  I just recently started using this website and generally I am very pleased with it. The products are well displayed, good descriptions, helpful information. I would recommend it to a friend. The filter to refine my search to just one size did not work very well, my size was not available in many of the garments displayed so that was a bit disappointing Some orders were delayed but I was informed about the delay and that was good. Items were very well packed and arrived without any damage. There are many brands available on this site which is very good. Huge availability in sizes and colours that the high street could not offer. Postage to Ireland is expensive and returns must be paid for by the customer-I would like to see some improvements here, other sites can offer better terms. All in all a positive experience.

  Showing on the site "Free return" without any condition and then when you want to return you have to pay yourself because you don't live in France. They also don't want to refund the cost for expedition (from Dessus dessous to customer) although this is provided by European law if you return the complete order. First and last order at this company. I don't like to be cheated.

  I have used Dessus Dessous for many years now. Was worried about ordering goods this time because of the customs issues, however, I was kept fully informed about the location of my parcel and had no problems paying the customs charge. Dessus Dessous have the best selection of Simone Perele and I have no hesitation about ordering from them again.

  I ordered a lot of things. After a week they told me that one item was not available I waited and waited for the other items to be delivered but I did not receive anything. I send several emails and had to wait a long time for an answer. Suddenly my whole order was cancelled. I was shocked. After five weeks I received an email where they told me that they have had a lot of problems with the delivery’s due to computer problems. I glad to know what happened but would have liked to know that earlier. Mist shops give you a discount voucher or something but I did not get anything except the mail.

  Very bad communication. There were no answers to repeated inquiries and ultimately to the desired cancellation and money back. The delivery only took place after four weeks after PayPal buyer protection was activated. Promotional emails, on the other hand, arrived every day.

  Yes: there was a long delay from the date of my order to when the items were dispatched - and another long transit time - I wrote to Dessus asking what was going on, but I never got a response. The items eventually arrived and they were fine. But the ignoring of customer queries is not acceptable. I have been a customer for many years, so I find it hard to understand why customer service is so badly neglected.

  Previously I have always given Dessus Dessous five stars; the products are fantastic and the customer service used to be wonderful. I don’t know what’s happened, whether it’s horrible bloody Brexit, or covid, or what, but now the customer service is terrible. Emails are ignored and nobody answers the phone. A real shame.

  We bought over £400 worth of lingerie from Dessie Dessous and paid an additional £30 for Express Postage - with items to be delivered in 4 days. 4 WEEKS later we still haven’t received our purchases & the company just doesn’t respond to our email follow ups. Ridiculous, disappointing, annoying and frustrating. We will never buy with them again.

  Dessus Dessous sent parcel without necessarily prepared documents about VOEC regulation to Norway and I was obliged to pay extra 90 euro for the shop for apr. 250 euro. Customer service to Dessus- Dessous is not available and does not react to my messages connected to the issue.

  I ordered a size Large silk camisole. I received a medium. I've sent two messages to the company and I didn't receive a reply. I was going to return the items until I realized I would have to pay for shipping to France, which is extremely expensive. I am disappointed and upset at my experience and will not purchase from there again.

  Wide selection of brands. When shopping online you should concider only show those items which have the requested sizes left. Would save time when checking every possible item..
