  It was very surprising that this internet based company actually provided legitimate product keys. I was skeptical of course. But I was willing to pay the cheap price just to see if it was a scam.   When I downloaded Microsoft Office 2019 from the email link, I did not receive a license key. All I got was a link to a picture of the box. I sent them a message through their Digital Maze Support and a short time later I received a license key and an apology. Because of the really good price and lack of a key code, I thought I had joined the ranks of those who have been scammed. But the key code did work and now I have Microsoft Office 2019 loaded and working.

  Everything works as planned. The installation had a few challenges but was doable. I would recommend the vendor watch several people install the product with the directions provided WITHOUT giving them advice. Then based on that, make a few minor changes to their installation directions. The price can’t be beat. This is our second purchase from Digital Maze and both times the satisfaction level is high. The rating would easily be 5 Stars with a few tweaks to the installation directions.

  I was a little concerned about this site, but after reading the views, decided to try it. It was exactly as advertised and easy to do! Make sure you follow the instructions provided for activating the product. If you try to click the "activate" button, it takes you to a non-secure website. Not saying it's trying to take advantage of you, but avoid it by following their directions provided!

  The deal looked too good to be true, but it was. Order placed and email links received within a couple of minutes. I had an issue with installing one package (my own fault for not reading the emailed instructions) but the email support link was manned and I was sorted out quickly... all of this on a Sunday night.   I am very happy that I bought the software through Digital Maze. I was skeptical at first but I read information about Digital Maze how reputable they are. Their prices are affordable for sure. The instructions were easy to follow. I especially liked the tips and the links for the steps to take. I only got stumped registering with microsoft, they do not have an obvious menu item to register the product. Finally i was able to get the software registered, as I do want their help if i need it. My software works like a charm. If I need other software or types I will for sure buy through Digital Maze…thank you!

  This is probably the least expensive way to get Office and not have to pay a subscription fee. Just purchased a laptop for a family member and needed Outlook and a few Office programs on it. I have used the same method as this through my company before to purchase Office but now our program only offers discounts on 365 subscriptions instead of lifetime licensed versions, and I do not want to do subscription or require my older family member to have to maintain a subscription on a $150 laptop that will just see basic use. Key delivery and software installation instructions for going directly through Microsoft's site were received immediately. Installation and activation were flawless. Yes this is legitimate and it's a great option to have. Thanks!

  Horrific experience, and very odd as this was my 2nd order and the first order 6 months ago was positive. Ordered digital license key and never received license fee in the email or attached order. Multiple tries to customer service have not responded. Filed for AMEX fraud to get my money back from my purchase. Highly recommend not using this company as customer service is non existent and zero confidence this is a real company at this point.

  Download didn’t work. Customer service was not responsive to my request for assistance. We were told their website was down. Now my computer is acting up. I think I have a virus.

Recently, our email server got some issues receiving emails one of the reasons why our support team can't answer to our customers. No worries, I am here to help. Upon checking on my end, it looks like you haven't registered your product key on your Microsoft account yet. Before entering your product key on the Office app, you need to register it first on your Microsoft account. First, let's register your product key. Go to setup.office.com. You may either: Sign in to your existing Microsoft account; or Create a new account (click here to see how). Enter your product key. Choose your region, and then click Next until you reach your account home screen. Under Products you've purchased, you will find Office Home & Business 2019 for Mac. The interface should look like the sample image attached to this email. Then, let's activate Microsoft Office Home & Business 2019 for Mac. Open any Office app (e.g. Word). Click Sign in at the upper-left corner of the window if you're not automatically signed in. Sign in to the Microsoft account you used when you registered your product key. Finish the setup and restart Office. On your next purchase, it is best to download the instructions file included in your digital package. It contains a detailed and visual procedure for activating your software. It is also best to register your new product key at setup.office.com immediately after installing Office to make the activation process on the Office app smooth. Hope this helps.
