  I was a bit skeptical about ordering this product as the price seemed too low to be true. My Apple computer guru (I had to buy a Windows laptop and Access for one special project) told me that it was probably safe to order from this site. So far, so good. I ordered it and received instructions immediately via email. I installed the apps and registered with Microsoft.

  I’m completely thrilled to share that this company is legitimate! I was skeptical like most people, but I went to BBB and read the reviews there. I think we’ve all been jaded in the past and we believe discounted rates must be fake, but there are still decent people/companies in the world. I looked to see what their customer service contact info was (US based) and read Digital Maze’s responses to their customers. Their customer service sold me on giving them a chance. It showed how attentive they are to their customers and how willing they are to make things right. I purchased the MAC Microsoft office home and business and so happy I did. They put together an instruction sheet and, IF FOLLOWED, will make it a seamless process. I had zero problems with the installation. It’s been about 2 weeks since my purchase and no problems. I hope you make the right decision to purchase from Digital Maze too. I would recommend to the company to incorporate PayPal, but that’s the only downside I saw. Thank you Digital Maze! Keep being rockstars and offering these products. I’ll be back for future purchases.

  I was a bit nervous dealing with a secondary company, but the price was alluring. It was super easy to buy the product and delivery of the downloads was nearly immediate. After clearing out my old software, the installation and registration with Microsoft went quickly and flawlessly. Highly recommend! (I did encounter difficulty clearing my old 32-bit files, but thankfully I have a computer-genius son. And that issue was not a digitalmaze issue.)

  I emailed their help line, got a couple options back promptly on the purchases I was considering. They also referred me to a couple independent on line reviews about what I was trying to accomplish. With that info I was a able to purchase a lower cost program than I originally intended. The down load installation, and registration of the software was carried out with out a hitch. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service. I will recommend they to any of my family and friends who are considering software purchase on line

  I like to read reviews about new companies before I order a product. I was a bit concerned reading that several people had trouble with the Microsoft Key. All of the responses regarding this issue were the same. YOU have to follow the instructions so the key doesn't get registered twice. I followed the instruction and had no issue with the installation or the key being accepted by Microsoft. Very happy with the company and the product. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PROBLEM.

  I previously bought Visio from a different company and found out that I could not install it on my 64-bit machine. Digital Maze provided both 32 and 64-bit installation options and the instructions on how it get it working. I have installed it and it's working. I am very pleased.

  I have been burned by electronic software purchases in the past so I was a bit worried about trying it again. But, DM had some pretty excellent reviews so I tried it. I ordered one package for my wife and it installed flawlessly so I ordered another for myself. I had a small problem getting it to load but David in customer support sent me additional instructions that worked perfectly. I am totally satisfied with my experience and will not hesitate to shop with them again.

  Definitely thought it was a fake website but it is real, I have now purchased 6 licenses of Microsoft Project. Just in case I was downloading something bad from a shady website, I didn't download the files they sent, I downloaded Project from Microsoft directly and just used the code from Digital Maze. It worked like a charm!

Yes, some people had problems, but I know how touchy things can be when you download and authenticate software. It seems that the people at Digital Maze go out of their way (as they should) to help customers with any issues they encounter. As for myself, I had no issues with the download or authentification of my Microsoft Word professional Plus 2021 software that I bought from them. I followed the instructions they sent carefully. I already had an account with Microsoft and when I clicked on the link they sent me it took me to the MS site and I was able to register the sofware without any issue at all. A great price for a great product!

  Great pricing and after researching, I did not see anything to indicate that this was a scam, including a look at the BBB. Digital Maze had an immediate email response after I made the payment, with the key code and link to instructions and the software download. I had a question or two and the support (via email) was also reasonably fast. (maybe 15~30 minutes) Bought Office 2021 for both my home and office PC. No problems so far after using the software for a month.

  Website is easy to navigate, excellent, thorough, specific information on each product. Purchase was straight forward. Response with download instructions and conformation of order came almost immediately. Download of product from Microsoft was as advertized. Was up and running from old Office 365 program to new Office Pro Plus 2021 in less than 15 minutes. Most of that was function of my internet connection speed. It advised to uninstall Office 365 before installing Pro Plus 2021 which I did. Change over was seamless. Backed up calendar and contacts but didn’t need to use backups. Definitely purchase from them again. Savings exceptional.

  Turns out that the product I purchased doesn't work with my system. Erick was great and tried very hard to make things work. He promptly refunded the cost when it was determined that the solution would simply not work out. Will definitely go back to them if/when something is needed again.
