  I am so happy I found Digital Maze for the Microsoft Office download.   Prices were great and time to receive licenses and keys was very quick. However, we had difficulty installing and their customer service was severely lacking. Phone is not answered and voicemail refers caller to email which takes 24 hours for response. Response did not fix and could not get them to return call. They did refund our money without our having to dispute the transaction. So sales/marketing/pricing 5 star, customer service 1 star - overall 3 star. Only buy from those with working telephone support. Lesson learned.

  I needed a newer version of Office, but I did not want to "rent" the newest version from Microsoft. I saw a link to Digital Maze when I was looking for Office 2019 on the Best Buy website. I figured that if Best Buy was linking them that they were worth looking at. I found what I needed, Office 2019 Home and Student, for $49.00. During the ordering process Edge found a coupon for $7.50 off which brough the price way down. Digital Maze provided detailed instructions on how to download and activate the program and I had no problems. The only caution I have is that the last page of instructions from Digital Maze had a link to a site that would help with uninstalling any old versions of Office that are on your computer, When I clicked on the link, I got a warning from my security software that the site was possibly harmful, so I got out immediately and used the "uninstall" utility that comes with Microsoft 10. I have not used the software a lot yet, but it seems to be functioning as it should.

  The team at DM is great. We had a foul up and ordered the wrong version of Windows and needed to exchange the unused product IDs for the different version. They graciously did so and did it very quickly. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this company and their great customer service and support.

I brought my computer in for a service and the store wanted to charge me nearly $400.00 for Microsoft 21, I obtained a license from DM with my discount for a little over $64.00. The license was sent to my computer in less than five minutes. I installed the software and was up and running shortly afterwards. I would recommend anyone needing software (I bought professional) to look into DM first.

  These guys are awesome! I order my product but when preparing to install noticed I ordered MAC version instead of PC. I emailed customer support telling them of my error and asking for an exchange. Within TEN MINUTES I had their response that the swap was completed and email for upload in my Inbox. So appreciate this kind of service! Will definitely use them again!

I am happy with my purchase because I thought I was going to have to buy the Office 360 and pay a yearly fee, with this purchase I don't...and I have Publisher too, which is what I really wanted.   I purchased to Office Professional Plus packages. The email with the link, pin and instructions arrived within minutes. It was easy to open and download. Microsoft kept wanting to default to an older version, but I contacted Digital Maze support and they got back to me immediately and helped me get rid of the old version and install the new one.

  Still can't believe I paid a fraction of what Microsoft charges on their website. The code was used for legitimate downloading of 2019 MS Pro plus version from Microsoft website, still wondering how this works. Well who cares, as long as it is legitimate:). Very happy with customer service. They sent me clear instructions. Hope this same level of service prevails for any future needs.
