  Great shop, knowledgeable staff as well as great prices compared to larger shops. Also a great selection of new and prosumer camcorder for live streaming. They have Fenway's Owned Equipment promotions every now and then that I see from their Twitter account. Bought my RED DSMC2 8k from here for only $24,000.

They have an awesome selection of products and prices are some times unbeatable by others. I compare all my audiovisual stuff to them and then when I go to buy a receiver I buy from them.   Over the past 3 months we have purchased two different DSLR cameras from Fenway Photo. We live in DC and were leery of buying online. Also of note, these were our first vacation cameras purchases. The online and phone support was excellent in both transactions. I was unaware of the processes involved in a trading a used item. Fenway Photo walked me through everything. Fast delivery across the country, and both DSLR cameras were exactly as described.

  As I drive past Fenway Photo every day, I grew more curious on how the interior design / cameras/ ambiance. Bright, vibrant colors, rich materials and textures dominate the interior atmosphere. The sales agents are always smiling, but they are industrious. Inside, the service desk layout is clean, cozy and the pleasant smell from the high-end cameras, binoculars, tech gadgets "whiff" is appealing. It is noticeable that the testing areas are well cared for, neaten up. Lots of photography goods. The service staff is cultured, courteous and with a lot of professional knowledge. I think it's worth putting your dollars in here.

  Went in there on Boxing Day to buy an aerial landscape zoom lens Canon 24-70 f/2.8 . Coming straight with a bad experience from the B&H guys dominant in the market, these guys couldn't do much wrong. Was offered help straight away, purchased my lens and walked out in 5 minutes. Can't judge their after sales support yet my purchase that day went smooth.

  I came into Fenway Photo store and was greeted by Matt. He took the time to explain the major specs of each of the cameras, he gave unbiased assessments and even charted our conversation in tandem with my needs. This was an excellent experience and it was great to see someone with such passion for their craft. Highly recommend seeing Matt if you're looking to get a first camera, or a new pair of binoculars.

  My husband is engaged in Vlogging creation, I decided to give him a gift for his birthday and buy a new video camera. My friend advised this store, here, among the huge assortment of equipment, an attentive and polite clerk helped determine the hard to beat Canon G7 X Mark III as a vlogging all-rounder for him. After discussing the delivery, which was already the next day, everything was received in pristine condition without finger marks or signs of prior use. Thank you very much, my husband is over the moon with his prize, since he puts a premium on solid 1080p video recording capabilities, the G7X II will fit the bill!!!

  Super-cool shop. I gave them my heart a long time and eventually bought a Sigma F1.8 Art 18-35mm DC HSM, a Nikon D3300 camera and a bunch of accessories. Consultation on goods is very exponible, prudent budget-wise and centered on the client demands (which is not so often encountered).   Fenway Photo+Manfrotto 290 Dual tripod=5 stars I purchased this nippy tripod particularly for use in honing in my macro wildlife targets. This tripod is by far the most versatile of my Manfrotto Tripods to operate, and lightweight which will be necessary snaking through labyrinths of forested areas in the Mid-West. I recommend this store with 5 stars, no issues with their tripods &supports, and Fenway Photo's service has always been punctual and very informative when one has questions regarding products.   I ordered the Polsen ULWS-16 wireless combo mic system at Fenway Photo. I am pastor for small church and I was looking for a mic system which can be synced with the existing speaker system and give me freedom to walk and use my body cues as I deliver preachment.   Smooth transactions on FENWAY PHOTOS online platform, I ordered two point &shoot cameras a couple of weeks ago. One professional Nikon Coolpix P950, and one entry-level Panasonic Lumix G100. They delivered the order quickly, so I did not have to wait long. I paid in cash when I received the order. What I want to note, the order was brought as it should in the original packaging, with all the documents.   It’s a decent online store, more than once I've made purchases in it, ordered a lot of things for our studio, just the other day, purchased staple items from them, this time bought several Sony camcorders, batteries/power and some lighting for working in the studio. The store sports a solid assortment, they have a lot to choose from, the goods are regularly updated, high-quality equipment from worthy manufacturers. Prices are quite competitive with internet rates, I think it's underestimated. Everything is in order with the service, experts are shrewd.

  Matt recommended a life-changing tool for darkroom or scanning-Ilford Antistaticum cloth! It kicks in in the analog darkroom or digital scanner for reining in dust and debris on film. I use this for cleaning 35mm negatives, works well. Works really well! My photography teacher highly recommends this brand.

  A good store, I bought myself a pair of Saramonic SR-M500 Cardioid Condenser directional microphones, since I have been producing music for a long time, I have my own home studio, I synchronize this excellent microphones with the guitar cabinet, I record clean sound, everything is super!

  First of all I have nothing but good experiences with this shop. When they say they will call you back, they will call you back. Mark and Matt helped me on my last visit and they were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I saw Mark help a disabled customer who was looking for a DSLR for the first time and he was very professional and treated the customer very respectfully. This shop will definitely be my go to shop for any future camera purchase.

  I called Fenway Photo to inquire about a certain product ( Nikon CoolShot 20i GII 6x20). Matt had it in stock and I placed an order which arrived in three days. This rangefinder is very accurate and easy to use. Well built and light ! It also comes with a pouch perfectly designed to wear in case you are walking. Certainly Nikon did a great job and it is less expensive than similar equipment. Buy Nikon here with confident! You'll not regret it !

