    The orders took forever to receive they were ordered a month or so apart but came in parts, they sent the wrong towels with the right towels both orders! I am running an inn so it was imperative that I had all of the towels for each of the rooms, I ordered bath towels hand towels and washcloths I spent over $7400 between both orders. I asked that the second order that was severely held up that they waive the shipping charges or refund it and they offered $50 back I’ve never been more insulted by a company in my life! The towels while thick and plush I spend clipping the thread pulls and they are starting to pill up, they are not even three months old I do not send them out to launder all laundry is done in house and I have five par for rotation in other words the same towels are not being used over and over and they have thread pulls and they are pilling they should not be doing that after spending that amount of money. I went with a color towel simply because the water was causing discoloration on the white towels.

    They way that they post the merchandise is wrong I order some sheet and the description says set of sheet and they just send me 1 sheet I call them to get a refund and they took half of my money plus I have to pay the shipping I lost 175 dollars in this order

    After talking to customer service many times I still have not received my order of king pillow cases. At first it was a partial shipment, then I was told it weighed 46 pounds, then I was told I already received it...which I can assure you I have not. Unfortunately I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I have tried to have the issue resolved without satisfaction.

    This is my second time ordering napkins and tablecloths from directtextilestore.com for my daughters' weddings. The quality of these are far superior to other suppliers. The fabric FEELS GOOD like good quality cotton, even through they are made of polyester. Before finding directtextilestore.com, I had bought napkins and tablecloths from Tableclothfactory.com and ended up returning them all. With the ones from Tableclothfactory.com the fabric was TERRIBLE--I would have been embarrassed to use them at a wedding.

    Almost every order I have had with them has had problems shipping, when you call customer service to try to get it straightened out, they always tell you they will email you and never work with you while you’re on the phone to get things straightened out.     These towels were at a great price point. I believed they would be great towels. I then received them, automatically out of the box they were thin and almost see through. I gave them another chance by washing them to see what they would be like after a wash. They became even worse and snagged after one wash. I tried using one after a shower and had to wash my body again due to the amount of fabric lost from the towel onto my body.

    I ordered my patient gowns for a job we were doing in July. I ordered June 24th. It says that most shipments are processed between 24-72 hours and that shipping may take 1-5 business days. Well, I still hadn't received them 2 weeks later on July 8th. I wrote to the company asking for tracking info and the response was that it was shipped and I received the tracking number. But when I clicked on the tracking number, I could see that only a label was created. It hadn't left the warehouse. I wrote back to that effect, really peeved that the customer service agent hadn't noticed that the box wasn't actually shipping yet. I will say that I told them I had to have them by a certain date and I got them at the 11th hour. It would have been much better to have them earlier, but at least I had them for the actual job I needed them for even though I didn't have them for training and had to rush around washing them. The fact that I got them mostly on time makes this a 2 star for me.

And if the site had taken some of that into account when estimating shipping time, or if the service agent had been able to follow through by seeing that the item had a tag created but was still sitting in the warehouse and took care of that, this wouldn't have been an issue really.     The company tried to pass off curtain material (course, plastic feeling, loose weave) for hospital grade bed sheets. The edges were frayed and even after sending them a photograph they ignored my requests for assistance. I had to get my credit card company involved to resolve the issue for a full refund. They would not send me a replacement. I will never use this company again and complained about them as a drop shipper, not actual supplier by the way- to the New York Attorney General and other local agencies.

    Yes, thanks for this at least. I didn't get it until after my second attempt to get a response. But yes, I'm waiting. When guests come and go, and I'm looking to provide wonderful products for them to use while at my Air BNB, I've had to switch out and find other things to supplement. I do understand delays. I don't understand letting the customer know about it. That has nothing to do with COVID.

    I was really excited about ordering sheets for my hotel. The ordering process was a 5! I haven’t washed sheets yet. Delivery was a bad experience. They were held by Estes for several weeks. When they finally arrived, Brandon the delivery person was rude. I asked him to take the wood pallet with him as I don’t have a way of disposing. He refused. All in all, I got the sheets, and I will order again, but I suggest another means of delivery.
