  Great sheets! Come a little worse for wear in shipping. They are wrapped in canvass and strapped. The outer ones are disposable at that point. Still, best deal on sheets I can find.

  The order was delivered quickly, but I was looking for towels that were the same weight & length as the WELINGTON model in COLORS. The towels that we received at the suggestion of the rep that I talked with were two different colors of BLUE & appeared to be of lighter weight.

  The price was great, but the Santa Clara Cotton Thermal Blankets weren't quite what I thought I ordered. The fabric was extremely stiff and rough, even though the website touts the blankets as "soft." I was given the option to return the product. But I discovered that it would be very expensive for me to do a return -- close to half, as I recall, of the cost of the purchase. I guess that may at least partly be because Direct Textiles Store is located outside the United States, so return postage is higher. That's not the company's fault. But what I do fault them for is that their reply to me about the lack of softness was something dismissive like "Just wash the blanket and it'll get softer over time." That's not a good reply if you've described the item on your website as "soft." I finally ended up using one of the cotton blankets despite its roughness -- covering it over with other blankets that are softer. And I gave the second cotton blanket that was in my order to Afghan refugees.

  I feel like your reviews are misleading. You lump reviews for low end towels in the same thread as reviews for the high-end towels and do not distinguish the difference. This is very misleading. We would have NEVER ordered the towels we ordered had there been an honest review for this specific product on your site. They are TERRIBLE!

  in placing my order for 12 fitted sheets for a geriatric bed , nowhere did it say its only for none electric multi position meds. it does not stay on the mattress when i raise the head or knees of the bed. when i called to ask for a return process , they informed me no refunds if item has been opened, if item has been washed, if its not in original packing,, on and on and on , why they don't take returns. the one most direct fact is that a geriatric bed is primarily electric and malty positioning !!!!!! CHEAPLY MADE NO ELASTICITY , CANT USE AT ALL, I FEEL THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM ME , WHEN I NEED EVERY CENT TO HELP MY SICK BED RIDEN MOTHER...   It was almost as if no one was communicating with each other. We’ll receive boxes then find out only 2 of 24 ordered blankets but they would state that all was delivered. Or 2 of 10 restroom floor mats delivered and taking a month for the other 8 to finally be shipped and delivered. Customer service became familiar with my order. In the end, I am returning the wrong colored blankets and getting a partial refund for my order. I don’t think we will be ordering again from Direct Textile Store.

  Your product quality is great, But yor shipping charges are disheartening. Unless you are a major company then you can enjoy free shipping but me just a regular individual buyer the price is short of a crime price. The shipping price would have paid for half of my order.
