  Happy with my in store experience and online orders I recently purchased a Sony a7 iii camera at their store in New York(Broadway st). I took two old Sony cameras to the store to evaluate their trade in value in purchasing the a7iii. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The evaluation went quite quickly. As I was happy with the trade in price, I purchased the a7iii while in the store. Several days later, I ordered some material from their website and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the next day. I am very happy with my experience with Fenway Photo.

  Absolutely irritating, unethical if you have to get a refund good luck this company is a joke and makes it so difficult to return and get refunds says the parcel was returned to them still waiting on a refund?!!

  Very smooth transaction. My Nikon AF-S 200-500mm f/5.6 lens arrived quickly and was exactly as described. I was very skeptical as they were so much cheaper than all the reputable sites. Turned out I had nothing to worry about. I called them and asked a few questions. My first question was how will it work on a DX body. They explained that the crop factor would give me more of a focal length which it did it was awesome. But now I'm using it on my D610 Nikon body for frame which I just received from them. I couldn't be much happier with my purchases and the speedy delivery. Thank you for walking me through this process and your patience with me.

  Outstanding website with really knowledgeable staff about high end cameras. Recently purchased the Sony a7 III camera with a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. All arrived on time and in perfect condition.   I am a novice at photography, I bought my Sony a9 here at Fenway photo, and now a tripod. I knew nothing about tripods but they helped me to find one.   Glad Fenway photo had a Canon XA11 Camcorder as no-one in Australia did, I looked at every online site in Australia and not a one had this Camcorder.   Efficient delivering in couple of days but not impressed with packing, or rather lack of it. The boxed camera was inside a much larger box which arrived bashed. I contacted them over and over, each time I was told that there's nothing they could do and I should contact FedEx and fail a claim.

  Photography Equipment and Accessories made easy Everything that I have ordered has come quickly and is always in top condition. I have a Pentax and it's not always easy to find lenses but Fenway has great products for Pentax. I am now trying to get into portrait photography and will be ordering everything from Fenway!   Fenway photo has the quality products i need, and the best prices i can find. Speedy delivery. These Vortex binoculars have great eye relief for those of us who wear eyeglasses and hate dropping our specs, plus ultra small & lightweight for backpacking. The glass is incredibly clear, it never fogs, and they perform extremely well in low light as well. Very happy with my purchase and needless to say I'll be back for more!

  Fenway photo carries a full line of Nikon products. Searching their website is easy and their comparison function is very useful. They always have competitive pricing, This purchase was for the Nikon D5600. They included the optional battery grip in the price for the body and knocked a nice amount off when I added the recently released Sigma 24-105mm f/4 lens. Their shipping is always super fast, too. A great place to do business.

  I got myself a Fujifilm X-T4 in great condition. My experience was 100% positive regarding the camera store. Good communication, quick next day delivery as requested.   The staff here are very helpful. They are happy to take the time to help you get the product you need. However, their actual stock levels, sometimes, leave a little to be desired. Especially when it comes to Sony gear. Given that, the Sony store itself, is just a small walk away in the shopping center.

  Awful battery life, blurry photos. I regret this purchase. I tried to return this camera, but unfortunately only got around to using it a couple months after buying it, at which point Fenway Photo said it was too late. I 100% regret this purchase and would not recommend it to anyone.

  I have not received my package. Delivery company said it was damaged. I emailed you 6 days regarding this and have not received a response. Basically I have paid for your product which I have never received. I appreciate that the delivery was not your problem, but a lack of response to my email is very poor.

  I needed a battery grip for my Nikon D7500, and after quickly checking on the camera's web page under accessories, found the battery grip, and was processed through ordering in less than two minutes. Their site is well organized and quickly navigated to desired products. Can't get any better than this.

  Great experience - took around 5 days for my metabones adapter to arrive from purchase. Email confirmation was immediate and the money wasn't taken from my PayPal account until the day it arrived. I would order from them again.

  Site navigation is exceptionally easy. Product information is to the point without a lot of hype. The customer reviews were very helpful. A couple of other photographers recommended Fenway and their praise has been exceeded. Great company and fantastic service.

  I shopped for a particular Olympus camera. Fenway beat all suppliers - including The Big Amazon for the combined price. But, even if the price was a push, or they were a bit more I recommend them for their great customer service, They know the products they sell - you can call them! But, you can't call anyone with questions

  I've been considering all kinds of smaller than dslr cameras for convenience. Check out Fenway photo and they had all of the lens I want and I got to take advantage of the Olympus bundling discounts. I did have to dig for one of the lens as it wasn't included in the original display but I found it. Otherwise, an excellent excellent experience.

  Fantastic speedy service. I ordered a canon EOS 5D Mark IV camera and lens on Sunday afternoon and it arrived on Wednesday morning all the way from NYC!   The whole ordering process was so easy, my camera arrived on time and the tracking allowed me to follow its journey. When arrived it was very well packaged so there was no damage to the camera or even the box! Considering this delivery was free I was really impressed! I'd definitely order from Fenway photo again.

  Fantastic camera, very poorly packaged. The packing box used was approx. 3 times the size of my item box. This led to my item being rattled around as not one piece of internal packaging was used. Arrived with a couple of holes piercing the outer box. The box was creased but luckily the camera is undamaged. This was a Xmas gift for my son and would have preferred an undamaged box to present to him upon opening the gift. This was my first and will be my last purchase from this company.

  Fenway photo is a great starting point for finding anything related to photography. Typically I find what I'm looking for at a reasonable price without the need to search elsewhere. They are reputable and I have never been dissatisfied with product quality or delivery.
