  I loved my wedding bands! The best part is that when we needed to change the size and model of one of the rings (even though it was already engraved) they were super accommodating and did it super quickly. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

  I would have given a 5 star rating other than their communications back with the purchaser was not so great. No acknowledgement that that had even received the order. My wife on the positive side was very happy with her replacement wedding ring. The quality is top notch and I am happy to give a positive review. Thank you for making this a good experience.

  Excellent customer service and quality products. We had to return because my fiancé was not satisfied with the ring width as ordered, and plan on purchasing what he wants when our budget allows. That we can return an engraved piece for a full refund is the mark of a great jewelry company.

  We encountered some issues with the delivery of the rings to my office address. I highly appreciated how Dellafora went out of their way to resolve the issue and they even sent me a temporary set of rings as the original order won't be delivered on time. Received the original order as expected. The finish though is not what I have expected -- it should be brushed but can hardly see this finishing.

  After shopping brick and mortar local stores, and online, for a gold wedding band, I chose Dellafora to make my purchase. I compared prices, read reviews and feel like I saved 20% buying safely from them. My spouse has only been wearing the ring for a few days, so I do not know how it will wear, but he likes it and I'm happy with the purchase. I would have given seller a better rating if there had been better communication regarding shipment of my purchase. After not hearing anything for about a week, I wrote to them and asked when I could expect shipment. After that I received the ring within a day or two. Communication could have been better.

  They are awesome, we ordered the wrong size ring and received it within 3 days and I email them what had happen and they emailed back within 24 hours and said to order the right size ASAP and sent a label to print out so I could return the wrong size and we received the right one within 3 days and they refunded our money on the wrong one within 4 days. It was so to return and order the right one. They get a 100% mark from us.

We went to 4 different jewelry stores with a different fiasco at each with all promising they could get us exactly what we wanted and none actually doing it. After seeing exactly what we wanted on dellafora’s website and reading their return policy, I felt like there was very limited risk. The order process was super simple, the price was in the same range as all of the other quotes, and then the ring arrived being exactly what we ordered.   Everything was exactly as pictured. I was told from a jeweler in my hometown that the wedding band I wanted for my fiancé was around $1200. I found the exact same ring on Dellafora for $140. Do not go to a local jeweler because they will cost you a fortune. They are money hungry. Save some money and use this website because I promise you won’t be disappointed.

  I was looking for a replacement wedding band (I lost mine about 2 months ago). I had to a local jewelry store. They wanted $270.00 just for the band plus $50 to engrave. My husband barely paid $100 for my band 19 years ago. I found the Dellafora website...it was easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for. The site had information explaining the difference between light/standard weight. Engraving and shipping was free. I placed my order on a Monday and it was delivered on Friday of the same week. The quality is great if not better than the jewelry store. I would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you.

  I bought mine and my husband's wedding bands though Dellafora and I am very impressed! The rings feel amazing, arrived very quickly, and came very carefully packaged. Their customer service is also amazing. When my husband's band didn't fit, they sent me a return slip for free and quickly replaced his ring. I will gladly buy from this company again.

  I ordered a 4mm 14K gold wedding band for only $200, and I am thrilled with my purchase! (My original, 40+ year-old band is only 2mm, so I wanted to beef up my look a little.)   I ordered my wedding band (never worn jewellery before) and it arrived on time and perfectly engraved. It was slightly too small, so i sent dellaflorra an email, outlining my situation. They offered to return the engraved ring, resize, and ship back... all free of charge. They were terrific! My advise... if you are basing your ring size from a set of sizing rings from Amazon, order a half size larger than what you would think. Nothing against dellaforas sizing, just a word of advise from someone that's done it that way.
