  I love them. They could use to carry more inventory for “small big chested women” in the Empteinte line. But really overall this is the only place I shop for bras unless I’m physically in Paris which is not often. Finding my size in the US is difficult and finding attractive bras in my size at a reasonable price point is like finding a unicorn.

  It’s never clear when your order is shipped, you receive mails with incorrect information. For example, this order was returned by the delivery company but I received it. My order from 22/6 is not delivered yet, no information at all. I always receive my ordered things but delivery proces is far too slow and messy.

  I went to the FedEx across town (despite having one within walking distance) and learned that if I had not gone in when I did the package would have been returned! I have had this trouble with FedEx packages before where they are sent back without my knowledge.

  I like a certain brand, Empreinte, and always wear the same size. Dessus Dessous always has a great selection and even with overseas shipping, it’s still less expensive than here in the US. Besides, the brand is very hard to find in US stores.

  The clothing and lingerie is great, the prices are competitive. The size guide is helpful when your unsure as long as you know your European size. It’s great that you can accrue points cause it helps cover postage which is usually more than most sites. Delivery is a bit slow.

  Quality of product is not as pictured on photo, photo always looks much better then in reality, color frequently diferenciates from pics., PayPal does not work online, I have to go to my account and to do manual transfer, shipping is international but card from other countries are declined, always has to go through customer service. Not satisfied with desous as before although I long time ( many years) loyal customer, I am minimizing my shipping because all these issues I mentioned above.