  I was interested in picking up a new underwater camera and saw something online that interested me. I called ahead (they have the greatest answering machine message!) and spoke to Mark, who informed me that they had one in stock. I arrived about a half hour before closing time and Matt was able to assist me. He was very well informed, answering any questions that I had and completed my groundwork research online fairly quickly.   My boys and I went in to purchase our first telescopic riflescopes for close-, mid- and long-range targets. We met Mark and he was extremely helpful in getting our order in and answering all of our questions. We gave him our backstory on why we were getting into trophy hunting and he asked some great questions in return and gave us some hands on advice. It seems like there is a great group of guys running the place and I'm happy to start handing over my money as this addiction takes hold!

  Some online shop canceled the bright lamps order, very sad, especially in autumn, in the pool of twilight. We found what we needed in this store.   I ordered a unit to suppress noise from vibration and handling on this site. (BY-C04 Shockmount) I often shoot videos for my channel, but there was no wind protection for high-quality sound. It turned out to be a good little thing) Now the sound writes perfectly, despite the fur coat. Delivery from NY is fast, feedback works fine!

  Went there for the first time today. The visit was average. Staff was courteous, decent selection for the times. What disappointed me was the 2% charge for using my card. I know there is a charge from the merchant services provider, but seems a bit bush league to charge your customers. I probably won't return.

  For this photographer's shop, I can only say good things. They have a wide range of photo products. All brands are available. The service is very professional. They answer every question. I had to try two things I didn't know. They gave me a Hasselblad 907x with the CFV II 50C digital back, a beautiful piece of equipment in my hand and explained everything. Professional team. I can only recommend them.

  For me as a beginner photographer, Fenway Photo is absolutely heaven, not just a shop. There is so much here, and the lightings are very different, lenses, any photographic equipment, flashes. The first time I bought a Speedlite. The product is of high quality, the price pleasing. Now I am constantly buying something here, while there is not much money for expensive equipment, but I am gradually increasing the set. I bought a tripod here, a couple of lighting setups and accessories. There were never any problems. Everything is clear. I ordered online and picked it up at own expense. No problem. Therefore, I can say with confidence the store is excellent.

  Customer since 2014 to date! I first bought a Samyang Reflex 300mm here and it still works like clockwork. I shot a series of test images and found that if I applied the PS plug-in NIK Sharpener Pro and used Layer Masks to improve the in-focus area I could produce images that look very stunning. The build quality of the lens is good and the focus ring operates very smoothly. The lens mount is precisely synchronized and ensconced onto my X-T1 without any resistance.   There is everything (in terms of photography &pro video camcorders). Prices are unbeatable and employees are willing to help and seem to know their job. We wanted to buy wide-angle zoom lenses for our camera and the price was out of our budget.   I went there to buy a carrying bag (case) for my OM-D E-M1 Mark ii camera. The salesman took the time to demonstrate to me several versions.   Very good place to buy a Profoto A10 Studio Light. All the brands are there and the salesmen are adept at photography. The advice is accurate, patient, and they take the time to see which lighting suits you for the type of production you want. The advantage on Amazon is that it can be compared live, to be explained, and that is well worth a small surplus. The service is professional. And in addition a New York grown company.

  Sympathetic and personalized service every time. Sellers / lens man takes the time to inform us about the choices of equipment. They do not feel they have to sell at all costs.   Matt is the true definition of customer service who embodies what a customer specialist is meant to be. I made an order by phone and Matt was extremely professional. I called to see if my items were in and a lady Kate answered the phone and she was pleasant and extremely helpful. Once I arrived to the store I was greeted by Matt and his customer service was outstanding. Definitely have a loyal customer in me.   Fenway Photo is a dedicated store, not a big-box chain, more and more people are interested in astrophotography and are investing in a way more money for sophisticated, computerized telescopes. The Cassegrain is becoming more and more popular, but they are also practically impossible to spot in electronic stores, it is to these customers and those who buy professional telescopes that a shop like Fenway Photo is aimed at, not someone who is looking for a simple binocular to gaze at the moon, the electronics Walmart have the generic merchandise.

  One of the best places in New York for photography/videography equipment. Huge amount and variety of models and gear on site, great for lenses compatibility testing. Cameras, lenses, pro video... the works! The shop is packed with camera/camcorder accessories - from strobes to mounts , hard cases, bags, etc. Customer service is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous, I never got the sense of pressure from sales staff. Prices are extremely competitive, it's usually one-stop shopping in this place. They have everything you'd need. It's easy to say goodbye to a shell out a thousand bucks or two in this place.

  The mecca for photography hobbyists and professionals, I bought a Canon EOS R6 Mirrorless camera and I was amazed that, first they have it in stock so no need to order and Fenway Photo were like $100 cheaper than the best price I found in Amazon !!!!   I had personally taken a nice SENAL Microphones at a fair price a few years ago, this time I ordered a Panasonic 24-120mm Lens over the phone with a Wide Angle Converter.   Fenway Photo New York were so easy to deal with. I was not too sure about what exactly I was after. I was buying a present for my grandfather on a rural property. Their knowledge and recommendations made the decision making process so much easier. I felt no pressure at any point, especially considering I didn't really have much knowledge of fenway photo.   I purchased the Nikon D780 DSLR Camera with 24-120mm lens as an upgrade tool as I shoot wildlife with a Nikon D7100. And wanted to get a full frame to do the galactic imaging and deep-sky photos.   Struggling to find 35mm film for my camera locally, i was informed that pretty much no place in New York carries it compared to say, your normal pharmacy or big store. So being recommended this place was a stroke of gold due to their vast variety of films available. Despite my nascent experience, the owner Mark was still willing to work through it with me and i got what i needed. Come here if you need 120mm, or whatsoever. Analogers destination paradise...

  One of the largest photography stores in New York where you can find practically everything, I bought second-hand film and cameras. I like that there is a lot of variety of film, however the customer approach leaves much to be desired and if you are not a pro who understands at an expert level the subject matter, the experience is very rude and they do not help you when choosing the product you need / are looking for .
