazing. The pictures and videos out of the lens paired with a full frame are amazing considering the price. For video however the auto focusing is very loud but this isn't a problem when taking photos. All in all I'm happy and have no hesitation in recommending Fenway photo.

I was very pleased with my purchase camera was great, however I was disappointed that it did not come with an original box, although one was sent when I told them I wasn’t happy about that. I also dropped a point because trying to phone the company was very bad. Other than that everything was great.

Excellent! I would never dream of spending a large amount of money on an item from an online business, however through looking at Fenway Photo good reviews i decided to go ahead and purchase a Canon 5D Mark iv. It was well packaged. Everything was as advertised. It was in excellent (like new) condition.Communication with Fenway Photo was brilliant. Arrived on time and within the time window. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely use again.

Excellent warranty replacement service I had a fault with my new Canon R6 camera, so called FENWAY PHOTO and they sent me a returns label and details of how claim. I packed up the camera and took to the post office for return. FENWAY PHOTO confirmed by email receipt of the camera within 2 days, and said they would order a replacement. The replacement camera arrived within 5 days. All very straightforward and stress free. A very good service.
