  I'm not techy but they responded to my emails and helped make sure I had what I needed to get it installed properly, it's all done and working fine now! Buying it with the lifetime license is a much better option than paying Microsoft an ongoing subscription fee!

  BUYER BEWARE. I ordered Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. The license key was never sent. The email that said it contained the product key DID NOT CONTAIN ANYTHING USEFUL. It was just a link that sent me to a picture of the box of Professional Plus 2021. After contacting Digital Maze I was told they just ran out of stock and a key would be sent within 24 hours. I knew it was shady since the last email said it had a license key and it didn't. The only good thing I can say about this company is my money was refunded. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

  This is the second time I have ordered from digitalmaze. They weren't the cheapest but knowing that they are credible and responsive to issues is worth the peace of mind IMO. I researched the ratings of other companies and since I am not a techie I wanted to make sure this was no a scam site. I would definitely order from digitalmaze again.

  I did not receive the product key. I notified DM. Kenneth emailed We just ran out of stock of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019, but no worries! We will go ahead and order the missing product [key/keys] for you. The ETA for the product keys is usually within 24 hours. Once we receive them from our distributors, we will send it to you promptly. It has been two days and no product key. I will wait another day before I notify my bank.

  At first i had an issue with the product key but they quickly provided another one. Then i had an issue because i procured the product under my email when my wife had her microsoft account which used her email address linked to our computer and this caused a lot of headache and FRUSTRATION for me. Erick from the help desk was great and he was able to fix the problem. Except for this adding a 123 at the end of my wifes email adress and messing up her account everything is great. Only problem is now i have the headache and FRUSTRATION of fixing my wifes account but i have my word and excel...maybe i'll send her an appology letter.

  I am so happy with digital maze. The product key allows me to go to the set up site at microsoft and have my login with microsoft reflect that I own the software. Thus any time I need to move the software to a new computer if the old computer breaks down I can go to microsoft s website and download software since microsoft s website says I own it. My opinion from what I saw advertised was digital maze is a microsoft partner and they have awesome prices and I would recommend them to anyone. Kudos to digital maze. I will buy from you again.

  Your instructions should be a little more comprehensive. Page 1 says to uninstall previous versions but then on page 6 it tells me to restart the computer. Unfortunately, I'm on step 4 on page 1 before I realize I should have restarted before downloading the file. Also the product key came in a separate email and I had no idea where it was until, in desparation, I checked my email looking for a reply from tech support to tell me where my product code was. Clearly y'all wrote the instructions for someone who already knew how to do it... and not for those of us who don't.

  The software is advertised to work with Catalina latest version. It did not work. Once I dowload the files I was redirected to Microsoft site and they said that my download can not be authenticated to "try later". I try several times and everytime they send me to a link to buy the latest version of Microsoft office. I don't recomend this company. There's no way to contact them or to file a claim. It was a waste of time and money. False advertisement.

  Digital Maze site was very easy to navigate and I easily placed my order and received my key code less than a minute! Total user error on my part caused a little hiccup with installation but I emailed Support, who quickly responded and resolved my issue. Again, my issue, not theirs but very responsive and helpful nonetheless! Apps work great, will purchase from them again!
