  I love the lingering brands, like Lise Charmel, Simone Perele, Marie Jo available on the dessous-dessus website . It is great when sales are available, especially for Lise Charmel , and when the ordered lingerie is accompanied with a sac or a box to keep the lingerie well preserved in the wardrobe.

  I give 2 stars because shipping was cheaper to Germany than normal, and the other for the panties. The colour was a lot darker then the picture but still nice. Sadly the other stars I cannot give because I shopped long about 6 years a lot on this site and then stopped. I received a coupon because this when I wanted to use it it was invalid, because their was sales. The coupon sadly could not be offered further....so why offer a "thank you" if under pressure to use it.......

  After a month from my order I still didn’t receive my order. I guess the company should use more reliable delivery service and have SOP setup for situations where the goods are obviously lost in delivery. After certain amount of time they should provide customer with options of refund or send ordered items again. I is not nice or professional to expect that customer will wait for indefinite time.

  The packing (wrapping into a foil) was inadequate as the box was totally distroeyed during shiping. This could be done better.
