  My purchasing experience is relatively good: the first parcel arrived first enough even it was international shipment. But this is just not good timing to order from you: my second one haven’t arrived yet after three weeks or so and I cannot ship back one item back to you due to current circumstances.   I apologise that this is written in English. -I have little or no French but have absolutely no hesitation in ordering from Dessous Dessous, the French lingerie website. -(1) Dessous Dessous, in my experience, not only has the largest selection of a particular French brand I like -(2) but also proven to be realiable and fast in the delivery of my orders. In fact I found it much better than dealing directly with the website of my favoured brand (the one time I ordered a matching set from them they delivered the briefs but not the bra which was listed as available in my size on their website but actually out-of-stock and caused all sorts of problems). --If I would fix anything I find the descriptions in English a little confusing at times. As a mature woman I have had to do quite a lot of research to find what would suit me but I manage -so don't worry too much about this. You can't very well write 'suitable for mature bodies' . It will ruin the brand image both for young and older customers.

  Products and brands are incredible. Great value and quite an engaging shopper path to purchase online to get shoppers excited and create brand awareness and increase loyalty. However I made several orders and from the time I placed the order until it got shipped it took a month. (24h-3 days dispatched as mentioned on the website is not true). From shipment from France to delivery in Spain it took around 10 days. Since return fees are on the customer, ladies make sure you'll find you get the right size because I did 3 returns end of may spending 12,7 x 3 orders on shipping fees, and it's June 13th and they're still processing delayed orders from may!. It''s the slowest service online I have ever experienced. E-commerce is about convenience, convenience and convenience. If shoppers do not experience a speedy service, there's no point on buying online.

  J’ai apprécié la communication m’informant que le service serait un peu plus long qu’à l’habitude dû à la situation liée au Covid-19. C’était très important pour moi car sans cette communication je me serais vraiment inquiétée du cheminement long de mon colis. -Les articles sont arrivés parfaitement comme décris. Je suis très satisfaite du service et si besoin, je n’hésiterais pas à commander sur Dessus-Dessous à nouveau.
