  I had used their site successfully for years, even from Hong Kong. I predominantly liked their huge product range, even though I had to pay for returns and the site could be clunky to navigate. However recently the range seems to have decreased, they failed to return money they said thy would (I had to chase) and orders were cancelled without notice. Although for the later DD did say they'd told me previoulsy when I chased. So now reluctant to use DD again as benefit reduced and hassle increased, plus with this context DD keep chasing me to use loyalty points which is mildly irritating

  I love the variety and selection of beautiful lingerie Dessus Dessous offers. But, and this is a very big BUT, the exchange and refund service is dreadful. In this sense DD has really gone downhill. My last two buying experiences have been seriously problematic. Following many calls and e-mails, it took me six weeks to get a refund for an order which was cancelled by DD and never even shipped! Having said that, Sandrine and Estelle were very sympathetic and most helpful, and I am very grateful for their kind support. So overall, I feel disappointed with my recent shopping experience, since in the past I never experienced any problems. So, despite the wonderful selection Dessus Dessous offers, I will think very carefully before ordering anything in the future. I do hope DD service will improve as I know of no other online lingerie retailer which offers the breadth of variety as Dessus Dessous.

The website is well structured and clicking on an item will give you links to all of the other items in that line, so you can change styles, or as I do, end up buying more product. Their customer service is great. When I have had to change my order they have been quick to rectify it and been helpful so that I can keep my partner happy.   I placed an order in the spring. The bathing suit was missing and a panty was the wrong size. Even though I contacted them many times by email, they never responded to my request to send me the bathing suit and exchange the panty. In the summer I placed an order for bras and panties and though they took my money, the items never arrived. Once again my requests to have this rectified went unanswered.   I ordered 3 articles on 10/09/2022. On 12/09/2022 I was informed by email that my order is delayed and I would receive further information around 26/09/2022. On 28/09/2022 I sent an email asking what was going on, as there were no news about my order. On 03/10/2022, I was informed that one of the articles I ordered was not available and therefore I will get reimbursement for the article in question and receive the rest of my order. At the date of today, 10/10/2022 (one month after I placed my order), I have not received neither the promised reimbursement, nor the 2 other items.   Dessus Dessous offers the widest variety of high quality intimate apparel when compared to other sites I have visited, all at very competitive prices. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate on a PC. However, there are bugs with the mobile and tablet versions. in all versions, the page only loads 19 items at a time, so you need to request the next 19 to scroll down. This in itself is not a problem. The big issue in the mobile version arises if you click to view any item. When you return to the main page, the site does not remember where you were and returns you to the first 19 items. This is incredibly annoying. So I no longer view the site on my mobile or tablet. in terms of support, the customer service is quick and responsive. Above all, I was impressed by Sandrine Garnier who was most helpful and sympathetic. On the downside, orders from the UK can be problematic from both a payment and shipment perspective, since the minimum order requirement is too high, having being set at 135 Euros. From a personal experience, I recently placed two orders with DD, and both encountered shipment difficulties. The first one was especially problematic when trying to perform a payment, with the payment having been declined three times. Again, the website has some bugs here, since upon the payment being declined, your basket is emptied, rather than request another form of payment, so one has to start all over again. This is ridiculous! Nevertheless, Sandrine did her utmost to resolve the problem, and for this I remain grateful. The second order went through without any problems, but was cancelled two days later by DD due to a stock update issue. Again, it seems the website functionality is very poor, since it is not updating the stock numbers in terms of what is “really” available. So despite the bugs and disappointing website, as well as difficulties encountered with my two orders, for now, I will continue to purchase from Dessus Dessous in the future, since it remains the best site for variety and selection. I only can hope my future buying experiences will be a lot more satisfying.
