  First time using Fenway photo. Outstanding service. Bought a lens adaptor to fit my Pentax 67 105mm to my Fuji GfX and it was faster service than some here in the uk!!! Plus far cheaper than anything on eBay/Amazon and elsewhere online. Would definitely use again.

  Since rediscovering photography as a hobby and adding a little bit of videography I luckily found Fenway photo. Everything I have needed they have provided with excellent customer service and unbelievable shipping times. I have upgraded to a new full-frame camera, as well as a new lens, tripod, macro tripod plate, clapper board, light table, film, light diffuser, and many more items. I just wish I live in NYC so I could go to the physical store.

  My Relationship with Fenway photo spans over 40 years starting with an Olympus camera. I have always been satisfied with the products and the service has been excellent if something was wrong.   Extremely pleased with camera but loses a star because lead that came with camera was incorrect. I called them about it and despite a promise of a call back to sort it, I got nothing. I am still minus the PC connection lead.

  Ordered some canon binoculars on the Thursday afternoon late and to my amazement they were delivered lunch time Friday. I had previously placed an order with SLR hut who most annoyingly decided to cancel my order 2 Days later without any explanation. I highly recommend FENWAY PHOTO so order with confidence that you will get your goods.

  The store in New York has some of the most helpful people you will ever find, kind genuine and passionate , great trustworthy company. One thing to note, online customer service do not seem to see , delivery ETA’s of Preorders and often can convey unrealistic expectations; understandably COVID19 and chips shortage has done much to hamper the flow and delivery of products so I don’t hold this against Fenway Photo.

  For Kodak portra 400 the usually shows the cheapest price to advertise well on google shopping then when you fill all the information the charge you $10 more than double other companies for the same product. I don’t like companies which are not clear and hide the information.

  Cost effective Good quality with warranty. Have bought multiple cameras and lenses and now exchanged. All faultless. The only thing with exchange is when they receive your item they say it will take 5 to 6 days to check, but mine was agreed and goods sent within 2 days.

  Broken product sent to customer I ordered a refurbished Mavic 2 from this Fenway PHOTO website, it was expensive. It arrived fairly quickly, BUT, It does not work, There was no operating brochure, and did not have the Display & Control screen. It did come with a charger and the battery is charged to a green light.

  Secondhand Canon lens I ordered a secondhand Canon lens online from Fenway PHOTO. The lens arrived promptly with very secure packaging. It is in excellent condition exactly as it was described on the website. I can highly recommend Fenway PHOTO for their fast delivery and very honest description of secondhand goods.

  They state on their website if you order before 3pm your order will arrive the next day. It does not. If you email to suggest an apology you get no response. That says it all really. Not sure why Fenway Photo is reviewed well to be honest. There are better options and I shall not use them again.

  Product info for the beginner photographers I needed more product information to make an informed choice, ordered items not right and needed to purchase additional items.   Mavic 2 cage protector I called Mark, to ask for advice about protecting my Mavic 2 pro ( I also bought from Mark ) while flying inside a church, He suggested a protective cage to shroud the drone to protect it also anything within side the building, I placed the order the Cage arrived the next day… great product, great advice & service 5 stars ⭐️

  Product didn’t arrive - after 6 weeks of chasing them they said they’re provider was out of stock and couldn’t give me a delivery date. I then cancelled and they’ve not paid my refund - scammers. I’ve since ordered from an NY based company and had the same product delivered next day. Don’t waste you're time or money on these con artists, there’s a reason they don’t show reviews on their website

  Excellent service! Extremely pleased when the mini 3 pro drone without RC arrived next day as promised in good condition! Yet to try it out when the weather is better, but just wanted to say thanks for great service!   Purchased a Sony a7r iv but the process plunged into endless delay. Today, we have just contacted courier agaent and there're reroute issue dueto bad weather approched and this batch of shipments (over 100 pcs) have not arrived from the manufacturers for DHL to register into system yet. We will keep in touch with agent again and get back to you again this late afternoon.

  Camera delivery scheduled 5-7 days, however, after two weeks nothing. We have just contacted courier agents and there're reroute issue due to bad weather approached and this batch of shipments (over 100 pcs) have not arrived to the United States for DHL to register into system yet.   Excellent and trustworthy company. Everything was optimal, from communication, to shipping and packaging. At the beginning, I wasn’t sure the company was serious enough, because I read some negative comments, but i can assure you, Fenway Photo handles everything perfectly through great communication.   Very good store. There are some negative reviews, but from other side I avoid stores with positive comments only, that might be a scam. Here you see negative reviews, so it means real people come here. My order was executed very well, i ordered from local warehouse and even 1 week since payment didn't passed and I already received call from DHL. So my experience was flawless. I've been asked to write review about service to extend warranty for another 12 months, I think it's good deal.

  Didn't ship to arrive by estimated time I placed my order on 11/25/22 and paid an additional $27.99 for FedEx fast shipping. I had an estimated in hand date between 11/28/22 to 11/29/22. My payment was processed within 1 day of placing the order. My order didn't even ship (picked up by FedEx) until 11/28/22. I finally received the order on 1/12/22. If you don't mind paying for a camera and then waiting a month (possibly more) to save a little money then go ahead and place an order.

  Brilliant Customer Service Very pleased with how Fenway photo handled all my queries. Had a wedding to shoot on Saturday at end of week and in 2 days had the lens. They provided email notification as my purchase moved through each stage to delivery. Price was very competitive when compared with other suppliers and have confidence that if any issues with Lens (hope not) will be dealt with the same professional and courteous manner.   I normally always buy used camera gear, but when I saw the great price for a new Sony a7 II at Fenway photo it was a no brainer. I got a brand new camera for what other stores are asking for used gear. The bundled memory card, extra battery and camera bag made it even sweeter. Will certainly be using this supplier again.

  Picked up a Sony FE 50mm f/1.8 lens as a new addition to my Sony A7c. The lens is amazing and sharp! It came with a bonus UV filter and lens cleaning kit that I use often! Fenway photo shipped out the lens super fast and had great customer service!

  Good developing service Had two b&w films developed by AW - my first time using them having met them at The Photography Show in NY. Very pleased with both the service and the results. I chose the highest quality TIFF scans and all downloaded easily. Negatives returned about a week later. Will be using them in future

  After my first successful order of an Olympus Pro lens, I decided to get another lens from Fenway Photo - a Sony 90mm f2.8 macro lens for my mirrorless full frame. As I had hoped for, I had another excellent transaction and delivery from Fenway Photo. I got notices from them as soon as I placed the order, when the item was prepared and shipped, arrival and delivery. The lens was packaged very securely.
