  Ordering was easy, delivery was pretty timely - so no complaints - but packaging was very poor - Ordered two separate orders of checks (different kinds) - sent in the same box - which makes check handling on customer end very ungainly and inconvenient. In addition to no notation of doing same, we did not realize we had received the "2nd" order at all until we finally called and were advised. Not the way things were previously handled, and definitely not an improvement from a customer perspective.

  Envelopes worked fine, but a handful of them at the back of the box weirdly had dirt and debris stuck in the self-sealing part. I threw those away and the rest are fine.

  The spacing is a little different than my previous check company in that the memo line appears on the blue band at the bottom. I moved everything up a little and that solved the problem. This change moved the "Pay to the Order of" and the location of the amount $, but it worked out OK. Would order again.

  Shipment & online ordering was satisfactory. HOWEVER, quality was sub-par! Envelopes were 'self adhesive' sticky without the peel-off backing that normal self-adhesive envelopes for checks have. In testing the adhesive I was able to reopen the envelope & reseal without damaging the envelope. Being I'm in Arizona where it's very dry this type of adhesive will also dry out before I use all the envelopes. Plus, they cut the price in half a few days after I ordered. Overall, I'm dissatisfied & purchased better envelopes elsewhere. I'll have to trash these.

  Order Number 553185: Received order 3/4/2021 and was not satisfied with the envelopes. Contacted ez checks as to returning for full refund. Received response on 3/5/2021 with address to return the envelopes and told once ez checks receives them I will be issued the refund. I returned the product on 3/5/2021 and the proof of delivery states it arrived on 3/9/2021. As of this date (3/23/2021) I have not been issued the refund. I emailed ez checks as to the refund status on 3/18/2021, but have not received any response.

  Excellent customer service. We needed to order 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC forms in late January 2021 and they were able to expedite overnight shipping. Also, most other companies (Office Depot, Staples, etc.) were out of stock of the products.
