  I can rely on getting the products I ordered delivered to my home in Boston in good condition. The reason I didn't give you 5 stars is because when you send a notice that there will be a discount (***%, for example) on all merchandise on the website, that is not in fact true, because entire lines of goods, in all sizes, are mysteriously "unavailable." This has happened more than once so I view your claim of the discount as false, since you make certain products unavailable so that they will not be subject to the discount.

  Cher Monsieur ou Madame,--Le service que j'ai reçu de votre entreprise concernant le numéro de commande *** a été terrible, non seulement la commande est arrivée en retard, mais la commande était complètement erronée. Des photos ont été jointes à mon e-mail de plainte d'origine des mauvais produits.--J'ai retourné les produits envoyés le 7 février mais je n'ai pas encore été remboursé ou on m'a dit que ma commande correcte serait envoyée.--Une mise à jour serait appréciée.
