  My package has not arrived. I called twice and was told by an answer machine to e mail. I e mailed two days in a row and finally got answer that my package is sitting at the local postoffice for the past 2 weeks. I was never informed by anyone that the package is here. Package was never delivered either. There is always someone at my house to sign for the package.

  Love the brands you sell and the easy use of the website. However, since I had to look up my creditcard details, I was not able to finish my first order in one go. I could not use my welcoming discount code - which I hadn’t used yet. My contact in your customer service told me I could use the code in my next order because it will still be valid. Which was not the case. The only thing CS told me since then was ‘You used it before and it’s only valid once’. You habe left your first time customer unsatisfied now.

  I loved my shopping experience with *** and *** They were both so helpful in navigating the changes in the orders i was making due to different sizing (French, EU, US). Also, they were kind to add to my order products that i was finding after i placed an order. I loved the product range available on the website! So many beautiful products!--The searching process on lone can be improved. When you do a search and than you get the o view one of the products, and get out of that product to look for more, the search engine completely forgets your search terms and starts over where you were before you started your search. It was a bit paintful, time consuming to find the products you like...--It will be alsogood if tge website can advise the items left in stock, once the stock is depleting, so the shopper will know what to do (status like: In stock, Only 3 left, Only 1left, for example). --if those 2 items can be improved, than you can minimize the after order manual adjustments...

So I got my full cup triangle 'swimming top féerie tropical nature' in the sale. It was not exactly the same. But I decided to keep it. It arrived very soon after my payment. So far so good. So I gave 4 stars.

  Finding beautiful, comfortable bras in my size in the US is difficult and expensive. I love that you carry my size (32G) in the Empreinte brand. These are my favorite and they fit well and look amazing. Like works of art.--I reached out a while ago to understand how the “deep cup” translate to other brands and the customer service was great. They suggested that I needed to go up a cup, which I did, and the Simon Perle bra I purchased was a perfect fit.-Thank you!

  Livraison et retour sans problème.-Contact téléphone et assistance compétence et amabilité .-Par contre site en ligne laborieux, si on donne sa taille soutien-gorge et les marques souhaitées , je ne souhaite que recevoir les modèles disponible dans ma taille,et ce n’est pas le cas ou seulement pour une marque et le retour données est long et une épreuve de patience

  I love the fit of my new briefs & the beautiful purple colour. They are fantastic. Sadly, delivery costs to the Republic of Ireland are a little high ':(. It would be great if there was an option to receive the lingerie via postal service. This could possibly reduce delivery costs. Thanks so much!
