  Only negative, the website could be more understandable. But once you have your order or reorder with changes and you have your artwork in if needed, they are the best in my opinion. And the forms arrive very fast too. And the emergency changes insurance is a good idea

  We got our order already but they keep sending emails that it has shipped! Also the endorsement stamp came out wrong. There is a spot for the account number and then lines to fill in. I asked if I had to put the account number in both spots for it to show up on the stamp and they said no, so I didn't. Now the stamp does not have the account number.

  This is my 3-year trying to order the tax envelopes. Even ordered this year 1099 envelopes for the W2's and they still are extremely in inaccurate. Did not rate last 2 years due to understanding things happen, however I will pay more moving forward and order some other place due to inability.

  I ordered the wrong product. No one would return my call. I've emailed back and forth. Supposed to receive a call tag. Never did. Then was told they couldn't send a call tag. They did send me a credit. Told me I had to return the product, then I didn't have to. So I ordered some envelopes to use the credit. Accounting would have to apply. They didn't. It's ok. There are other companies. I've been a customer for years. But I've made my last order.

We did issue a credit for that order. Since the credit was not applied to the new order, I will issue a check for that amount. We would love another try and helping you in the future.

  We had been using ezchecks as our check vendor for a little over a year, and normally ordering was super easy and effective. Pricing is great for the quality and being able to buy smaller quantities is a bonus, so I'm giving them a 3 for the reason that the first orders went well. BUT exercise caution while typing in data for the checks on their website; it's easy to reset the fields without realizing. And now we get to the unfortunate part; the last several orders we made were unsuccessful and frustrating. We had one order print wrong because of the website, another that came with missing information, and another order that never shipped - They offered to cover shipping for the latter order, but when it arrived, there was a misprint. Instead of offering to re-print and re-ship, they informed me that I would have to place another order to fix it. Without being able to confirm that it would print correctly beforehand...which meant I could've wasted closer to $300 on checks we cannot use. Maybe it was a system error, but there was not a lot of resolution and it's not easy to get ahold of customer service. We have since found another vendor.
