  I placed 3 separate orders. All products very much satisfactory. All orders charged to my account within a day. All orders shipped much later than the charge. One order shipped weeks later and received even later. Line up your charging time with your shipping time, and you most likely will have happier customers. Review would have been 5 stars regarding product alone.

  These sheets are top quality and I expect them to be very durable compared to sheets ordered through three other companies. My husband is bedridden and sheets are changed every day, sometimes more often. There are actually people answering the phone, your questions, and they also helped to set up an account and directed me to the item needed and how to place the order. Thanks to the friendly, helpful people and for the high-quality product. The price was reasonable and the sheets were very well packaged. I am not a robot, but an 80-year old woman so I know a good product when I see one.

  I needed wash cloths, but decided to get bath towels as well. I was told the bath towels I ordered weren’t in stock, so I got another color. After they finally arrived, the wash cloths were missing, so I sent an email notifying customer service that they were missing. I was told they would get back with me, but never did. Instead of wasting my time on trying to get my money back or waiting for new towels, I’ve decided just to not order from them again.

  All blankets I've ordered contain huge amounts of lint. Shipping charges are overwhelming and minimize the potential savings with the purchase

  Ordering & customer service, and, of course, all of your products are top notch. I find stuff that isn't found in the retail or big-box stores. Quality is so much better. It's fun to be able to order stuff you see in the hotels.
