  The ordering process on their website was very easy. I received downloadable instructions and license in just a few minutes after having submitted payment. Instructions were very clear, and easy to follow. I installed my software and was able to use it about 30 minutes. I have only had this installed on my computer for a day with no problems whatsoever so far.

  I have only had the product for a few days, but so far it is working perfectly. The downloading instructions and code were emailed right away and I was able to easily register the product directly at Microsoft. I am comparing my experience here with another experience I had with another company where I tried to buy Office. That product was filled with so many bugs it was unusable. The company would not refund my money and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I feel confident about my purchase from digital maze and believe they would address any issues I had promptly. I will be purchasing from this company again if I need other software.

  Excellent experience after trying 2 other sites paying for the program and then receiving faulty Activation Key I found this site. The price was very fair, I received and email with a download link and the Activation Key and both were very easy and the best thing was it worked and I love my new program. I will use this company again.

  I was a little concerned about purchasing software from a 3rd party, so I did some research and when I saw that Digital Maze is accredited with the Better Business Bureau, I felt more confident purchasing from them.   Extremely satisfied - Always very reluctant now days to order digital software from companies online that seem to offer "a to good to be true" deal from the original price. I followed the instructions to the letter (very self explanatory) and ensured that I did not have any of the Microsoft 365 software on my computer since I had read many reviews were customers had complained about difficulties installing the digital software. Luckily, in my case, everything went smoothly and the key that was provided to me worked and allowed me to register the software. Thus far, I have not had any issues. More importantly, I like having the piece of mind that I have control over my software and the files are contained on MY COMPUTER and not residing somewhere out on a "cloud". There is nothing that important that it cannot wait for me to get home and access a file. Furthermore, if you like being a "latch key" person to your work, then put your work on a flash drive! Again, it's more secure and accessible.

  The instructions they give make it sound easy to install and use. It isn't. first alert I got noted i could use the software for a week. So, the install instructions need work.   I ordered two copies of Office 365. One for my desktop and one for my laptop. Use the laptop when I am deployed. The second copy would not load on my laptop and after several emails I am left frustrated and angry. I asked for a refund for the copy that did not download. I have heard nothing since my request and am wondering if I have been scammed. I am only asking for my money back on the portion where ive not received what I paid for!!

  I was very skeptical about ordering software that is so incredibly inexpensive. There has to be a catch, right? I took a chance and purchased Office 2021 and received a key within minutes. I downloaded the software, entered the supplies key and boom- No more 2003!! I’m finally up to date! Great customer service when I was skeptical and great follow up! Highly recommend!

  I was skeptical about ordering this online, especially because another site that I almost ordered from, had so many complaints. Good thing that I did my due diligence. Once I came across Digital Maze, and say thier Better Buisiness Rating, I was optimistic. Then when in same day contact with customer service (Kenneth I think), I was reassured, received my product shortly after and then was checked on by customer service agent again. Product (Office 2021) came with A SUPER GREAT PRICE!!! and instructions and has been working with ease.
